As one person believes in their Heart, He gives that person Faith.
And...
As another person rejects God in their Heart, He withholds Faith.
God is JUST. All people will get what they want...to be With God, or Without God.

Sin, in God's context, is not just about the bad things we do it is falling short of his standard.
And none of us can meet that benchmark. Even people who lead good and productive lives and are generous and kind are sinners in God's eyes if they haven't accepted Jesus as their Saviour. Once we do that we are reconciled to God and our sin is washed away.
No sinful action is too big, Nobody is too bad, for God want that person to have a new start, to make them clean on the inside and wipe the slate. He loves you. He wants to save you from sin and give you new life in Jesus. And you can mock all you want and call us names but nonetheless it is the truth. And it applies to everyone from whatever walk of life, background or religion. You can take it or leave it. You can choose life in Jesus or death in sin.

Wickedness is Knowing in your heart what is right but choosing what is wrong.

I don't know where you got that from. Jesus is the only person ever to be born without sin. He is perfect.
He was the sacrificial Lamb of God, and sacrificial lambs had to be without blemish.
How can you understand the rules of football, rugby or golf unless you are a player or a follower. How can you understand the intricacies of a science or physics if you are not a scientist? So the same goes for the scriptures how can you understand them and the wisdom of God unless they are revealed to you by the Holy Spirit? You just can't. Nobody can't.
Many who call themselves Christians have a so-called knowledge of the scriptures but without the Holy Spirit they are just self taught but hat knowledge will get them nowhere in God's kingdom unless they also have the vital relationship. And they can only have that through believing and accepting Jesus as their Saviour.
You are obviously only on this site to do the work of the evil by disrupting and arguing without any desire whatsoever to know more about Christ who died for you.
