Yes, in thinking more on it, they need to be ignored. I don't thing we can chase them away. God does it. You know how you just find a thread some mornings and you start talking with your brothers, and at some point you realize, there are no shrieking birds...did God hide us from them...?

Anyway, when one of you guys helps to build up my trust, I'm just happy. I wasn't able to get any help like that when I was just coming in to forums to find mistakes in others. Its like I would miss the gems because I wanted to...not sure what I wanted...have to go work. Practice trust!

I've got like 50 posts from you to reply to. And I don't know how to multi quote, so each question you ask me in a longer post has to each go in a seperate post lol.

Hi, sister. If you want to multi-quote, all you do is drag your cursor over the specific lines you want from a passage and then lift. You will get a little black box pop up that says ""+quote/reply." Click reply and it will transfer that quote to your response box. Fill in a response and then go and find the next section or quote you want to respond to and repeat the process. It gets a bit more complicated if you have to pull quotes from multiple pages, and that's where you might use "+quote," which saves everything so when you click it all the quotes you wanted show up all at once. I do it another way, but it's not worth explaining.

Btw, if you get 50 posts from Byrd, I suggest you not worry about responding to every single one of them anyway. Just one can be a headache sometimes, LoL.

I try and pretend I never saw half of them; my polite way of sending him the following message, in love of course:

You're kidding...that sounds easy!

Bbyrd is okay. He just doesn't wait for your answer a lot of the time. :D

But what if the persons post is 3 pages back? You have to keep finding the post to pick out the next question?

Yes. Well, I send the quotes 3 pages back to response and then copy and erase them. Then I go back to the current page and paste everything there. Like I said, I think "+quote" serves the same purpose, but you'd have to play with it. I never use it myself, I just do it the other way.

Hah! Believe it or not...yeah! I've always taken in everything God gives me with an attitude that its mine. I began to move into seeing that a different way and wanted to share it. But mostly, everyone is too busy arguing and its rare when you meet someone who can both give and receive. I think they are too busy with...trying to only give but not also receive...? So...they kind of stay where they are...plus, its hard in here, in the forum, because people can't seem to stay calm. o_O

Its like, have you ever watched Amadeus? He doesn't really argue. He picks out what is GOOD in someone's post and that's what he chooses to focus on. And so you just want to talk with him for his calmness and peaceableness!

LoL. I was joking about the Luke 12 thing, but yes, I think most forum people are a little uptight, LoL. I was thinking about that just a second ago, as a matter of fact. Half the time when I post pictures I have to ask myself if someone is going to get offended because I'm playing around too much or something.

Glad you're not one of them. :)

Yes, he is a good example to others. I don't agree with absolutely all his theology, and his methods are different than mine, but if only more people were like him when it came to being patient with others.

Yeah, like you're worrying if you post a pic of a silo and a verse, they'll come back and say, how dare you compare me to that man in the parable! What are you saying buddy??

But yes, I knew you were joking, but even your joke had some encouragement for me, like a happy accident of sorts. :)

LoL. We laugh, but I've actually had it happen. People get...

touchy, LoL. Like you said, too much time debating with each other, so they suspect something is coming.

Yeah, touchy. Looking at each other like enemies almost. And here's a weird thing - someone says something and in my mind I say, yes! Yes!! And so I say something that is like...what they said, but in my words, how my mind grasps it, but adding a little to it and...they begin to argue (or even attack me) that I'm wrong! And then I'm scratching my head and wondering if they maybe don't understand what they're saying if they can't still understand it said a little differently.

Like...they might say...we learn the obedience of faith through the things we suffer. And I might say, yeah, trust is like a muscle. It grows from meeting resistance. And they try to start an argument and say I don't understand the verse. o_O
