When my husband and I were both working I went to our government building and it was PACKED with foreign MEN applying for welfare. That was when I saw that we were being used as slave labor to support the world. You hear this Pope telling everyone they must accept migrants - but nobody wants to labor for someone to sit home as you've said. I read yesterday that Minnesota has been taken over in some areas - and they keep raising the taxes to pay for the influx. Our taxes are way too high where we're at. They're going to run people into the ground who work.

I see’m at the local Walmart all the time, big ol’ Escalades, and they pay for their groceries with food stamps and their groceries consist of cakes and chips, nothing but junk food.

We need to be gentle as doves, and wise as serpents, so I like to watch "Maury" and the Steve Wilcos show to get an idea of where the moral pulse of the nation is at. Especially on the Maury show, some of the men seem to brag about how many children they have - all by different mothers. Some up to 15. And the women believe having babies is part of dating. One woman had been on the Maury show about 13 times bringing on different men each time to give them DNA tests, and still hasn't found her child's biological father!

I've seen them all, including Jerry Springer, sad how some of these men and women are and act, very sad.

We have always welcomed foreigners to our shores but in the past they were people who were ready to work and integrate and contribute to society but the ones from Eastern Europe seemed not to want to be part of our society but to take everything they can from it with no obvious contribution.

Right. They come here to escape the conditions of their own country, but without joining in, they make their problems ours. We have a way of life that works. If they want it to work for them, they have to do it that way!

I take it you are a man. LOL I believe Paul's writings are scripture when he tells us he is speaking from the Lord, but when he tells us this is his own opinion, then what?

Yep. Paul specifically states specific comments are his opinion and not a divine command.

In these cases we need to weigh his opinion as a man (and, considering his words, a man of his time). But there are very few statements that fall into this category.
