For years, since its creation in the 40's, theI try to be realistic.
You keep talking about the UN. Have you spotted troops from the UN in your town? I think your beliefs about the UN is based on your religious views. You see bogeymen from the UN everywhere.
The fact is the UN has very little power unless the major countries co-operate. The UN can pass resolutions and that's about it. If the UN was so powerful, why can't they stop the wars they say should stop? You've no evidence at all that the UN is that powerful. It's what you believe, that's all; and I'd like to know who told you that.
UN has been like a dutiful Lawyer, recording and documenting every border skirmish and all wars that break out.
In their documentation of them, and their judgments of what the warring parties should do to achieve peace, are now "case files", that are to be drawn upon and reviewed, for all future clashes between countries and empires. Those files are known as "The UN Resolutions". At the present, there are now 2518 UN Resolutions.
Those Resolutions are now "The rule of Law" for the world, as former Pres. G. Bush Sr. outlined, in his mentioning of "The New World Order" in 1991.
