Do the Jews or Christian's still possess any of the relics mentioned in the Bible?
‘Still possess any of the relics’ Maybe an empty vain quest to find what is hidden? How many times did He hide Himself and pass through them unseen? John 6:48 I am that bread of life.
Revelation 2:17 He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches; To him that overcometh will I give to eat of the hidden manna, (bread of Life) and will give him a white stone, and in the stone a new name written, which no man knoweth saving he that receiveth (Christ)it. 1 Peter 2:4 To whom coming, as unto a living (White)stone(in it, Him, a New Name written) disallowed indeed of men, but chosen of God, and precious,
1 Corinthians 2:11-12 For what man knoweth the things of a man, save the spirit of man which is in him? even so the things of God knoweth no man, but the Spirit of God. [12] Now we have received, not the spirit of the world, but the spirit which is of God; that we might know the things that are freely given to us of God.
1 Peter 3:4 But let it be the hidden man of the heart, in that which is not corruptible, even the ornament of a meek and quiet spirit, which is in the sight of God of great price.
‘a meek and quiet spirit’ (Now we have received, not the spirit of the world, but the spirit which is of God), which is in the sight of God of great price.
Romans 8:32 He that spared not his own Son, but delivered him up for us all, how shall he not with him also freely give us all things?
John 6:48-49 I am that bread of life. [49] Your fathers did eat manna in the wilderness, and are dead.

That cannot be true since the Bible clearly tells us that the Ark of the Covenant is now in Heaven. So, to answer the question in the OP, the answer is "No".There is a place in Africa that claims to have the ark.

What do you do when it's a evil day?Thank you for asking, although I’m not sure why you asked? Yes. It is a good day.
Does it really, mmm, where? That cannot be true since the Bible clearly tells us that the Ark of the Covenant is now in Heaven. So, to answer the question in the OP, the answer is "No".
How come?Disagree with your assessment, I don't take Revelation as literal.
There it is :)Rev 11:19
Then the temple of God was opened in heaven, and the ark of His covenant was seen in His temple. And there were lightnings, noises, thunderings, an earthquake, and great hail.
You don't take revelation literally?
