Ron Wyatt claimed that he saw the Ark under Skull Hill nearby Jerusalem.

Ethiopian christians claim to have the ark at Axum.

There have been claims of modern sightings of the Ark, one in a cave/chamber under east Jerusalem now sealed with rocks/concrete.
"The chamber was about 6 feet high and about 20 feet long. It was filled to within 18 inches of the ceiling with fist sized filler rocks. The sanctuary implements (see list below) were covered with dry rotted wood and animal skins of some sort. At the far end of the chamber was a casement with a lid on it. It was of the right size to just hold an Ark of the dimensions indicated in the Bible.
Significant Items positively identified/examined in the chamber include:
Ark of the Covenant; Table of Shewbread; Altar of Incense; 7-branched Lampstand; Serving utensils including a Censer; A 5' 2" sword, most likely that of Goliath.
Besides these, there were many other artifacts and items of archeological significance in the chamber, including oil lamps and implements for the sanctuary service.
Attempts to clear the original entry/passageway ended in futility.
A brash young intrusive tourist who called a press conference to announce the find was found by the press corps dead from a gunshot to the back of the head.
A doctor of archeology from the Israeli university, as he attempted to enter the chamber became totally paralyzed in his back and legs. He spent two weeks in the hospital and swore he'd never try to enter the chamber again.
When the Israeli government released some information about the find, a riot ensued at the Dome of the Rock."
The chamber was sealed and covered with a steel plate under 2 feet of rock and dirt.

A theory alleges that the ark was captured by Titus and went to Rome. Later the Vandals captured it and it went from Rome to Carthage. The ark was afterwards captured by the Byzantines who took it to Byzantium and kept it there for some time. Later when they were insecure over invasion( threat)s they sent the ark back to a church in what is now the west bank, Jordan, were it supposedly still is hidden.

Some of the temple vessels were carried away by the Romans and are seen in picture on the arch of Titus. These might have come into the possession of the vatican.

Other claims of the ark being in UK (Graham Philips)? Tara (British Israelite), and Rennes-le-Chateau.
Baigent/Leigh/Lincoln claim Priory of Sion claims to have temple treasures, and Childress says Lemurians claim ark is in possession of a brotherhood in the Pyrennes and in future will be moved to a Pacific island.

Do the Jews or Christian's still possess any of the relics mentioned in the Bible?

‘Still possess any of the relics’ Maybe an empty vain quest to find what is hidden? How many times did He hide Himself and pass through them unseen? John 6:48 I am that bread of life.

Revelation 2:17 He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches; To him that overcometh will I give to eat of the hidden manna, (bread of Life) and will give him a white stone, and in the stone a new name written, which no man knoweth saving he that receiveth (Christ)it. 1 Peter 2:4 To whom coming, as unto a living (White)stone(in it, Him, a New Name written) disallowed indeed of men, but chosen of God, and precious,

1 Corinthians 2:11-12 For what man knoweth the things of a man, save the spirit of man which is in him? even so the things of God knoweth no man, but the Spirit of God. [12] Now we have received, not the spirit of the world, but the spirit which is of God; that we might know the things that are freely given to us of God.

1 Peter 3:4 But let it be the hidden man of the heart, in that which is not corruptible, even the ornament of a meek and quiet spirit, which is in the sight of God of great price.

‘a meek and quiet spirit’ (Now we have received, not the spirit of the world, but the spirit which is of God), which is in the sight of God of great price.
Romans 8:32 He that spared not his own Son, but delivered him up for us all, how shall he not with him also freely give us all things?

John 6:48-49 I am that bread of life. [49] Your fathers did eat manna in the wilderness, and are dead.

There is a place in Africa that claims to have the ark.
That cannot be true since the Bible clearly tells us that the Ark of the Covenant is now in Heaven. So, to answer the question in the OP, the answer is "No".

Disagree with your assessment, I don't take Revelation as literal.

Rev 11:19
Then the temple of God was opened in heaven, and the ark of His covenant was seen in His temple. And there were lightnings, noises, thunderings, an earthquake, and great hail.

You don't take revelation literally?

Because the book was not 1) Written to modern man 2)was written to the Christians at the time and was full of things they would understand and St. John couldn't write in plain language if he wanted the letter to get off of patmos and pass the guards. Basically it appears to be a letter of discipline (first seven chapters) and the rest is a letter of hope because the Christians were being heavily persecuted by Rome that the bad guys would get their just desserts and the Christians would go on to Paradise

Does it really, mmm, where?

And the Temple of God was opened in Heaven, and there was seen in his Temple the Ark of His Testament [Covenant]: and there were lightnings, and voices, and thunderings, and an earthquake, and great hail. (Rev 11:19)

The Greek word διαθήκης (diathekes) can be translated as either "Testament" or "Covenant". The Ark of the Covenant must have been taken to Heaven supernaturally before the destruction of the Temple of Solomon by Nebuchadnezzar. This is not stated explicitly in Scripture, but the FACT that John saw it in Heaven is sufficient to confirm that.

At the time that Solomon had the Ark of the Covenant placed in the Temple at Jerusalem, only the two tablets of stone (with the Ten Commandments) were found within it.

There was nothing in the Ark save the two tables of stone, which Moses put there at Horeb, when the LORD made a covenant with the children of Israel, when they came out of the land of Egypt. (1 Kings 7:9).
