The article, Heart2Soul never represented a medical diagnosis of mental impairment. It pointed to the fact that President Trump took a cognitive test, and that the journalist (which is a news reporter), observes the basic simplicity of the questions and answers to the test, providing an instance of a question to be found on the test. The journalist does provide a quotation of the President that does indicate mental confusion of some type, but does not present any medical diagnosis.

All this is simply deflection from the main issue of the OP. Did God choose Trump to save the USA from destruction? The originator of the thread offered a film based on Mark Taylor's prophecies, as proof that God did choose Trump based on that prophecy. That is the issue.
