The drawn may become born again but it is not a guarantee. You must repent in order to become saved.
No; they only have the ability because they are being drawn from the outside (the Holy Spirit is merely "with" them. He is not yet "in" or "upon" them.)

Don't wait too long for the Father to arbitrarily choose you out of your state of being dead in trespasses and sins. Repent.
You must be born again inorder to repent. Repentance is a new change of mind and heart, that comes with new born again nature born of God!
I already gave my scripture. You are not paying attention. Drawing means newbirth of Spirit.
You must repent in order to be born again.
The Lord will not regenerate man unless he becomes willing to give up his former lifestyle of sinning.
Sorry, I don't backtrack when I am having a message board conversation because of Philippians 3:13. So unless you want to re-post your scripture, you have failed to convince me of your pov.
Drawing means being made able to come to faith in Jesus.

If you read the Bible according to the wording alone, you may miss what the Holy Ghost is wanting to say to you.
But if you meditate on the word (see Psalms 1), seeking to know what the Holy Spirit means by what He is saying, you will be taught by Him.

You have a habit of always changing the subject instead of addressing the topic at hand.
I'm sorry but stick to the passages you claimed said what you believe which they didn't and you made it up.
You said regeneration required a person to give up a sinful lifestyle when regeneration was not once mentioned in these passage you quoted below.
Ezekiel 33:11-20, Matthew 3, Luke 13:1-5.

Now if we are here engaging in debate, then by debate standards you may have won the argument.
But I would suggest to you that there is something more important than merely winning an argument; and that is that we receive from the Holy Ghost the true meaning of scripture.
Therefore I would suggest that you meditate on and think over the scriptures that I have presented to you and ask yourself if the meaning of those scriptures contains what I am saying about repentance.
Because sometimes you can miss the meaning because you are looking for exact words to say what your opponent in debate is saying to you. But when you look at the meaning of the words, you will find that the scriptures in question actually do say exactly what he is saying.
