This is a puzzling statement which includes a myriad of unsubstantiated assertions which certainly begs several clarifications:
1. Where did "Jesus" cite any "religion of the world called Babylon"?
2. Where does any portion of New Testament Scripture associate "religion" with "Babylon"?
3. Where is the association between a "scarlet ... beast" with the United Nations?
4. How does the U.N. have "ten horns"?
5. How do you associate the "ten horns" with U.N. "member nations"?
... and this only addresses one half a sentence among 13 paragraphs.

Jesus gave the Revelation ("which God gave to him") to John that provided details of situations and events in our time frame (Rev 1:1), or since 1914, when "the Lord's day" began and Jesus was crowned king of God's Kingdom.(Rev 1:10; 6:1, 2)
But before I go any further, please note what Jesus said in prayer to the Father, Jehovah God, at Matthew 11:25, 26: "I publicly praise you, Father, Lord of heaven and earth, because you have
hidden these things (about the Kingdom, for Matt 11:12 says: "From the days of John the Baptist until now, the Kingdom of the heavens is the goal toward which men press, and those pressing forward are seizing it") from the wise and intellectual ones and have
revealed them to young children (or humble ones like a child). Yes, O Father, because this is the way you approved (to keep spiritual truths hidden from unqualified ones, see Dan 12:10 that shows that only those "having insight will understand" what the Bible teaches)".(Matt 11:25, 26)
And at Matthew 13, in giving several illustrations concerning God's Kingdom, Jesus used the Greek word
syniemi that means "to mentally put the pieces together", like figuring out how to assemble something, such as a puzzle or a problem.(Matt 13:13-15, 19, 21, 51; Note: the
King James Bible reads "understand" while another Bible reads "get the sense of it",
New World Translation)
Thus, a person has to be joined with those "having insight" from Jehovah God (see Zech 8:23), having what is described at Proverbs 19:8b: "Whoever treasures discernment (or able to mentally put the pieces together) will find success". This complements what is stated at Proverbs 25:2: "It is the glory of God to keep a matter secret, and the glory of kings is to search through a matter".
These "kings" are the 144,001 (144,000 "chosen ones" [Matt 24:31] plus Jesus as the premier king, Dan 7:13, 14) that are able to unlock the Bible's "sacred secrets" or mysteries of the Kingdom, able to "mentally put the pieces together", those "having insight".(Matt 13:11; Rev 14:1-3)
Though many profess to grasp what the Bible teaches, only a few (or those "loves Jehovah God with their whole heart, mind, soul and strength", Matt 22:37) really understand what it says and means (for it is only to them Jehovah gives his holy spirit), in harmony with what Jesus said at Matthew 11:25, 26, for few are humble like a "young child", allowing the Bible to speak for itself rather than "forcing a square peg down a round hole".
So, regarding the religions of the world called Babylon the Great, is not really that difficult to discern, for all a person has to do is look at ancient Babylon and ask: "What was it noted for ?" And the answer can be found at Isaiah 47:9-13, that shows that ancient Babylon was very religious, deeply involved in "many spells and your many sorceries.....those who gaze at the heavens (or astrology).....those giving out knowledge of the new moons (the zodiac)".
And then at Jeremiah 51:47, it identifies ancient Babylon as a city of "graven images" to false gods (see Isa 46:1 that names two of ancient Babylon's gods, Bel and Nebo), as well as Ezekiel 21:21, 22, in which it says that before King Nebuchadnezzar made a decision of which way to turn with his army, against Ramah or Jerusalem, he "stops to use divination at the fork in the road, where the two roads branch off. He shakes the arrows. He consults his idols; he examines the liver. The divination in his right hand is pointed toward Jerusalem".
Hence, ancient Babylon was noted for being a center of false religious worship, allowing a discerning person to figure out what Babylon the Great is, that it is a global false religious entity or all the religions of the world and in which ancient Babylon was a prototype for the much greater Babylon the Great.(Note: though ancient Assyria [that preceded Babylon as the 2nd world power of Bible history] also worshipped false gods, it was noted for being a war-like nation, not a religious one, see 2 Kings 15:29; Isa 36:1)
Now concerning the "scarlet-colored wild beast" at Revelation 17:3, the color scarlet has been one of power, wealth and luxury since ancient days.(Jer 4:30; Lam 4:5) And when "the ten horns" or all member nations of the United Nations are combined as one, they now produce such power of royalty that they are able to destroy the religions of the world or Babylon the Great.(Note: never in the United Nations history have all its members ever worked together as "one", but has remained divided. It is only due to Jehovah God putting his "thought" into the hearts of all the member nations of the United Nations that moves them in devastating and making "naked" the religions of the world, Rev 17:16, 17)
Since at Revelation 17, the only "wild beast" spoken here is "the scarlet-colored wild beast" or United Nations, then "the ten horns" are accordingly its members (compare Dan 7:7 that shows ancient Rome as having "ten horns" or all future nations resulting from Rome's dissolution in 476 C.E.), for the number 10 at times represents earthly completeness [10 plagues on Egypt in Exodus, "ten men out of all the nations" at Zech 8:23, etc], while the number seven at times pictures that which is finished, Rev 10:7; 15:1; Josh 6:15, 16, such as seven days finishes a week, which Jehovah established in Gen 2)
Revelation 17:7, 8 gives a clue as to who the "scarlet-colored wild beast" is, for it says: "So the angel said to me: “Why is it that you were amazed ? I will tell you the mystery of the woman and of the wild beast that is carrying her and that has the seven heads and the ten horns: The wild beast that you saw was, but is not, and yet is about to ascend out of the abyss, and it is to go off into destruction. And the inhabitants of the earth—those whose names have not been written in the scroll of life from the founding of the world—will be amazed when they see how the wild beast was, but is not, and yet will be present".
What political entity "was, but is not, and yet is about to ascend out of the abyss" in our time frame ? The "image to the wild beast" (Rev 13:14; Note: the "wild beast" here represents all political governments on the earth; compare Dan 7:1-3 with regard to the meaning of "wild beasts") that is effectual copy of all the political governments under one roof, the United Nations, mirroring their political aspirations through it's forum.
In 1920, the League of Nations came into existence, as a supposed means to prevent another global war, settle disputes. But throughout the 1930s, various members began to leave it, such as Germany in November 1933. When World War II broke out on September 1, 1939, the League of Nations became an "is not" or ceased to function.
But on October 24, 1945, a new "image to the wild beast" came into existence, the United Nations, so that it could be spoken of as ' ascending out of the abyss ' or death-like state. With the United Nations "ten horns" working as "one body" for only this time, it will be able to devastate Babylon the Great, so that at Revelation 19, it says: "After this I heard what seemed to be a loud voice of a great crowd in heaven. They said: “Praise Jah ! The salvation and the glory and the power belong to our God, because his judgments are true and righteous. For he has executed judgment on the great prostitute (Rev 17:1, 2) who corrupted the earth with her sexual immorality (or seductive false religious teachings that held sway over her members), and he has avenged the blood of his slaves that is on her hands". And right away for the second time they said: “Praise Jah ! And the smoke from her goes on ascending forever and ever" (or Babylon the Great will never be forgotten for all the blood it shed and the lies it taught, Rev 18:24).(Rev 19:1-3)
