If one is in Christ Jesus then there is no days...... for he have given us REST, for we live by him in "HIS" day of reast/Sabbath. to understand this, even in the world today, every "DAY" we live is the Sabbath because of HIM ..... as said if in Christ we're at rest from our Labor, for it is not us who do it, but he in us who do the "WORK".... John 14:14 "If ye shall ask any thing in my name, I will do it." aint God Good. just ask John and Peter and the lame man at soloman temple, if Jesus want do it.... (smile). so I ask, what are you working for? are you not at REST.... everyday?

for if the ONE gospel of Christ is preached to us, then there would be no division.

This to me is like circumcision or baptism.. it is a "mark" or a "sign" that was given by God to man.. all mankind..
so when you become under oppression or you live in a time when they demand you work 7 days 24 hours a week plus overtime..
I think I was there a couple times, least it felt like it..
The worldly demands for you to get more, do more, be more, possess more, work harder, work longer... on and on.
Because the world will do it to you.
So God who created one day out of seven for himself to rest in, gave this same day for all men to come out of the world and find rest in him.
This is also that 1000 years of peace.. as a day is as 1000 years. It is symbolic, it is spiritual.. and those that know, KNOW.
But the world don't know. They watch you, how come your not working today it's saturday not sunday?
Why are you getting baptised, why did you circumcise your son?
These are the witnesses in ourselves to the world that does NOT KNOW God.

And the world don't like it. Because it seperates the ones that know from the one's that don't. Sanctified even.
They don't want people asking, how come... because you may steal their next meal. Their next profit.

I keep it bacause to me it is a "special" gift. A special day for me to make those that don't know, ask how come.
And I'm not working on that day, God is drawing them to himself, through pure curiosity.

And I'm good with that :)

BINGO, when one is born again, you acquire God name... "JESUS"... and listen, 2 Chronicles 7:14b "If my people, which are called by my name". that name of "JESUS" have POWER in it. Philippians 2:10 "That at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of things in heaven, and things in earth, and things under the earth;"
BINGO, you ask, and it is done in his NAME. see that's why I'm not in Jehovah, or Yahweh family. used those name and see what happen? nothing, but use that name "JESUS". YIKES! all things are possiable.

Ziggy, what excite me now is not that God can do it, no, but ....... "HOW" or what "WAY" he is going to do it. that get me excite. I watch how he works, and he work wonderfully.

see I'm like the apostle Paul and the three Hebrews boy, I know God can, it's the excitment as to how he's going to do it. man oh man if christian just "watch" the salvation of the Lord as Pearl said, "let God do it".

and here's the best part, God allows us to come and stand next to him in victory.... he do all the work and let us take part in the victory..... so what do we learn? well he allow us to do something on our own, we give him all the credit... BINGO. that the Family I wnat to be in... his FAMILY.

be blessed.

I have to check what thread we're in because I always forget..lol

In the woman at the well thread, I ran across something that spoke to me. I don't remeber if I mentioned.. I ramble so.. lol

Listen to what you wrote, can you see that here?

Jhn 4:25 The woman saith unto him, I know that Messias cometh, which is called Christ: when he is come, he will tell us all things.
Jhn 4:26 J esus saith unto her, I that speak unto thee am he.
Jhn 4:27 And upon this came his disciples, and marvelled that he talked with the woman: yet no man said, What seekest thou? or, Why talkest thou with her?
Jhn 4:31 In the mean while his disciples prayed him, saying, Master, eat.
Jhn 4:32 But he said unto them, I have meat to eat that ye know not of.
Jhn 4:33 Therefore said the disciples one to another, Hath any man brought him ought to eat?
Jhn 4:34 Jesus saith unto them, My meat is to do the will of him that sent me, and to finish his work.
Jhn 4:35 Say not ye, There are yet four months, and then cometh harvest? behold, I say unto you, Lift up your eyes, and look on the fields; for they are white already to harvest.
Jhn 4:36 And he that reapeth receiveth wages, and gathereth fruit unto life eternal: that both he that soweth and he that reapeth may rejoice together.
Jhn 4:37 And herein is that saying true, One soweth, and another reapeth.
Jhn 4:38 I sent you to reap that whereon ye bestowed no labour: other men laboured, and ye are entered into their labours.
Jhn 4:39 And many of the Samaritans of that city believed on him for the saying of the woman, which testified, He told me all that ever I did.
Jhn 4:40 So when the Samaritans were come unto him, they besought him that he would tarry with them: and he abode there two days.
Jhn 4:41 And many more believed because of his own word;

I am He.... I am the Door which opens and no man can shut..
Jesus opened the door, sowed the seed to the woman at the well, and sent his disciples to reap the saved.

The parable of the sower and the angles sent to reap the harvest...

That's how I hear it..

It has always only been by grace through faith, however there is more than one gospel found in scripture.

it has never been by faith alone apart from the sacraments!
Mk 16:16
Cannot be in the new covenant or receive grace without the priesthood and the sacraments
Show me anyone in the early church that taught faith alone!

This is not our gospel, it was for Israel.

Our gospel in this dispensation of grace was revealed to Paul:
1 Corinthians 15:3 For I delivered unto you first of all that which I also received, how that Christ died for our sins according to the scriptures;
1 Corinthians 15:4 And that he was buried, and that he rose again the third day according to the scriptures:

John 3:16 For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.

Christ was in the world and he was to believed on by his own John 1:11

John 3:18 He that believeth on him is not condemned: but he that believeth not is condemned already, because he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God.

There is nothing of his death and resurrection as in Paul's gospel.
Israel was to believe on his name, that he is Son of God, that he is Christ John 1:12 John 20:31

no! There is only one true gospel, savior, salvation, covenant, church, etc.

Jn 3:16 whole world, and whosoever
Jn 1:29 takes away the sins of the whole world
Jn 10:16 And other sheep I have, which are not of this fold: them also I must bring, and they shall hear my voice; and there shall be one fold, and one shepherd.
Eph 4:5 one faith
Jude 1:3 thee faith

in offense to Christ who is the lamb of God, and continually commit blasphemy against him!

Are they in communion or covenant with God?
The Passover is a memorial to when God freed Israel from Egypt.
That is exclusive to them, And also to the Egyptians which came out with them.
Now if you become a part of Israel, you are also heirs of the promise.
That You are no longer slaves to sin.

Sacraments are man made.. there is no rememberance in them.

Unless you serve them daily except on the Sabbath and call it manna..
but if you like YOUR manna, you can keep YOUR manna.
I prefer the Word of the Lord.

Early church Faith alone:
Act 3:2 And a certain man lame from his mother's womb was carried, whom they laid daily at the gate of the temple which is called Beautiful, to ask alms of them that entered into the temple;
Act 3:3 Who seeing Peter and John about to go into the temple asked an alms.
Act 3:4 And Peter, fastening his eyes upon him with John, said, Look on us.
Act 3:5 And he gave heed unto them, expecting to receive something of them.
Act 3:6 Then Peter said, Silver and gold have I none; but such as I have give I thee: In the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth rise up and walk.
Act 3:7 And he took him by the right hand, and lifted him up: and immediately his feet and ankle bones received strength.
Act 3:8 And he leaping up stood, and walked, and entered with them into the temple, walking, and leaping, and praising God.

PRAISE GOD!

Israel had eternal life by believing on Christ (John 20:31) BUT, to enter the kingdom they had to be baptized and be righteous and keep the commandments

Baptism!

26 A new heart also will I give you, and a new spirit will I put withi n you: and I will take away the stony heart out of your flesh, and I will give you an heart of flesh.
27 And I will put my spirit within you, and cause you to walk in my statutes, and ye shall keep my judgments, and do them.
