I own handguns and rifles. Don't need a reason for that or any justification. It's a right in the country I live in. The govmint would have to change the Constitution to remove that right. We're in trouble if they ever do.

Non-denominational Believer here... I do lean towards Calvary Chapel churches, but there aren't any in my area.

It's morning here. 2 eggs over very easy with buttered sourdough toast, and a few dried pears along with a diet pepsi.

We have plenty of homeless in interior Alaska. Mostly it's drug addicts or individuals with mental health issues who don't have any family or institutional support. Amazing, they live out in arctic temperatures and survive.

It is not a sin, but if a person feels that it is wrong, then they shouldn't drink. Drunkeness, on the other hand is a sin. A little wine is good for the heart. It's also not advisable if you're of certain Baptist persuasions as the brethren will persecute you if you have a drink ;)

When they come, I get up and drink a wee bit of pickle juice. That kills them for the rest of the night.

A few nights ago I dreamed I had a bad leg cramp. It hurt. I woke up to said leg cramp.

I don't see there being a "best" translation. Most of them do a pretty good job. The one you like to read is probably fine. I personally read the NASB1995 more often than any other translation.
