I was wondering if anyone read the book "Crescent of Betrayal" by Alec Rawls? This is one conspiracy theory that one definitely does not have to be nuts to believe.Flight 93's proposed memorial is shaped like an Islamic crescent with other objects/trees oriented in such a fashion that it represents the elements of a mosque facing Mecca as determined by the angle of the bisector of the crescent. In other words, this crescent actually is oriented towards Mecca, the say way such a person would face to pray. Then again, I wonder if this is a conspiracy theory within a conspiracy theory? Some people doubt that flight 93 was brought down by the people onboard, but rather shot down. Some don't even believe flight 93 crashed there at all due to the nature of the wreckage (maybe something else military?).Whatever one believes, it is quite certain that the general populace believes that radical terrorists of that faith brought it down, and to have such a design would seemingly glorify the so-called enemy. (Or.... to put it another way, would people tolerate a memorial that was shaped like a cross, even accidentally?)The book is online until Sept 1, 2007 at the site crescentofbetrayal.com. After that, it will come out in print and one will have to buy the book, so if you want to read it, download it now while the gettin' is good. The reason they are putting it out now was due to the urgency that the public needed to know about this, and indeed, I think the construction is ready to go now if not already underway.

Yea thats eirely wierd Tim, good call.
Ya know what? A thought came over me today that I want your opinion on. We know that the buildings looked like they were brought down (not totally caused by airplanes). Now there's an architect that designs this crescent thing with the supposed approval of the families and denies everything involving this design being linked to Islamic symbols. It's as if he was influenced and yet is trying to stay silent. Now consider the buildings. It would take quite a demolition expert to do this. You thinking what I am thinking? Inside job with outside influence maybe? Renegades? Or you think this is just another cover-up?Then again, maybe our president is really as dull as he is often seen by some people. Maybe he does believe what he is saying..... or good liar.

Well, "government info" is probably on a need to know basis, It was probably his intent to design it this way, then when people found out, he went into denial mode. Why else was he chosen to build it? Its just another blatant attempt to scar and smear the American Public.

Just for an update as to what is going on with this memorial, there has been a hold-up lately in its construction, but I'm not sure if its been cleared to resume.http://www.altoonamirror.com/page/content....65.html?nav=742The supposed reason is too high manganese levels in the water. Frankly, I think this is a crock because manganese is not that harmful (I actually take supplements for my allergies), but rather an excuse because something else may be detaining it. However, the news media may want to keep it quiet is my suspicion. When I read Rawl's book, he states the excessive goings-around and denial to his points, and the new media cover-ups. They did not want to broadcast his facts, in other words. There was too much money, special interests, and high emotions involved to state Rawl's points about Islamic symbolism in the memorial.Personally, I believe Mr. Rawl's goes too far in proving it points to Mecca, as if he has to convince everyone over and over again (he even uses a Qibla calculator to back up his claims). However, the direction to any point on earth is easily solved with mathematics called spherical trigonometry. I feel instead of wasting his time convincing people of that, just plainly state it as a fact and there is no room for negotiation---- a calculated fact is a calculated fact and should simply be presented that if anyone disagrees, even some of the so-called university professors, that they don't know what they are talking about or downright liars and leave it at that.As for the families, I think they are duped being steeped in mourning and emotionalism and the facts were not presented---- indeed they would not be since the whole premise of Rawl's is that this design was stealthily introduced. Since they voted on it, they "do not want to hear it" from Rawl's and are in total denial. This all is so sad. My personal position on this is I will NOT petition the congress or anyone else. Let this just go on. Then, years from now, I will fly over it (once all the emotions cooled down) and take a picture from the air---- I guarantee it will look like a giant crescent facing Mecca. Maybe then---- after it's too late, eyes will be opened and everyone will see that they been "had" by the enemy.

Is there a picture of the proposed memorial anywhere? If it does look too Islamic I daresay there are enough Christian warriors in America who'll soon tear it down..
