Many look at this verse and wonder what it means for them:
Matthew 7:21-23 King James Version (KJV)
21 Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven.
22 Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in thy name? and in thy name have cast out devils? and in thy name done many wonderful works?
23 And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity.

Now we know that at the Second Coming, Christ would have to make a decision or rule on those that would be saved. But there are some who say they are of the "New Covenant" that it is incompatible with the doctrine of justification by grace alone, through faith alone, on the account of Christ alone.

So we must look to the scriptures, we see this:
Matthew 18:23-35 King James Version (KJV)
23 Therefore is the kingdom of heaven likened unto a certain king, which would take account of his servants.
24 And when he had begun to reckon, one was brought unto him, which owed him ten thousand talents.
25 But forasmuch as he had not to pay, his lord commanded him to be sold, and his wife, and children, and all that he had, and payment to be made.
26 The servant therefore fell down, and worshipped him, saying, Lord, have patience with me, and I will pay thee all.
27 Then the lord of that servant was moved with compassion, and loosed him, and forgave him the debt.
28 But the same servant went out, and found one of his fellowservants, which owed him an hundred pence: and he laid hands on him, and took him by the throat, saying, Pay me that thou owest.
29 And his fellowservant fell down at his feet, and besought him, saying, Have patience with me, and I will pay thee all.
30 And he would not: but went and cast him into prison, till he should pay the debt.
31 So when his fellowservants saw what was done, they were very sorry, and came and told unto their lord all that was done.
32 Then his lord, after that he had called him, said unto him, O thou wicked servant, I forgave thee all that debt, because thou desiredst me:
33 Shouldest not thou also have had compassion on thy fellowservant, even as I had pity on thee?
34 And his lord was wroth, and delivered him to the tormentors, till he should pay all that was due unto him.
35 So likewise shall my heavenly Father do also unto you, if ye from your hearts forgive not every one his brother their trespasses.

We see that like the Lords Prayer, we must forgive our debtors:
Matthew 6:12-15 King James Version (KJV)
12 And forgive us our debts, as we forgive our debtors.
13 And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil: For thine is the kingdom, and the power, and the glory, for ever. Amen.
14 For if ye forgive men their trespasses, your heavenly Father will also forgive you:
15 But if ye forgive not men their trespasses, neither will your Father forgive your trespasses.

All hidden sin will be revealed:
1 Corinthians 3:13 King James Version (KJV)
13 Every man's work shall be made manifest: for the day shall declare it, because it shall be revealed by fire; and the fire shall try every man's work of what sort it is.

And God will judge all:
2 Corinthians 5:10 King James Version (KJV)
10 For we must all appear before the judgment seat of Christ; that every one may receive the things done in his body, according to that he hath done, whether it be good or bad.

Romans 14:10-12 King James Version (KJV)
10 But why dost thou judge thy brother? or why dost thou set at nought thy brother? for we shall all stand before the judgment seat of Christ.
11 For it is written, As I live, saith the Lord, every knee shall bow to me, and every tongue shall confess to God.
12 So then every one of us shall give account of himself to God.

Hebrews 10:30 King James Version (KJV)
30 For we know him that hath said, Vengeance belongeth unto me, I will recompense, saith the Lord. And again, The Lord shall judge his people.

All secret things will be brought out:
Ecclesiastes 12:13-14 King James Version (KJV)
13 Let us hear the conclusion of the whole matter: Fear God, and keep his commandments: for this is the whole duty of man.
14 For God shall bring every work into judgment, with every secret thing, whether it be good, or whether it be evil.

And the reward given:
Matthew 16:27 King James Version (KJV)
27 For the Son of man shall come in the glory of his Father with his angels; and then he shall reward every man according to his works.

Revelation 22:12 King James Version (KJV)
12 And, behold, I come quickly; and my reward is with me, to give every man according as his work shall be.

There is a judgment going on in heaven right now and if, when Jesus comes, His reward is with Him, it stands to reason that at some point before the second coming, those who are alive on earth will have to be judged as well. All Christians believe there is a close of probation, even though they don’t use the phrase, a point when people can no longer switch sides. So there will be a cut off period at the end where the judgment will close and Christ will return and take His people, who have truly accepted Christ and His righteousness and consequently whose works show the fruits of the Spirit, to heaven as He promised.

John 14:1-3 King James Version (KJV)
1 Let not your heart be troubled: ye believe in God, believe also in me.
2 In my Father's house are many mansions: if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you.
3 And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again, and receive you unto myself; that where I am, there ye may be also.

And God will judge all:
some good points imo, strickly critiquing at the moment,
God is not our judge, He has given all judgement to the Son, somewhere dangit...ah,
John 5:22 Lexicon: "For not even the Father judges anyone, but He has given all judgment to the Son,
So there will be a cut off period at the end where the judgment will close and Christ will return and take His people, who have truly accepted Christ and His righteousness and consequently whose works show the fruits of the Spirit, to heaven as He promised.
No one has ever gone up to heaven
Where I am going you cannot come
you and your sons will be here with me

so no offense meant ok, but you are speaking with assurance, as if you know, and Scripture has stuff to say about that too yeh? You are taking spiritual words literally, and in other places literal words spiritually, and will be found to be a hypocrite if you do not change your mind imo

so, see how you have trotted out all of the Scriptures that seem to support your point--in a version commissioned by Homosexual Royalty no less--and none of the Scripture that makes obvious there is a different reality to at least consider; as might be verified by what ol Preach says when you are getting ritually baptized, right, all that is completely ignored
in the cult of sol invictus i mean, your current religion
so, let's all sing it together, one more time,
"When we aaalll get to heaven..."

and i get how this is being read ok, and you are a good hearted person, so i ask you to consider your position here, and how a few will hear your words; "Hi, i'm a believer under the law, enmeshed in the Cult of Sol Invictus, and im here to tell you what the Bible says."

Apollos? I srsly doubt it, Hobie; The kingdom is within you right. Apollos waters, or iow the cult of sol stuff is what draws ppl in, what did you go out into the wilderness to see? and you can sure believe that if you want i guess, i cant find any judgement for beliefs, understand why the whores and tax collectors are beating you in, the alt is def not as pleasant, but at least the Bible makes sense now, and i dont have to avoid any passages :) No son of man may die for another's sins. You reap what you sow

if you dig a pit
("hell") for others, you end up in it yourself

i believe that we, being evil, just need a Sacrifice, a skin, in our minds, in order to make us acceptable to Yah, bc we are "under the law" (as can even be witnessed by our use of satan's dialectic, this is that, that is this) (we're tired of this manna, give us some meat to eat) and under the law almost everything requires blood. Give me some of that red stew, for i am famished unto death

When Christ returns all of the world will be worshiping satan thinking that he was Christ.

Ye, and we hear more in Revelation 17, were we are given a description of Babylon, represented by a woman, with a name written on her forehead, ‘Mystery, Babylon the Great, the Mother of Harlots and of the Abominations of the Earth’. This woman is symbolic of an apostate Church, and the mother of all apostate churches, is “drunk with the blood of the saints and with the blood of the martyrs of Jesus” .

Revelation 17:3-6 King James Version (KJV)
3 So he carried me away in the spirit into the wilderness: and I saw a woman sit upon a scarlet coloured beast, full of names of blasphemy, having seven heads and ten horns.
4 And the woman was arrayed in purple and scarlet colour, and decked with gold and precious stones and pearls, having a golden cup in her hand full of abominations and filthiness of her fornication:
5 And upon her forehead was a name written, Mystery, Babylon The Great, The Mother Of Harlots And Abominations Of The Earth.
6 And I saw the woman drunken with the blood of the saints, and with the blood of the martyrs of Jesus: and when I saw her, I wondered with great admiration.

Then in Revelation 18 we see it calls God’s people to come out of Babylon:
Revelation 18 King James Version (KJV)
1 And after these things I saw another angel come down from heaven, having great power; and the earth was lightened with his glory.
2 And he cried mightily with a strong voice, saying, Babylon the great is fallen, is fallen, and is become the habitation of devils, and the hold of every foul spirit, and a cage of every unclean and hateful bird.
3 For all nations have drunk of the wine of the wrath of her fornication, and the kings of the earth have committed fornication with her, and the merchants of the earth are waxed rich through the abundance of her delicacies.
4 And I heard another voice from heaven, saying, Come out of her, my people, that ye be not partakers of her sins, and that ye receive not of her plagues.
5 For her sins have reached unto heaven, and God hath remembered her iniquities.

So at the end, people will recognize that this is a apostate church, with false doctrines and begin to come out of it.

Agreed, people will wake up and smell the coffee as to speak. but one must be on guard, for many are still deceiving and are very cleaver. but one must be taught of God himself, meaning the Holy Spirit. for as the scriptures stated, "the days cut short, for even the elect could be fooled". that a danger sign, with red alert.

but I have my faith in God who knows all things.

this is a good topice and people need to take notice in what it is saying.

Jeremiah 50:33-34 The peoples of Israel and Judah are both oppressed, they are kept in exile among the nations. But they have a powerful Advocate, He will take up their cause, that He may bring rest to the Land and turmoil to the inhabitants of Babylon.

This refers to the period of the exile of both Israel and Judah. Some of Judah have returned to the Land, but we await the final return of all the faithful Christian Israelites. At the completion of their decreed punishment, the Lord will redeem and deliver them. This will ‘give rest to the Land and distress to Babylon’. Babylon – at this time is a metaphor for the ungodly nations.

Jeremiah 50:35-45 This passage is a description of the destruction of ancient Babylon.

Jeremiah 50:46 At the noise of the taking of Babylon, the earthquakes and the sound is heard and felt around the world.

Ancient Babylon was destroyed and is still no longer inhabited as a city. But it is evident that this is a dual prophecy, as not all of verses 35-46 were fulfilled then. The earthquakes and loud sounds are mentioned again in;

Jeremiah 51:54-56 The sounds of great destruction come from the lands of the Babylonians. The advancing wave booms and roars like mighty waters, when the Lord despoils Babylon. Jeremiah 25:30-31, Isaiah 29:6 [There is no mention in any historical record of earthquakes when Cyrus conquered the city of Babylon.]

Jeremiah 51:19 The God of Israel is not like the useless idols of other peoples, for He is the Creator of all things. Israel are the people He claims as His own. Y’hovah is His Name.

The concept of a ‘chosen’ people is difficult for us to accept, however the Lord’s plan for His creation is ‘beyond our fathoming’. He is the Potter, we are the clay. Isaiah 45:9 Then in Romans 9:21-23, we are told that some are made for destruction. But then, in Ephesians 2:11-18, we are all given the opportunity to join the community of Israel, the Overcomers for Him, by being in unison with Christ Jesus. 1 Peter 2:9-10

Jeremiah 51:20-29 You, Israel are My battleaxe, with you, I shall shatter nations, destroy kingdoms and all that is in them. Zechariah 9:13-15 So shall I repay Babylonia for all the wrongs they have done to Zion. I am against you – you like a destructive mountain, a desecration on the whole earth. I shall stretch out My hand and burn you out. Raise a flag on the earth, prepare the nations for war against her. The earth quakes and writhes for the Lord’s plans against Babylon are fulfilled. Ref: REB, NIV, KJV. Some verses abridged.

The Lord will ‘shatter nations, with earthquakes and a great noise, He will burn out Babylonia’, on the great and terrible Day of His vengeance and wrath. This matches with the many prophecies describing the imminent worldwide fire judgement. It will be the Sixth Seal, when in Revelation 6:15-17 The kings of the earth, the rich and powerful leaders, all peoples hide themselves in caves and call on the mountains to fall on them, to hide them from the wrath of God and the Lamb, for who can stand? Malachi 4:1 and Isaiah 30:26 tell us that Day comes ‘like a burning furnace, and the sun seven times stronger, on the Day He save His people’. God punishes the nations, by a CME, at the same time as our Advocate saves His people.
