We are all at the mercy of our sources, I have read pro, and con about this subject and do see a level of darkness to it, the good works they do could also be part of the propaganda as well , which is a very good tatic to say the least.

Propaganda, or real substance? your saying its harmless, but many say its a secret plan of the globalist, antichristian, and when all the layers are peeled off you have the seething energies of lucifer in your hands.

Just like skull and bones bush hoodwinked christian into thinking he was also a christian, you could be doing the same thing! or you could be honestly be hoodwinked as well, but with the level you claim to be at, that would make that possiblity questionable.

Glen.

But, isn't he here upon request?

"I received an email today from [email protected] suggesting that I start a discussion about Freemasonry. So here goes!"

Is that not true?

To clear this up, no I did not outright request that he come here. As he should confirm, he replied to our email about the site software update asking about a topic like this to which I cleared him to post. My goal was simply to allow a format where questions could be asked about Freemasonry and a little discussion could take place where some questions might be answered. That's all.

I have a question about it. One of my great, great's was a 32nd degree Mason. I used to be rather proud of that but...I don't know diddly about Masons. They seem to do good work, helping underprivleged children but even Satan is disguised as an angel of light.

Are the Masons evil? Do all Masons know all factors of their organization? Or...is it simply a boys club where they get together?

Thank you Swampfox for explaining this.

And to cemab4y
This goes to the question I asked. You received a mass email just like all who are members here. You then requested a chance to come here and post about your organization ...which Swampfox afforded you the chance ... So it seems you have somewhat misrepresented the situation.

My question is still the same what on earth do you think your organization has to explain to Christians when you are not a Christian organization .. I understood you feel you must talk to Christians why? It was your request to come here.

(12) For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.

Masons can be the nicest people, but in my experience the powers and principalities that find a foothold in them will do everything they can to quench the Holy Spirit, favouring instead a form of ritualistic religiousity.

I apologize, if there was any confusion. I made a request, to the board moderator "swampfox", for permission to set up a discussion about Freemasonry. My request was approved, that is why this discussion is here. True, I was not specifically "invited" to set up this discussion, but when my request was approved, I considered that to be a "virtual invitation". So there.

quote - My question is still the same what on earth do you think your organization has to explain to Christians when you are not a Christian organization .. I understood you feel you must talk to Christians why? -unquote

Freemasonry does not have to explain anything to anybody. Our organization has existed for many hundreds of years. I personally feel , that there are many misconceptions, and incorrect ideas about Freemasonry, held by many people. I want to get the truth out, through media such as this board.

Freemasonry is definetly not Christian. It is a secular organization, and makes no claim to divine origination. We have no sacraments, no priesthood, no plan of salvation. We offer no pathway to the divine. The relationship that man has with Deity is the business of religion, and we are not a religion. Our concern is with the relationship of man to his fellow man. Ours is a peculiar (meaning "unique"), system of morality, veiled in allegory, and illustrated by symbols.

Masonry teaches ethics, morality, and brotherly love, in a non-religious context. Participants are taught certain moral lessons. Although we are not a charity or a service organization, the Masonic family of organizations (there are over 100), contribute about $2.6 million dollars a day, in the USA alone. This does not count individual contributions by masons, and it does not include the millions of man-hours of "sweat-equity" contributed by masons and lodges, nationwide.

Freemasonry quenches the Holy Spirit in a number of ways, one of them being the prohibition regarding the mention of Jesus Christ by masons to other masons.

The British Methodist Church condemned Masonry at its General Assembly in 1985. The Assembly acted on a report of its Faith and Order Committee. That report, entitledFreemasonry & Methodism, outlinedthe occultic nature of Masonryin detail. The report concluded with these words:"There is a great danger the Christian who becomes a Freemason will find himself compromising his Christian beliefs or his allegiance to Christ, perhaps without realizing what he is doing."

Several doctrines taught by the Masons are particularly repulsive to the Word of God. One is that there are many ways to God.
Consider, for example, this quote from Carl Claudy's book, Introduction to Freemasonry:
"In his private petitions a man may petition God or Jehovah, Allah or Buddha, Mohammed or Jesus; he may call upon the God of Israel or the Great First Cause. In the Masonic Lodge he hears petition to the Great Architect of the Universe, finding his own deity under that name. A hundred paths may wind upward around a mountain; at the top they meet."
By contrast, Jesus said, "I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me..."

In other words, Masonry teaches salvation through all religions, whereas the Bible teaches there is salvation in only one name under heaven — the name of Jesus (Acts 4:12). (John 14:6).

The following link has more information on the unscriptural doctrines of freemasonry:

Your information is incorrect in many ways. That is the reason why I asked permission to set up this discussion. I will address your points.

Freemasonry quenches the Holy Spirit in a number of ways, one of them being the prohibition regarding the mention of Jesus Christ by masons to other masons.

That is absolutely false. Masonry never quenches any religious experience. Masons are not prohibited from mentioning Jesus, Mohammed, Lao-Tze, or any religious personage to other masons. This is absurd beyond belief. There are Masonic pastors, who deliver sermons about Jesus, to Christian congregations, which include Masons. The first protestant missionaries in the Western Hemisphere, were sponsored by Masons.

NOT in any way. Masons are encouraged (not required) to be active in the church of their choice. Most masons find their religious life is enhanced, by their Masonic experience.

Several doctrines taught by the Masons are particularly repulsive to the Word of God. One is that there are many ways to God.

Not hardly. Masonry is a secular organization, and wisely, stays out of all religious debates. A man must believe in God FIRST, before petitioning (applying) to Masonry.

Consider, for example, this quote from Carl Claudy's book, Introduction to Freemasonry:Quote<blockquote>"In his private petitions a man may petition God or Jehovah, Allah or Buddha, Mohammed or Jesus; he may call upon the God of Israel or the Great First Cause. In the Masonic Lodge he hears petition to the Great Architect of the Universe, finding his own deity under that name. A hundred paths may wind upward around a mountain; at the top they meet."

You CANNOT apply the opinions of one man to the entire organization. Carl Claudy wrote several books, and NONE of them were ever accepted as official Masonic policy, by any lodge or Grand Lodge any where. Imagine if some Christian wrote a book, that said that Jesus Christ was an ax-murderer. Would you say that all Christians believe what that book said?

</blockquote>
By contrast, Jesus said, "I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me..."
In other words, Masonry teaches salvation through all religions,

NO Way! Masonry does not teach anything about salvation. Masonry is only concerned with each man's relationship with his fellow man. The relationship of man to Deity, is the sole province of religion. Masonry, wisely, stays out of any discussion of "sin", or salvation. By staying neutral on the subject of religion, Masonry can accept men of many different religions and faith backgrounds into the organization.

Freedom of thought and conscience, are paramount.

whereas the Bible teaches there is salvation in only one name under heaven — the name of Jesus (Acts 4:12). (John 14:6).

Some Christians have serious problems with Freemasonry. Many Freemasons are Christians, and there are even many Christian pastors that are Freemasons.

The moderators of this board and I agree, that it is important that Christians have an understanding of Freemasonry, and what it is all about. Then Christians will see that there is nothing to fear.

I wanted to be a Mason years ago. I even had a sponsor. But, decided not to go any further.

Where this conversation is important is a discussion of Conspiracy Theory. It's amazing how many of those theories bleed into Christianity and consiquently effect many interpretations of prophecy, and the true understanding of the world around us.

It's very important to understand all sides of an argument before engaging in them. Often times taking ideas from Conspiracy Theories clouds anothers understanding, and creates a battle that was never there in the first place. It also takes peoples eyes off of the truth and the true basis of the discussion or argument in the first place.

I believe that some very powerful people have become Free Masons, and thus some things such as archetecture, and even money bear some of the Masonic symbols. But, I don't believe the Free Masons to be an organization of controling the world and bringing about the NWO. I don't believe the Illuminati conspiracy either. Although I do know that the Illuminati was at one time a sub clique in Free Masons, but was mostly rejected by other Free Masons. George Washington is one who rejected the Illuminati.

The problem is that it's bread into our western culture that any secret society is trying to take over the world, and bring about the NWO. If we search history of Conspiracy Theories, we'll see that these ideas often spring forth from racist, or paranoid fringe society groups or sects. These offer very little fact, and do little more than breed fear and ignorance. Consiquently fear and ignorance are the festering breeding grounds of hate and anger.

We should all face the fact that the world we live in is not Christian. Anything that is not for Christ is against Him. However,, that doesn't mean that a club, or group, or lodge that does things in secret is intentionaly against Jesus or intentionaly for Satan.

Some people just like clubs and groups or organizations and odd rituals. The rituals of most clubs or organizations are meant to bring the people of the organizations together, it's something that is participated in by all members. That's how you can have all walks of life come together to hang out. They may have nothing in common, but the rites and rituals of clubs give them a common ground.

David Yallop is widely considered to be the world's leading investigators of unsolved crimes. He documents some of his findings in book form.

The Roman Catholic Church had rules stating none of it's members could be in the Masonic Lodge .

The Vatican Banker , and up to 14 Cardinals , were implicated in a multi billion dollar crime whereas illegal money and counterfit securities were laundered through the Vatican bank.

John Paul 1 was aware of this and was unexpectedly elected Pope. He quietly made plans to expel the corrupt and clean house on his 34th day as Pope.

He woke up dead on his 33rd day as Pope. He was discovered at 445 am , was in the hands of the undertakers by 500 am and the body was enbalmed immediately without autopsy.

The banking system came close to collapsing because of the huge financial crime. Franklin National and other US banks were about to go under but the various governments quietly intervened to preserve bank confidence.

No Cardinals lost their jobs , Vatican banker Paul Marcinkus stayed in place , and the Vatican proceeded to elect a new Pope.

The (illegal) Masonic Lodge these men belonged to was named P-2 .

There was no mention of this group donating to local Shriner burn units.

Federal Government budgets are prepared behind closed doors for good reason. It is to prevent any individuals from taking beneficial actions (insider trading) before release of the budget to the general public. It is a good system .

8 months before the release of a federal budget , a large real estate company listed hundreds of rental homes for sale at decent prices and most of them sold quickly.

Many people in this small city guessed that the owner of the real estate company was planning to retire, thus the massive sale of his holdings.

When the federal budget was released months later it was announced that a major military air base was to be closed near this small city. Housing values dropped sharply and many businesses closed.

The real estate owner did not retire , nor did he suffer from the closing of the airbase , he had sold his properties well in advance . Turns out 80% of his homes had been rented to military personell working at the airport.

As a high ranking Mason and Shriner he was well known for his efforts in the Shriner hospitals and Shrine Circus.

Polished on the outside and corrupt on the inside? You decide. There was not sufficient direct evidence to bring charges , after all it is hard to get information or witnesses who belong to a secret club , who's pledges and loyalties are to the lodge brotherhood, not government or law.

I am not attempting to directly correlate these verses with membership in secret lodges but it is something to keep in mind as we read ........

=============================

Therefore, since through God's mercy we have this ministry, we do not lose heart. Rather, we have renounced secret and shameful ways; we do not use deception, nor do we distort the word of God

For it is shameful even to mention what the disobedient do in secret. But everything exposed by the light becomes visible, for it is light that makes everything visible. This is why it is said:
"Wake up, O sleeper,
rise from the dead,
and Christ will shine on you."

For the secret power of lawlessness is already at work

They will secretly introduce destructive heresies, even denying the sovereign Lord who bought them

For certain men whose condemnation was written about long ago have secretly slipped in among you. They are godless men, who change the grace of our God into a license for immorality and deny Jesus Christ our only Sovereign and Lord.

This will take place on the day when God will judge men's secrets through Jesus Christ, as my gospel declares.

but the worries of this life, the deceitfulness of wealth and the desires for other things come in and choke the word, making it unfruitful.

=============================

Every one of us have secret sins in our lives. Membership in a "secretive" Lodge is not required for this. Secret sin in the Christian is very powerful and destructive. I often feel this is one of the reasons we are told to "confess our sins". I think once the secret part is disarmed , we can easier deal with overcoming the sin. Satan loves things done in secret. It is very powerful and he knows it. Confessing sins is sometimes very hard to do because of the powerful hold secrets can have on us.

I do not for a minute feel that everyone in a Masonic Lodge is an evil Satanist. That is a great stretch. Many decent people are Masons.

But if I was pledged to a group that allows all paths to God as being equal ...... the following words would cause me concern if they .... deny Jesus Christ is our only Sovereign and Lord.

You make some good points. However, the ones that secretly introduce..... aren't the ones in an organization that is secret,,,, Know what I mean?

Point being is that there are people that for whatever reason, sneak themselves into the church (ie, the entire church, false prophets, false teachers, false believers and etc) Not so much as an outside secular club,,, However,,, To keep an open mind about a possible danger of certain clubs, groups or organizations,,, We do need to be aware of how people who aren't directed by God can unkowingly be directed by demons or simply their flesh (the latter more often the case).

A good example would be a preacher like John Macarthur. If you listen to his sermons, they're great, full of information and wisdom and explainations of scripture. But, listen close and the false teachers will slip, and make heretical mistakes. John Macarthur actually says, it's not the Blood of Christ that cleanses sins. He says the Blood is merely representing His death. That if we believe the Blood cleanses our sins, then we are deifying the Blood and taking away from Jesus.

Another example would be those who claim we're god,, "Not God with the big G, but god with the little g" Damnedable heresy.

But, all the other stuff they say is great and lines up,, then comes the M80 down the pipes.

There are others with agendas that aren't so obvious,, political, or "moral" or what ever that will try to introduce their finely concocted arguments, and beautifuly spelled out loaded questions, and their statistics and such, and try to entice others into something else.

Your post also makes me think of some people giving Christianity a black eye, such as corrupt preachers, teachers, or what ever hypocrite there is.

But, none of these tricks are new. They're still sneaky, no doubt.

Anyway,, Good post.

There may have been trouble with the link I gave earlier to this article so here it is in full with the comments it attracted. I firmly believe that Christians should renounce Masonry and be filled with the Holy Spirit.

THE UNSCRIPTURAL DOCTRINES OF MASONRY

by Dr. David Reagan

Several doctrines taught by the Masons are particularly repulsive to the Word of God. One is that there are many ways to God. Consider, for example, this quote from Carl Claudy's book, Introduction to Freemasonry: "In his private petitions a man may petition God or Jehovah, Allah or Buddha, Mohammed or Jesus; he may call upon the God of Israel or the Great First Cause. In the Masonic Lodge he hears petition to the Great Architect of the Universe, finding his own deity under that name. A hundred paths may wind upward around a mountain; at the top they meet."[sup]1[/sup] By contrast, Jesus said, "I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me..." (John 14:6).
In other words, Masonry teaches salvation through all religions, whereas the Bible teaches there is salvation in only one name under heaven — the name of Jesus (Acts 4:12).

Salvation by Works

Another unscriptural Masonic doctrine is salvation by works. Masonic literature is replete with references to being justified before God through good works.
For example, in the Kentucky Masonic handbook, the lambskin apron worn by Masons is described as a reminder "of that purity of life and conduct which is essential to gaining admission to the Celestial Lodge above, where the Supreme Architect of the Universe presides."[sup]2[/sup] The Holman edition of the Masonic Bible contains a Masonic Creed that asserts that "character determines destiny."[sup]3[/sup] The former Masonic Grand Chaplain of Pennsylvania summed it up this way:[sup]4[/sup]

<blockquote>"The philosophy of Freemasonry is to make man the master of his own destiny, to show him that there also is an immortality on earth brought by his actions; that he can, through his own efforts... inscribe his name in the 'Book of Life.'"
</blockquote>

This is a different Gospel, and as such, it is condemned by Paul in Galatians 1:8-9. The true Gospel is that we are saved by grace through faith in Jesus, and not through works (Ephesians 2:8-10).

Jesus is One of Many Saviors

A third unbiblical doctrine of Masonry relates to their view of Jesus. He is portrayed in Masonic literature as one of many Saviors. Consider this quote from the Kentucky handbook:[sup]5[/sup]

<blockquote>"All antiquity... believed in a future life... and in a Mediator or Redeemer... The belief was general that He was to be born of a virgin and suffer a painful death. The Hindus called him Krishna; the Chinese, Kioun-tse; the Persians, Sosiosch; the Chaldeans, Dhouvanai; the Egyptians, Horus; Plato, Love; the Scandinavians, Balder; the Christians, Jesus; the Masons, Hiram."
</blockquote>

As this paragraph indicates, Jesus comes across in Masonic literature as nothing more than one of many enlightened men. He certainly is not viewed as divine. Former Masonic leader, Jim Shaw, has written that in official Masonic doctrine, "Jesus is just a man. He is one of the 'exemplars,' one of the great men of the past, but not divine and certainly not the only means of redemption of lost mankind."[sup]6[/sup]
In sharp contrast, the Bible teaches that Jesus was the unique and only begotten Son of God — that He was, in fact, God in the flesh (Philippians 2:1-9 and John 1:1-14).
One other thing — Masons are not allowed to pray in their lodges in the name of Jesus. Yet the Word of God says that Christians are to offer all prayers in Jesus' name (Colossians 3:17).

A God Alien to the Bible

According to Coil's Masonic Encyclopedia all men involved in Masonry must decide between the inferior Christian God and the true God of Masonry:[sup]7[/sup]

<blockquote>"Men have to decide whether they want a God like the ancient Hebrew Jahweh, a partisan, tribal God, with whom they can talk and argue and from whom they can hide if necessary, or a boundless, eternal, universal, undenominational, and international, Divine Spirit, so vastly removed from the speck called man, that He cannot be known, named, or approached."
</blockquote>

This quotation makes it clear that the God of Masonry, called The Great Architect of the Universe and symbolized by the all-seeing eye, is not the true God of the Bible. The Bible reveals that the creator of this universe is a triune God consisting of one God in three persons. The Bible further reveals that He is a Father God who desires intimate fellowship with His creation. He is anything but a "tribal God" who is aloof and unapproachable (Isaiah 57:15).
Although Masons are taught that the real name of God cannot be known because it has been lost, those who pursue the higher levels of Masonry are ultimately told that the secret name of the Masonic deity is Jabulon.[sup]8[/sup] This is an acronym for Jehovah, Baal (the ancient Canaanite god), and Osiris (an Egyptian mystery god). Can there really be any doubt that Masonry is steeped in paganism?

The Masonic Defense

Many Masons respond to these criticisms by observing that George Washington was a Mason and that fourteen of our Presidents have been Masons. But these facts are irrelevant. No one denies that many good and great men have been and are Masons.
Others defend the Masons by pointing out that many ministers are Masons. This too does not prove anything. Many ministers are also members of the apostate National Council of Churches, and many ministers are unsaved.
Another defense of Masonry is that it honors the Bible as God's Word. The Standard Masonic Monitor maintains that the Bible is "the Great Light in Masonry" and even advises Masons to study it diligently.[sup]9[/sup] But this claim is highly misleading. In actuality, the Bible is officially designated as a piece of "lodge furniture."[sup]10[/sup] In Utah, Masons place the Book of Mormon on their lodge altars. In India, the Hindu Vedras are placed on the altar, and in Muslim lands, the altar features the Koran.
The Masonic attitude toward the Bible is best summed up by an article that appears in the Masonic Bible that is published by Holman:[sup]11[/sup]<blockquote>"Thus, by the very honor which Masonry pays to the Bible, it teaches us to revere every book of faith... joining hands with the man of Islam as he takes his oath on the Koran, and with the Hindu as he makes covenant with God upon the book that he loves best. For Masonry knows what so many forget, that religions are many, but Religion is one... Therefore, it invites to its altar men of all faiths knowing that, if they use different names for "the Nameless One of a hundred names," they are yet praying to the one God and Father of all; knowing also, that while they read different volumes, they are in fact reading the same vast Book of the Faith of Man."</blockquote>What incredible blasphemy of God and His Holy Word!
Finally, Masons try to defend themselves by pointing to the good works of the Masonic Order. But again, no one denies that Masons do many good works. Their good works are just not relevant to the issue. Furthermore, the Bible tells us that we are to do our good works in the name of Jesus so that He will receive the honor and glory (Colossians 3:17).

The Real Issue

The real issue is Jesus Christ. He calls us to be open about our faith. The Masons operate in secret. Jesus calls us to refrain from taking oaths. The Masons require blood oaths. Jesus call us to do all things in His name, to His honor and glory. Masons do their good works in the name of Masonry and to the glory of "The Great Architect of the Universe." The Word says Jesus is "the blessed and only potentate" (1 Timothy 6:14-15). Masons exalt their temple leaders by calling them spiritual titles like "Worshipful Master." Jesus said He is the only way to God. Masons argue there are many roads to God.
If you are a Christian and a Mason, I believe you should repent of your involvement and denounce the Masonic oaths you have taken. You should ask God to forgive you for ever having taken the oaths. You should resign your Masonic membership and rededicate yourself to Jesus and Him only.
Then you should start spending the time you used to spend in Masonry in your local church working to expand the Kingdom of God.

Good News Concerning the Masons

Masonic membership within the United States has been diminishing rapidly.
In 1958 the number of Masons in the U.S. stood at 4.2 million, or 2.4% of the total population.
By the beginning of 2005 the American membership had dropped to less than 1.5 million, or 0.6% of the population.
Most Masons today are over the age of 50. The movement is obviously dying, and we can be thankful for that.

Anonymous said... Again translations and interpretations of Masonic writers by the un-initiated is skewed by the religious intolerance of the writer of this blog. No one person speaks for all Masonry, so quoting works from Masonic authors is disingenuous at best. Every man is entitled to his opinion and that is what is quoted here opinions or what Masonry means to the writer. Freemasonry does not have any religious dogma and does not teach any path to salvation. It does teach that one should be an active participant in his religion whatever that may be. It is no business of Masonry what religion a man belongs to, so long as he has a belief in a Supreme Being. We practice tolerance of religion which is more than I can say for these Bible thumpers. Freemasons teach that one should be about God's work of Charity, relief and truth. This in no way tells a member that he will attain salvation by these virtues, but by the religious path he has chosen for himself. If he be a Christian then it would be through Jesus Christ. So you theories and message are flawed on it's face. Instead of looking outward and condemning that which you know not what you speak of, look inward at your own hypocrisy and reflect.
As well you are very mistaken about Freemasonry dying out. We are thriving and growing in some areas. I am sure that the more of the religious intolerants that espouse the same views that are written here, the more men will be made aware of and come to Freemasonry of their own free will and accord.Tuesday, May 19, 2009 8:15:00 AM CDT

Sal said... Anonymous, you just proved Dr. Reagan's point with "This in no way tells a member that he will attain salvation by these virtues, but by the religious path he has chosen for himself." You are confirming the Masons are advocating Universalism (the belief that all religions lead to heaven). Nothing biblical in that teaching.

John 14:6
"Jesus answered, ‘I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.’"

1 Timothy 2:5
"For there is one God and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus,"

1 John 5:5
"Who is it that overcomes the world? Only he who believes that Jesus is the Son of God."Tuesday, May 19, 2009 9:48:00 AM CDT

son of thunder said... I can't agree with any group that places Jesus in the same category as other religious leaders and founders. Jesus is the Name above all other names, and in the end every religious leader and their "path" will come under the scrutiny on Yahweh God and His righteous judgment.

Anon wrote - "This in no way tells a member that he will attain salvation by these virtues, but by the religious path he has chosen for himself. If he be a Christian then it would be through Jesus Christ." What if a person were to chose, say, Charles Manson, as their guide on their "religious path"? Or Adolf Hitler?

This opens Pandora's Box, does it not?

What Freemasonry does…
Simply, Freemasonry builds and advances the character of men to make them better.
Building on principals of moral integrity, Freemasons hold brotherly love as paramount to the benefit of mankind. Whether through charitable acts, or by direct involvement, Freemasonry has dedicated itself to the prosperity of mankind.
On the individual level, Freemasonry builds on moral philosophy, through allegorical symbols to impart rich and complex meanings about the divine. What that means is through Masonic education, individuals are given their own personal building blocks to contribute to the build of their own personal moral character, and then charged with applying that purpose in their day-to-day life.
It does not act to impart religion to its membership, instead it builds on the tenants and virtues taught by all religions, including a faith in the divine, the application of the Golden Rule, and the value of leading a moral virtuous life, all with the drive to put these ideas into personal practice. It promotes the active participation in the member’s individual faith tradition, charging them to build their spiritual character.
Throughout the mason’s life, the lessons of morality and ethics are revisited through the extensions of the various bodies of Freemasonry, building on the principals of Freemasonry. Seldom can a mason say they have learned all of the meanings taught to them through the degrees.
By serving to promote brotherly love masons are now involved in extended levels of charity and benevolence to meet the needs of those least able in society.
To serves as an example, Freemasons are involved in all of these charitable organizations, giving to the needs of others.

In the name of Jesus Christ I pray that in time you will renounce Freemasonry and be filled with the Holy Spirit.

2Corinthians 4:3-6
(3) But if our gospel be hid, it is hid to them that are lost:(4) In whom the god of this world hath blinded the minds of them which believe not, lest the light of the glorious gospel of Christ, who is the image of God, should shine unto them.(5) For we preach not ourselves, but Christ Jesus the Lord; and ourselves your servants for Jesus' sake.(6) For God, who commanded the light to shine out of darkness, hath shined in our hearts, to give the light of the knowledge of the glory of God in the face of Jesus Christ.

Look Stumpy, I will NEVER renounce Freemasonry. I will be buried in my Mason's apron, and have a Masonic funeral. Masonry is part of me, and I am part of Masonry.

Then why do you think its ok for you to come here and expect us to embrace your philosophy when its against our belief and who we are ... Seems a little hypocritical to me ...accepting all religions is againist our religion period !!!!!! your organization does this and puts oaths of men above God also against our religion .. We will never accept your organization ... and you would have to put God before your organization to be a Christian ... So there seems little point in you being here if thats all you what to discuss...
