Does anyone here think its possible to have had good faith , the good pure love in Christ and then fall away from that .
Like say , fall away from the first faith as paul warned timothy some already had .
Or maybe we should examine real close the message JESUS gives that same church of ephesus from heaven .
YOU have left OFF your FIRST LOVE . So number one they had it . they did have it .
JESUS is telling them to RETURN to that first love or he is gonna put that candle stick out .
Paul tells the hebrews , for we are made partakers of Christ , IF we hold the confidence we had at the beginning , FIRM to the END .
JESUS says he who endures to the END the same shall be saved .
JESUS is our only HOPE . But if one continues not in him , continue to not heed HE who speaks from heaven
Continues not to follow the Spirit , well that end is no good .
How does one overcome the world , FAITH IN JESUS . We must keep that solid and firm to the end .
Beware my friends , unless anyone here gets taken in with the error of the wicked and falls from Their own steadfastness .
Let no man beguile you , CHURCH , we must remain diligent and Be heeding the SPIRIT .
And be here to look out for one another as well .
If any does err from the TRUTH , and one converts him back he has saved a soul from death .
Be doing all to look out for one another . cause we got one massive delusion creeping into
many churches , sites and just all over . Its a lie and it makes claim that all religoins are serving the same God .
And that if muslims , or whatever are simply doing good and having love , they are saved and know JESUS . BUT its a lie .
As our red bird has said , WHO SO OVER CONFESSES by mouth JESUS CHRIST and
Beleives from the heart that GOD has raised HIM from the dead , shall be saved . DO NOT BUY the all inclusive lie .
STICK to the original gosple .

You actually think these texts equate to "Enjoy your time in hell?" Am I being punk'd? Is this a rib of some kind?
The texts address your situation in that it seems you are rejecting the standard of gospel truth that I was telling you about (by responding to it with "Baaalloney.")

See 2 Corinthians 5:17 (kjv)...we become a permanent servant of the Lord when we are born again (see also 1 John 2:17).
"Now the Spirit expressly says that in later times some will depart from the faith by devoting themselves to deceitful spirits and teachings of demons,"

"Take care, brothers, lest there be in any of you an evil, unbelieving heart, leading you to fall away from the living God. ".

"And then many will fall away and betray one another and hate one another. And many false prophets will arise and lead many astray. And because lawlessness will be increased, the love of many will grow cold. But the one who endures to the end will be saved."

"Then you will say, “Branches were broken off so that I might be grafted in.” That is true. They were broken off because of their unbelief, but you stand fast through faith. So do not become proud, but fear. For if God did not spare the natural branches, neither will he spare you. Note then the kindness and the severity of God: severity toward those who have fallen, but God's kindness to you, provided you continue in his kindness. Otherwise you too will be cut off."

In the parable of the sower there are four types of soil...

Only one type of soil refers to those who can take such verses as John 5:24 (kjv) for granted.

Cannot anyone see how inappropriate it is for one Christian to tell another matter-of-factly that they are rejecting truth or involved in unbelief? Can't any see how utterly uncharitable this is, and how it breaks down communication?

Can I get a witness?

It does address the question.

The link was to a post that had been posted only a few posts before that one...which was to say that I had already answered your question.

Maybe if I quote the post in question it will be more to your liking...

John 6: 37 says nothing about the unforgivable sin. - you eventually came around to answering the question with "Blasphamy of the Holy Spirit" ... OK .. but what is that "damn you holy spirit" ? - and it has nothing to do with "Faith Alone" - sola fide .. nothing to do with rejecting Jesus or God for that matter.

How does one sin against the holy spirit ... do you not know ?

If someone commits your definition of blasphemy against the Spirit, and then comes to Christ seeking forgiveness, will He in any wise cast them out? (see John 6:37).

But yes, I am interested in what your definition of it is.

You'll probably get a witness from a bunch of unbelievers who have been rebuked in such a fashion.

If the rebuke wakes you up out of your unbelief, it is indeed charitable and has your well-being in mind.

The blasphemy against the Holy Ghost is quite a simple matter. Blasphemy is defined in the Bible as assuming the prerogative of God. The special office of the Holy Spirit is to convict of sin, and of righteousness, and of judgment. Therefore to take this work upon oneself is the unpardonable sin.

Jesus says the unforgivable sin can never be forgiven .. but this is not the question .. nor is your silly question the question.

The question is - what is the unforgivable sin ... it is not "rejecting Jesus" that would be a sin against Jesus .. which Jesus explicitly says can be forgiven.

So Wrong Answer ... what is the right answer ? How does one sin against a spirit ?

Hint ... Jesus is the Logos .. emissary between man and God - who speaks God's word through the Holy Spirit.

The sin against the holy spirit is to put words into God's mouth .. usurping the position of Jesus .. blaspheming the holy spirit - which is what you do when you claim teachings which are not from Jesus .. are from Jesus.

That is blasphamy of the the good Sophia.

If folks truly want to know what blasphemy against the HOLY SPIRIT is , read the bible . its in the gosples .
mark chapter three makes it very clear .
They accused JESUS of casting out demons BY satan himself . JESUS flat out said , HE who speaks against the HOLY GHOST
has no forgiveness , not in this life , or the one to come . Read mark chapter three .
That was blasphemy against the HOLY GHOST .

Open bibles and love every word . AND LET THE GLORIOUS LORD JESUS BE PRAISED .
Turn this place into a praise fest unto the glorious KING who has saved us . OH PRAISE HIS GLORIOUS NAME .
SING it sister nancy . SING to the KING sister. In fact let all who name the name of JESUS
Christ , depart from inquity and PRAISE HIS GLORIOUS NAME .

That's a lie from the pit of hell.

The Holy Spirit dwells within believers...and therefore He works through believers...so if a believer says something that convicts another of sin, it is preposterous to say that they have committed the unpardonable sin.

I also thought you were sharper than this...

Good night that was a lie all right . Folks read mark chapter three . and if its not chapter three , then its chapter four .
But it is very specific on what blasphemy against the HOLY GHOST IS . Whoever wants to post it , Go for it .
