The Seed of your Righteousness

Saint,

The Word of God, and the word of God......Jesus and the bible, are both "incorruptible seed".
When you are born again, these 2 seed are the reason.

Now here is a mystery that is a Kingdom of God Spiritual reality, if you are born again.

God, the Father.....= He provided SEED to the "world" . This is John 3:16.

Now, I'll paraphrase this for you, as this will help you to see it more clearly..

For God so loved the world that He provided redeeming forgiving SEED that will birth eternal righteousness into and inside all who believe on this seed and are birthed again BY this Seed.

1.) seed = The word of God

2. Seed = Jesus the WORD of God.

The seed is 2.
See it?

Its the Gospel that "bears fruit", (Salvation) and its Jesus who is the eternal SEED . as the "Word made flesh", who Himself is the Living Seed, or Eternal life.
John 14:6, "The LIFE".

Now, you need to understand this, that im about to show you.
Dig in.

God's Seed, who is both the word of Faith and also Jesus the Word manifested in the Flesh = produces, BIRTHS as eternal "new Creations In Christ".
This, Saint, is the RESULT of your Faith. = Born Again.

When you hear the Gospel and BELIEVE on Jesus, God takes the seed of the word that you have believed (faith comes by hearing)... and also the Word Himself who is Christ (and hearing by the WORD) and through the power of the Holy Spirit = God BIRTHS His very Eternal Righteousness inside you, as your born again Spirit.

Saint....The actual SEED of GOD is Righteousness Itself.

Listen again...The actual SEED of GOD, is Righteousness Itself.
This is the Light of God. This is Jesus the Light of the World.
This Light, this "image" this RIGHTEOUSNESS, = Births "Children OF = THE LIGHT.
Thats all the born again.
This Light, is God's 'image" and this image is God's RIGHTEOUSNESS, that is given to you as "the gift of Righteousness". This is the HOLY regenerating SEED that BIRTHS you as the exactly the same as : The Image of God.
This is why your NT tells you that this incorruptable seed in you, has created you as born again= "incorruptible".
"Incorruptible" is : RIGHTEOUSNESS.....the Very Righteousness of God. His very "image" has become your "new creation" = "IN Christ".
So, the born again part of you, the "incorruptible" eternal part of you... is "ONE" with God, having been birthed AS GOD's IMAGE, as born again, "in Christ".

And what is this? Its ETERNAL LIFE.

Those who still willfully sin have never been born again, no matter what they believe.

21 Beloved, if our heart does not condemn us, we have confidence toward God. 22 And whatever we ask we receive from Him, because we keep His commandments and do those things that are pleasing in His sight. 23 And this is His commandment: that we should believe on the name of His Son Jesus Christ and love one another, as He gave us commandment.

24 Now he who keeps His commandments abides in Him, and He in him. And by this we know that He abides in us, by the Spirit whom He has given us.

That made me laugh out loud, but it isn't funny. I shouldn't have laughed, but that is EXACTLY what is happening. I know, for I turned away from that passage, but clung to my false view of Romans 7, where I identified with Pauls's self-description of his former life prior to his Damascus Road experience. I saw Romans 7, the man that was out of control, as a Truly Saved Christian, and thought to myself, "See? If Paul cannot control himself and he's a True Christian, then so am I!" And of course, I was an active alcoholic totally addicted to sex with many different women. So when I read of passages that spoke of Transformation, not to mention Submission, Obedience, Confidence and Sharing the Word of God . . . I had to turn from it all.

Once I realized that my belief system was wrong (after a True Transformation), that was when I was able to figure out what I couldn't Share the Gospel.

BSOCS = Believe, Submit, Obey, Confidence, Share. It goes like this: How could I share the Gospel, or any part of my life if I weren't Confident? And how could I be Confident if I wasn't Obeying? And how could I Obey if I didn't Truly Submit, nor even understand what that Spiritual Word meant? And how could I Submit if my Beliefs were wrong? Once I got my Beliefs in a more proper alignment (still learning and growing, btw) I was able to Submit. When I finally submitted, I began to Obey. Once I began to Obey, I began to experience Confidence. And one I became Confident, finally, I could speak to anyone about Christ . . . and I no longer have to whisper when I mention the Name Jesus in public.

not saying that you're right or wrong, but on the right track. consider this, the word of God, when it "WATER" the Word of God, (the Seed), it bring forth fruit. just as Faith, (seed), without Works, (water), is dead. the water activates the seed to grow that's in the ground.

as in one plant, (seed), another water, (the word), but it's God who give the increase.

Thank you for bringing Gal 3:29 to the forefront of my mind. I've made changes in my notes!

If we belong to Christ, then we are of Abraham's Seed. How is this? Again, it is because he is the first to demonstrate the kind of Holy Faith that God was looking for. Because Abraham's heart was circumcised, his belief system became genuine. He walked with God, talked with God, and spoke with God. He could also heal and perform miracles. Abraham was no ordinary man. He did all of these things, having been Circumcised by Christ and by being indwelt by Lord's Guiding and Leading Spirit.

Im trying to follow you..
What i can use from your Post, to expand , is this part...

"faith without works is dead"..

Now, here is how the Legalist twist this verse into a heretical pretzel.
They ruin it like this.....>"faith without works is dead, so in that case you have lost your salvation".

But James is not talking about your Redemption, or your Blood Atonement, or your Eternal life, that you already have, the instant you 1st Believed and were born again.
Listen.... the original faith you had, in Christ, at first.....that first time you truly believed that Jesus is The Savior, the Son.....God saw this faith in your heart, ......> He immediately = "Faith is counted as Righteousness".....accepted your faith and gave you HIS Righteousness as "The Gift of Righteousness", and you were in that very SECOND >born again.
So, that settles your salvation..... You dont have to strain and worry and try to work up a feeling for the rest of your life to try to convince yourself that you still have faith.
Dont be that carnal person.
Instead simply TRUST that God does not Lie, and He said that if you take His Son as your Savior, = DID YOU ????? then He will take you as His SON, His Daughter, His FAMILY MEMBER, and He DID.
And when HE DID, you were born again.
I was born again when i was 17.
When i was 26 God visited me with signs and wonders, for 2 yrs. IT was during that time i was called to minister.
I have an older Bro who is a Pastor, and i have a younger Bro who is a Missionary. Im the Teaching Evangelist/Musician
This is why my method is more severe and more direct and more confrontational.
Pastors feed, Missionaries plant, and Evangelist, kick down walls.
So anyway...

Later, after you are born again...if you are backslid, (dead faith) and you are talking to James the Apostle, and he is telling you that your faith is dead......He's not saying your Salvation is Gone, .. he's teaching you that the proof of Faith, is that you possess it >show it< before others.

James says...>"i will show YOU YOU YOU YOU YOU my FAITH, by my WORKS"..

So, he is not showing GOD his faith, as God sees his HEART........but instead He is saying that "faith without works", is SEEN TO BE DEAD, in the viewpoint of other's.....as "by their FRUIT (works) you shall KNOW THEM..
Other believers and lost sinners, recognize us by our "spiritual fruit"., and if we are a long time without showing any before others, then, we are backslidden, or as James defines is.."dead faith".
So, TURN.....go back to FIRST LOVE.....GET BACK IN THE FLOW OF GOD........ GET BUSY.

So, that is what James is teaching ..

I think that's what those who teach sinlessness in this body need to conclude. Generally I find they have definitions of sin that leave loopholes. I know sin to be all that is not the new creation.

I consider just one of the commandments, love God with everything you are all the time, I won't try to pretend I always do that. And I haven't see the evidence in anyone I've known that they always do that. Although my most recent pastor seemed to come the closest, and I miss him!

Does anyone really believe that the test of whether you are born again is whether you commit a sin or not?

That's the wrong test. That's measuring yourself by yourself. It's one thing to look at yourself and realize that you have committed a sin. But those who say that they do not? That's observing your perception of yourself and based on that self-perception, declaring yourself righteous.
