Every kingdom divided against itself is brought to desolation; and every city or house divided against itself shall not stand: (Matthew 12:25)

The Church is a house divided. We are living in a time of absolute relativism known in the world as "post modernism" this mindset has pervaded the church.

There is a solution, and that is the "faithful and true witness" It is in this title to the church of the Laodiceans that we find this aspect of Christ coming to the forefront.

For those of you who have not studied the seven letters in detail, each describes a certain aspect of Christ in the introduction, together all the titles describe the fulness of Christ as described in Chapter 1 of the book of Revelation. The Churches themselves are called the seven golden candlesticks, and together they are the Menorah of the Church age. Each of these aspects of Christ was and is the key to the overcomers in those churches and those ages. The introduction to the Laodiceans is as follows:

And unto the angel of the church of the Laodiceans write; These things saith the Amen, the faithful and true witness, the beginning of the creation of God; (Revelation 3:14)

The Amen- This word capitalized as a Name of Jesus refers to the Truth. Spoken at the beginning of a sentence it is translated as "truthfully" or "verily" Spoken at the end of a sentence it is a term of agreement and completion as in finishing a prayer.

The faithful and true witness- Witness is Martys in the Greek, In a legal sense it is a witness, testifying of the truth of a matter. His presence alone in the life of a believer is all the confirmation of the Truth we need, His absence shows our insufficiency and need for Him.

The beginning of the creation of God- Arche is the word for Beginning, it means the first, the primary the first of its kind (Like an archetype) He is the Only Begotten Son of God and there is no other. There is another who would like to lay claim to this title which means he either has to elevate His own title to God or reduce the title of Christ to less than God and believe me through the years He has tried to do this and in the endtimes he will declare himself God, and this why this is so important to this end times church.

All of these aspects of Christ are the cure to the post-modern way of thinking that has pervaded the church today. It is this post-modernism that in one sense is beneficial in that it raised questions of the authoritarian views of the Nicolaitans in leadership of the churches, yet is detrimental in that it never arrives at the truth but rather perpetuates itself in an endless cycle of bouncing between two doctrines in a Hegelian dialectic.

In Order for a House divided to not fall into desolation, All of the lights of the candlestick MUST be lit and shine. All the faults of the Laodicean church aside, she cannot fail to overcome, or else the fulness of Christ will not shine in the world. We who are alive now in these end times are the Laodiceans and it is incumbent upon us the final age to Light the last candle of the candlestick and let the light of the fulness of Christ shine in the world. Some say this worst of the churches fails, I say we cannot afford to fail. We need to shine the light of truth to the world, now more than ever.

The adversary would love nothing more than to keep the house divided. He will send his trolls and his shills and use all his tactics to distract from this message getting out, He always fights from two towers, one is overt and Evil and lawless, while the other is covert and religious and legalistic, These two towers always play out in the church, and are typically the two sides of argument, the "to and fro" that the flock bounce between, get entrenched in and at times of their life fight on both sides of. (See Ephesians 4:13-14). Ecumenism is a compromise between these two towers, Unity of the Spirit is the army that will bring those towers crashing down..... Revelation 12:10-11.

God Bless.
