This country was built on the foundation of a Republic. A Republic is not a Democracy, no matter how many times they spew that lie.
This country doesn't have a monarchy where the Elite rule and the peasant get to eat cake.
This country was formed for the people and by the people.
We choose people to go to congress to represent our state and the constiuents that reside in that state.
You don't like your representative, fire them.
Our President is elected by the people and for the people, to represent us in the world around us.
He is our spokeperson, our Ambassador to protect our country from foreign invasion and protect trade rights.
In the beginning, it was required for congress to meet in DC a minimum of one day a year to keep the union, unified.
Everything was determined by each State individually within it's borders by it's citizens.
And then the beast began to grow. Government began giving itself authority over the people.
Trade deals were made internationally without the people's consent.
Laws were enacted according to majority rule over all National referendums.
The states became enslaved to the government it created.
There is a big difference between a Republic and a Democracy.
But over the years these two concepts have been blended. And what is happening today is Democracy is trying to push the Republic out.
In a republic, an official set of fundamental laws, like the
U.S. Constitution and Bill of Rights, prohibits the government from limiting or taking away certain “inalienable” rights of the people, even if that government was freely chosen by a majority of the people.
In a pure democracy, the voting majority has almost limitless power over the minority.
The United States, like most modern nations, is neither a pure republic nor a pure democracy. Instead, it is a hybrid democratic republic.
The main difference between a democracy and a republic is the extent to which the people control the process of making laws under each form of government.
Republic vs. Democracy: What Is the Difference?
In a Republic both the Majority and Minority have a right to debate, amend, and have a voice in the decision making process.
In a Democracy only the Majority rules.
And as if that isn't enough to cause division, now we have globalist interest dictating our Nations policies right down to the State levels.
We need to remove the globalist interests.
We need to have free and fair and secure elections for the "citizens" of each State in the Union.
We need to make sure that our elected officials speak for the State they represent and are willing to work in a bi-partisan fashion.
Frankly, there shouldn't be "parties" in my opinion. We are ALL Americans.
We don't all fall perfectly under one banner.
This country was founded for the very purpose of freedom of religion and how one observes it.
We left a government that was tyranical in both civics and religious tolerances.
Both the State and the Church were co-equal branches under British rule.
They were able to decide how you would believe or be Anathema, excluded from the church.
Our country was founded on the seperation of church and state, meaning no establishment would be formed in our government regarding religious observances. In other words, To each his own.
Blue Laws were enacted in many states making it illegal to do business on Sundays. We don't have those anymore.
But many companies are now encouraged to work 7 days a week or 5, having the free choice to operate or not.
Many people who chose not to work for religious preferance, whether Sabbath Saturday or Christian Sundays were criticised for not working and often lost their jobs. This is discimination and should not be allowed.
No one should have the authority or power over your own religious beliefs, unless it causes physical harm to others, or constrains people from walking away if they choose.
In this country people are free to choose where they live, what kind of job they want to do, how to spend their earnings, whether they want to take advantage of all Amendents in the Constitution including the 2nd.
Freedom of the press should be without bias, without propaganda, searching for the truth to keep the citizens fully informed whether good or bad which way the country as a whole is moving, and also for it's local happenings.
The media and news corporations have been taken over by big corporations and special interests to sway the public in whichever way it chooses to move public opinion. This needs to end.
This country was founded at it's core on Judeao/Christian beliefs.
Killing is wrong, stealing is wrong, cheating on ones spouse is wrong, respecting your parents and neighbors.
The Ten Commandments stood at the foot of most Court Houses.
Justice was blind to favoritism. You did the crime, you did the time.
But as in all nations, slowly but surely greed and power and manipulations take over.
We need to get back to the foundation and begin again.

But when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same Object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute Despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such Government, and to provide new Guards for their future security.
