LOL!!! Spiritual body does not eat and drink.

I said its a Spiritual body, because it is not tainted by Sin.

Its the same that Jesus has now, not the one that he offered on the Cross.. that "became sin"........ See, sin was found ON Jesus, as He is our Sin Bearer, but no sin was found IN Jesus, as He died SINLESS....never having sinned.

The Body of Christ, resurrected, has no blood in it., yet He ate food after He was resurrected.
Thats very interesting.

You are confused.

Let me just address the confusion.

The NEW BODY that the born again receive, is not a body of Flesh as we have now...Its spiritual that is a "new" body.
Its spiritual, because it will never die.
It is exactly the same body that Adam had, before he rebelled and this brought death to his body.
Prior to that, His body would have never died.
So, we get a new body, untainted by sin, exactly like the one Adam had before he "fell", and his body was corrupted by sin, and later died.

Also..

The Resurrection, is Christ being raised from the Dead.
The Ascension, is Christ flying off the earth, in front of eye witness, who say him go up into the Sky.
Except for the part about Adam, that is what I said.

So, no, I am not confused. But many who see themselves as one with Adam rather than One with God, they are confused.

"And so it is written, “The first man Adam became a living being.” The last Adam became a life-giving spirit." 1 Corinthians 15:45
That is the difference I was speaking of. They are not the same.

ScottA,

would you tell us what Cult teaches that Jesus's resurrection is only for the House of Israel's salvation?

As this Cross denying lie, contradicts John 3:16, as well as almost everything that Paul ever wrote, and that is most of the New Testament.
You are not listening...and you cut off the explanation I already gave:
This is another point commonly confused. It was not one event but two. His resurrection and His ascension were two different events ["forty days"] apart. This was the burial of Jacob!
But if you want to know who sanctioned it--ask the Father. But Jesus answered for Him already, saying, “I was not sent except to the lost sheep of the house of Israel.

But I did not stop there--you did. I went on to address also that other fold whom Christ must also bring. That is why I referred to the two events as two and separate, as did God--for the one is of the dead in Christ, while the other is of the living in Christ.

So, will you also cling to the flesh, to be cut in two and given your portion with the hypocrites? Or will you see that the two are both in Christ, both addressed in His resurrection and ascension, first the natural and then the spirit?

But He was speaking of the temple of His body." John 2:21
No...not that body. That was a foreshadowing. We are His body.

There is no way for the abomination of desolation to stand in what you call: "the temple of His body" nor the body of His Chruch, without it beeing blasphemy, because in Him there is no darkness, and the Holy Spirit does not share the temple with another.

Among those "who are alive and remain" in the world there are both "wheat and tares", but the tares will not be "gathered together and burned" until the end.

But there were also false prophets among the people, even as there will be false teachers among you, who will secretly bring in destructive heresies, even denying the Lord who bought them, and bring on themselves swift destruction. 2 Peter 2:1

His body is not made up of wheat and tares. Only wheat. Only Light, no darkness at all:

1 John 1:5 This then is the message which we have heard of him, and declare unto you, that God is light, and in him is no darkness at all.

When He says, the abomination of desolation stand in the "Holy Place" and the Holy Place, that you say is: His body; we are His body.
How can the abomination of desolation stand in the "Holy Place"? Without it beeing blasphemy, seeing in Him there is no darkness nor tares, but only Light.

I hear you and what you say of Him is true, but that does not make void what was also written about the false ones among us. Those things which are written regarding the body, do also include those whom He "never knew."

false ones
those whom He "never knew."

So, according to you the false ones whom He never knew are the "Holy Place", where the abomination of desolation is to stand, right?

It is impossible for Jesus to mean wicked ones and say: "Holy Place" to his disciples.

Isaiah 5:20 Woe unto them that call evil good, and good evil; that put darkness for light, and light for darkness; that put bitter for sweet, and sweet for bitter!
21 Woe unto them that are wise in their own eyes, and prudent in their own sight!

No...but rather as it is written. They are not the Holy Place, but are those "standing in the holy place."

Woe, indeed!

Either way, you have "false ones" standing in the Holy Place, of what you say is His body, and the Chruch. Which is impossible without blaspheming, because "standing" in Him, there can be no darkness, much less in the "Holy Place".

So then, you are referring to the Holy Place of heaven--after the wedding of the Bridegroom...which does not concern the church until He comes for her.

After that, what you say is correct.

So, you do believe, the "Holy Place" in the body of Christ, as of right now, is composed of both prophets and false prophets?
The scriptures refer to the "holy place" and also the "Holy Place", i.e., to the alter and also to Him who sanctifies the alter. Matthew 23:17

But the least of these holy places is not the Greater, but is a foreshadowing. The same is true of the betrothed (virgins in waiting) of the bride of Christ. There are those who do not believe that they might actually be new in Him from the start, and so they are not--not yet, not because it was not fully offered, but not fully believed. Some of whom even receive their portion with the hypocrites--which is not in this world, but only at the last day. So then, it is by unbelief that the church is made up of the virgins, both foolish and not.

But there is more, there are also those who take up the name of the Lord in vain, whom are also reserved until the last day, whether they are chosen or not. "Many are called, but few are chosen."

both foolish and not

You do, and that is the problem, in Him there is no foolishness. They are not in Him:

1 John 3:6 Whosoever abideth in him sinneth not: whosoever sinneth hath not seen him, neither known him.
9 Whosoever is born of God doth not commit sin; for his seed remaineth in him: and he cannot sin, because he is born of God.

It goes to show the temple in Matthew 24 is the actually physical temple in Jerusalem, just as everybody understands it to be, and the "Holy Place" therein too, and not the temple of "His Body" and Church, because it would be blasphemy to have the abomination of desolation stand in the Holy Place, if the Holy Place were His body or Church.

No, this Christ took it upon Himself.

And yet you are correct and it is no contradiction, for "—what does it mean but that He also first descended into the lower parts of the earth?" He was forsaken by the Father for our sake. As He said, "a man’s enemies will be those of his own household." All of which occurred before it was finished, before He rose from the dead and ascended to the Father.

This is the essence of "many are called, but few are chosen", meaning "in Christ" but not "in God." Which is to say, yes, all are even raised up, but "Some to everlasting life, Some to shame and everlasting contempt."

But this is all accounted to Him before He rose again. This was that destruction of which He spoke, saying, "Destroy this temple, and in three days I will raise it up.” --Yes, "the abomination that makes desolation" spoken of by Daniel the prophet.

The house of Jacob. The Nation of Israel. Not His Body, there are no enemies in His body, in Him there is no darkness.

I asked you, as of right now, after He ascended to the Father. How can there be both wheat and tares in "His barn"? Remember, the field is the word, the tares are in the world, but you were saying in "His body" there are also tares, which is where you err.
You can't have the temple beeing His body, because the abomination of desolation cannot stand in His body, only in the world.
Turn ye.
This is the essence of "many are called, but few are chosen", meaning "in Christ" but not "in God.

Many are called to repentance, but only few repent. Are you a type of Oneness? Christ is God in the flesh. You can't have the abomination of desolation standing in "His Body" at any point in time whatsoever at all, without it beeing blasphemy, because He is Holy:

1 John 3:5 And ye know that he was manifested to take away our sins; and in him is no sin.

I see that we are not saying anything different--only differently

You are correct (of course) to say that such would be blasphemy--this is that abomination that makes desolation.

You are also correct (of course) to say that "in him is no sin." But here we come to the cusp of His ministry--but you have stated what is true of His one foot on the sea, while I have stated what is true of His other foot on the land. The one identifies Him as being fully man, in whom all sin came that He should be the sacrifice for all; and the other identifies Him as fully God, in whom is no sin. This is that abomination spoken of by Daniel, and yes, the result is the desolation and destruction of all flesh and this world. But Jesus also clarified this difference, saying, “Assuredly, I say to you, all sins will be forgiven the sons of men, and whatever blasphemies they may utter; but he who blasphemes against the Holy Spirit never has forgiveness, but is subject to eternal condemnation.

As for your question regarding "right now", as long as there are those who are drawn by God to Himself, Jesus is Christ. But for those who are dead to sin and alive to God, He is God. Until the end.
