Interesting fact about Government contracts. The government can cancel at any time. However, all materials purchased before the cancellation are paid for by the contract. In other words, every stick of steel, every formed panel, every piece of metal on the line not complete .....the government paid for.
I sold portable transformers and protection relays to the government. Good money too, every time they moved or an embassy fell, I got a new order. The marines blew the old ones up.
So, how can the Spokeswoman with no knowledge of government contracts, actually stand and make a statement that 8 billion of military money went back to the military for school kids and supplies .....when she doesn't know where the money came from for her own coloring book, not yet complete at her podium? I'm amazed ...stunned.....saddened by what is put in front of the press everyday .... The sadder part? Most of the reporters believe every word ....
And according to her words .....What are they cleaning up? That would be another contract ...
