I was on CF for a while; it is indeed very heavily moderated (this goes for some of the mods there; by no means all).

Yeh, I joined CF a looooooooooooooooooong time ago. Even earlier I think, because 2005 I just graduated. Like 18....my mom forbid internet before then.

It was my idea for CF pet rescuers and was one of the first ones to be one. It was my idea for some other subforums too...I really miss the cf pets, but my imagination sort of gets away from me sometimes. I really got obsessed.

Well, okay. (I can understand to some extent in that there is a lot of nonsense around in the media.) So I guess I do get just a bit where she was coming from. Anyway, wouldn't surprise me, from what you say, that she didn't really like tattoos, either.

Oh well. Maybe it was that she just didn't realize that, as well as being manly, it's become a highly womanly thing to do. Maybe her preferences were settled well into the past.

I used to be mad about the internet thing, but I am glad now. I want to teach my daughter proper internet etiquette/time. I have strayed away from it a long time ago.

Thirty-three is young! I know it's a matter of perspective. I thought I was kind of old in my thirties.

Just wanted to let you know that you were not the mod I had problems with on CF in case you wondered. I only had problems with one mod there, and that was fairly recent.

Your baby girl is growing up so fast! She's such a cutie. Reminds me of the time when mine were that age. Children are such a blessing!

I pray that God will continue to bless you with inner healing as you grow in His amazing love.

Sorry for your loss. You must miss her a lot, and wish that your daughter could have known her. At least she realized belatedly that having the courage to have inking done enhancingly can be a thoroughly womanly as well as manly thing to do.

Yes, good to be careful on the Web. I'm sure you'll teach your daughter good habits.

Don't worry about it, you were standing up for the right thing, you were standing up for Jesus, if they don't like lively Christians then that's there problem, you will be blessed for making a stand for Christ though. Thank God for people like you.

Hello Pavel, and welcome to Christianity Board. I recognize you from CF.Com.

Many of the members here are transplants from there. The rules here are not as strict, and you can speak your mind a little more without fear of getting beaten up by the thought police. That said, CB is also a bit rougher, and not everyone's "cup o' tea," if you know what I mean. But if you can handle strong debate on a lot of controversial theology and scriptural matters, this is a more forgiving atmosphere.
