In my estimation Jesus is God (I am a Trinitarian). And in my estimation the Bible is a collection of inspired writings written by inspired men, but it is a mistake to treat them the same as through they were handed down on stone tablets from Mount Sinai. The sense in which these inspired writings are the "Word of God" is an indirect one. We should not look at every word as though it was Jesus's actual word. Not sure what you mean. Jesus isn't God? The Bible isn't the written Word of God?
Jude happened to make the cut when the contents of your Bible was compiled in the Fourth century by consensus of men who were not inspired in the same way. To give it more credence than, say, First Clement or Shepherd of Hermas for that reason alone is a bit of a stretch.
