I saw that and it is infuriating as Trump is also charged with mishandling secret documents. Plus Biden actually shared his stolen secret documents with other people...while a private citizen...
Hypocrisy that Biden won't be charged and prosecuted, yet they prosecute Trump for the exact same thing!
Totally unjust, and when I watch NBC news on it it was so blatantly obvious none could miss that.
All pure politics and weaponizing the DOJ against a political rival while not charging your parties guy for doing the same thing and even worse.

When documents were discovered Biden immediately called the national archive and turned them over. Trump moved his documents hiding them from the national archive and the FBI.

President Trump had documents legally retained, and in secure locations. Resident Biden had documents illegally obtains, and not in secure locations.

Do you know why they want a private deposition? Same reason other witnesses aren't allowed in the courtroom when witnesses are testifying. It's a standard legal practice.

And not even realizing in so doing he impugned his own character and judgement,having directed his staff to do what he accused them of.

I must admit that I don’t listen to Biden very often, but I did watch the press conference he gave and the news reports where he was forgetting leaders names ect. There is definitely something seriously wrong, he was just so slow with regards to what he was going to say ect.
I must admit I could never understand why Ronald Reagan was allowed to continue so long with dementia. Out of interest can a president be voted out before an election ?
I mean over here parliament can call for a vote of no confidence and bring about an early election, can that happen in the US ?
