So you believe that God acts outside of His will?

Nope. I've been quoting His will.

    Matthew 6:33 (NKJV)
33 But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

So how can God answer any prayer, dependent on how much belief a person has, if it is outside His will?

    1 John 3:21-22 (NKJV)
21 Beloved, if our heart does not condemn us, we have confidence toward God. 22 And whatever we ask we receive from Him, because we keep His commandments and do those things that are pleasing in His sight.

Sorry - that verse does not address your contradiction. How can God answer prayers outside His will?

What 'contradiction'? Never said He answers prayers outside His will. That's why I asked 'how do you know His will?'. Still waiting for that answer.

So you, in fact, agree with me, after all.....that God only answers prayers that are within His will. I accept your apology. Apparently, you simply like arguing even when you agree.

I don't know anything off hand that we agree about the Bible. I was asking how you know God's will. Apparently you are guided by your heart, not the Bible, God's will.

Hmmm..yes..I think it is mandatory for you to believe that we disagree about everything in the Bible and Christianity - it is part of your dualistic nature - if you admitted that we agreed on any part of scripture, it would be like agreeing with Satan. The very fact that you believe I am wrong, reinforces your feelings of righteousness.

If you did not reject everything about my belief system as soon as you misinterpreted the meaning of the word "myth" associated with the Flood Myth in my narrative, you too would be headed for Hell - and as you have freely admitted, avoidance of Hell, rather than love is you primary reason for being a Christian.

I would not be engaged in this conversation at all if you had not disagreed with my statement - God only answers prayers that are within His Will. You claimed that God answers prayers based on our belief - therefore suggesting that He answers prayers outside His Will. Why are you continuing to muddy the waters? Just address your contradiction.

    What are you afraid of?

Don't entertain the idea that Christians are going to go through life in a world free of war, hatred, persecution, because it would be unrealistic and naive. Some of us are going to be tested and a lot are more in love with this world and what they have, than wanting to see the return of Jesus......until they are suffering. It is then, they want God to hurry up and send Jesus. The attitude we should have is; God, your will be done just as Jesus did. Even in terrable times there are opertunites to glorify God.

Avoiding Hell at all cost is my goal. That includes pleasing God.
Like the 'contradictions' in the Bible. There is no contradiction. God answers prayers that are in accordance with His will, for we who have faith.

    John 15:7 (NKJV)
7 If you abide in Me, and My words abide in you, you will ask what you desire, and it shall be done for you.

    James 5:15 (NKJV)
15 And the prayer of faith will save the sick, and the Lord will raise him up.

A state called israel that's all. as it's debatable that it is "Israel"
The tribe of Israel fell because it failed to be any thing like true Israel.
As for nothing could stop it. i think that had to do with time and mainly picking up idolatry and that set in the rot. and as for a bunch of fools that reject Christ they are going no were ? because how can they with out Christ, you can do noting as all is in vain.
True Israel never can fail, never has and never will.

Israel is back to stay. God brought them back. Many will try to remove them to their eternal peril.

    Zechariah 14:1-4 (NKJV)
1 Behold, the day of the LORD is coming, And your spoil will be divided in your midst. 2 For I will gather all the nations to battle against Jerusalem; The city shall be taken, The houses rifled, And the women ravished. Half of the city shall go into captivity, But the remnant of the people shall not be cut off from the city. 3 Then the LORD will go forth And fight against those nations, As He fights in the day of battle. 4 And in that day His feet will stand on the Mount of Olives, Which faces Jerusalem on the east.

Obviously Satan has deceived many who will fight against Israel and God Himself.

    Israel is back to stay.

    Amos 9:14-15 (NKJV)
14 I will bring back the captives of My people Israel; They shall build the waste cities and inhabit them; They shall plant vineyards and drink wine from them; They shall also make gardens and eat fruit from them. 15 I will plant them in their land, And no longer shall they be pulled up From the land I have given them," Says the LORD your God.

Who are the people of God then ? it must not be Christians then, so you are saying Jesus Christ was not the one ?
Go back and find out who Israel is and why he was called so.
Being of the tribe does not make you "an Israel". just as the tribe failed because it failed to be israel ( Israel does no fail, as it can not ! as it is the people of God.) and the only reason for the fail is you are not the people of God.
Why do you think God would cast his own people out. they did turn to, in time idolatry = fail ! you can't have two gods.
And no one can come to the Father but through the Son.

The prophet Sophonias predict dire punishment but ended with a note of encouragement and hope, so yes prayers can be so as the prophets were guiding people to turn from sinful ways or the wrath would come. with the power of faith we can move mountains.

Christians are God's people. No question! The OT Nation of Israel is a sign to the world that He lives. They died. He resurrected them as a sign to all of us. So many are asking for 'proof' of God. The proof is the Nation of Israel who was dead and is alive. Christians are grafted in. Israel is the Root.
God brought Israel back into the land to give them a new heart and save them. Not because they are saved.

    Ezekiel 36:24-29 (NKJV)
24 For I will take you from among the nations, gather you out of all countries, and bring you into your own land. 25 Then I will sprinkle clean water on you, and you shall be clean; I will cleanse you from all your filthiness and from all your idols. 26 I will give you a new heart and put a new spirit within you; I will take the heart of stone out of your flesh and give you a heart of flesh. 27 I will put My Spirit within you and cause you to walk in My statutes, and you will keep My judgments and do them. 28 Then you shall dwell in the land that I gave to your fathers; you shall be My people, and I will be your God. 29 I will deliver you from all your uncleannesses. I will call for the grain and multiply it, and bring no famine upon you.

Why would we want to change God's prophecy? His plan is perfect already! :)

    Bless you all!

    Good point, brother!

We can't change prophecy, what we can change is which side of prophecy we and others are on. :)

His plan is set, but he leaves men free to choose what part they will have in it.

I hate to disagree with Duckybill, because I too see the prophecies of the Bible as ~absolute~. However Scripture provides that there was one king who was given a personal prophecy regarding his death. He petitioned GOD for additional years, and that was granted. Unfortunately his extension resulted in a much worse subsequent king. Secondly, Jonah prophesied over the city of Nineveh and they repented, which assuaged GOD's promised wrath.

And so I leave this perspective for each to consider, -- although I fundamentally agree with Duckybill. :)

I was basically referring to the op.

"Looking at the world today with wars, famine, diseases, sickness, poverty, hatred, jealousy...........All sighs of endtime as the bible says."

Nothing can stop these prophecies from being fulfilled.
