I feel amazing energy and I think I understand this lifestyle more. I learned that weight gain could quite easily be body recomposition, gaining muscle and bone density. I am not gaining weight but I'm not currently losing anymore.

This carnivore way of eating may cause weight gain but is mainly about healing the body over time. It's not a quick fix. Once hormones regulate and healing has occurred many carnivores who have gained weight lose it all and are at a healthy version of a lower weight.

I think the main thing I need is patience and time. I feel amazing energy, great skin, and mental clarity. The weight loss I believe will come with time. It's possible that Im gaining in muscle and bone density. Those are good things.
I suggest we see what foods they ate in the b ible . cause any d iet that simply eats just one type of food
Well it just dont seem quite right . might feel good .
But you jus wait . I say we simply eat in moderation . AND DO NOT EAT PROCESSED JUNK .
eat whole foods , healthy lean meats and etc . fish , fruits , vegetables .
NOW for the diet i recommend that is strictly a one main course , I SAY f east upon the WORDS of GOD .
cause that diet BE REAL GOOD for the soul .
TO the trenches sist er . TO the battle . IT be JESUS pointing time . raise those children up
in the way of THE LORD . and let none mock you for doing so . With career and etc .
What mat ters is WHAT MATTERS TO GOD and not to what this world thinks .
Now on those feet sister , it be LORD praising time in the building .

No one here eats what they ate in the Bible because most of the crops they had 200+ years ago aren't available. Why? Selective breeding, hybridization, and genetic altering. Animal products are the closest thing to what God created that we have available. You can find heirloom seeds, and that's great ...but most of us have been so compromised by what has been done to the environment, our foods, even "organics" are grown in severely depleted soils so that they're not nearly as nutrient dense as they would've been 100+ years ago. Eating meat is a way to get a lot more bioavailable nutrients than one can get eating veggies and fruits. Did you know that nearly 100% of the fruits (if not all) are multiple times sweeter than they were originally? No wonder so many people are overweight, metabolically ill, tired, lethargic, brain fogged, etc.

Col 2:16
Let no man therefore judge you in meat, or in drink, or in respect of an holyday, or of the new moon, or of the sabbath days:

if any wants to kick brain fog in the rear end , eat blueberries .
I experienced this when i was eating them a few years back . I had eaten them
and then a bit later all of a sudden my mind was very clear and lifted .
SO then i looked it up and sure enough they say blue berries very good for the brain .
OH you are correct about that GMO junk . and watch out for corn too . most of it is bad news .
But there are still some fresh and good veggies and f ruits that can be eaten .
And oh yeah we were meant to eat meat . I dont buy their sold out j unk that red meat bad for you and stuff .
I usually dont eat red meat , due to T HE PRICE . but only due to the PRICE .

I'm sitting in a chiropractor office waiting to be adjusted. When I first come in, they take me immediately to use the TENS unit. Afterward, an adjustment. I've been having to do twice or three times a week visits for a few weeks. (Not diet related, but trauma related issues.)

But I'm watching my chiropractor work on a woman ...maybe mid to late 70's. She's using a cane and dealing with a lot of pain. A lot is due to muscle loss. There's a remedy fo that ....and it isn't just exercise. Physical activity is good, but it doesn't take the place of getting adequate building blocks for muscle ....which you get in meats, eggs, bone broth, healthy fats, etc.

I plan to freeze dry eggs.
Freeze dried foods are the cadillac of prepping! But so expensive! My food storage is maybe 5-10% freeze dried. I buy it for less when the best-before date has passed. Do you have a freeze dryer? Or are you referring to dehydrating?

I think the Mediterranean Diet is very healthy. We can easily eat what Jesus dined on, those foods are not too hard to find: hummus, pita bread, lentils, olive oil, olives, falafel, fish, etc.

Red meats can cause colon cancer. Ground beef typically has many bad things in it. Try to get organic meat if you must eat meat. Fruits, berries, vegetables, grains, brown rice, salads are far healthier.

I have a freeze dryer. Yes, it was very costly. But it preserves nearly 100% of the food's nutrients ...

It strange to me to hear organic because I grew up at a time when everything was made from scratch. You went to the grocery store for staples like tea, coffee, and canned creamer and eggs that came from a chicken. Now the funniest is the pork with steroids. There is a cause and result from those days and now. More people than ever are living into their 100's. What diet did they eat? Everything was fresh made, biscuits with real butter. Coffee with cream, Sweet tea with cane sugar. There was no fast food place yet and nobody was fat. Until fast foods showed up everywhere, then people got fat. I saw it happen, when it was easier to buy a burger and fries than to cook at home. Now look at the overweight population in this country.

Organic and "from scratch" have two separate meanings. If something is organic, it simply means it was grown without chemical pesticides and fertilizers.

Correct. That's why I said organic sounds strange to me, because most foods in the Grocery stores were off the farm and you had to look for worms and bugs when cleaning the vegetables.

Do that enough and you end up with diabetes. Fats will satiate and sustain your energy levels fo hours and hours. Why do you think scriptures speaks of "the fat of the land" as being a good thing? Fat is good. And it doesn't make you fat. Your body will use it for fuel, and when you're fasting between meals, your body will burn its own fat because that's what it's trained to do.

Yeah and i advise us all do not run to the lab grown meats by which one who is invested in it
will try and guide us into .
Sister one t hing i have noticed about their stuff
It aint at all the same as the REAL DEAL on HOW GOD created such .
Processed foods , highly refined and their so called plant based protein new meat crap , is NOT GOOD at all
for human consumption .
But if it be grown in the earth , or raised in the fields
and not tampered with by man , IT SEEMS TO BE JUST FINE for us .
ITs the GMOS and genetically modified and highly processed junk that seems to be making folks SICk .

seeing i generally eat three to four eggs a day
cottage cheese
avacados daily , often olive oil
And fatty fish several times a week
My fat is good . its the healty fat .
And this might even suprise you , yeah i eat cheese too . more of the simple stuff when i eat it .
butter is also not quite the villain they made it out to be .
but it do contain extra calories . SO with anything just eat in moderation.
Blue berries , now them lil fruits work some real good for the brain as well .
That be a fact i experienced for myself , BEFORE even looking it up .

And one more thing , if you think what they are selling us is bad for us . the foods .
YOU should see what the doctrine and love the churches have been selling us . THAT will do far more harm
