seeing i generally eat three to four eggs a day
cottage cheese
avacados daily , often olive oil
And fatty fish several times a week
My fat is good . its the healty fat .
And this might even suprise you , yeah i eat cheese too . more of the simple stuff when i eat it .
butter is also not quite the villain they made it out to be .
but it do contain extra calories . SO with anything just eat in moderation.
Blue berries , now them lil fruits work some real good for the brain as well .
That be a fact i experienced for myself , BEFORE even looking it up .
On general each day, I have en egg, low fat cottage cheese, avocado, low fat Greek yogurt and blueberries.

Yeah and i advise us all do not run to the lab grown meats by which one who is invested in it
will try and guide us into .
Sister one t hing i have noticed about their stuff
It aint at all the same as the REAL DEAL on HOW GOD created such .
Processed foods , highly refined and their so called plant based protein new meat crap , is NOT GOOD at all
for human consumption .
But if it be grown in the earth , or raised in the fields
and not tampered with by man , IT SEEMS TO BE JUST FINE for us .
ITs the GMOS and genetically modified and highly processed junk that seems to be making folks SICk .
Agreed ...they want us eating fake everything. Just make sure it's actual meat from an animal, not a lab ...or mock veggie "meats" that often have all sorts of nastiness in them. Just eat the real foods. I have local farms that I can get grass fed, pastured meats from ....A2/A2 raw milk, cream, butter ...cheese, plain yogurts, and I raise my own eggs ...an abundance of them!

Butter is very good for you, actually ...REAL butter, not the fake stuff. I went to a restaurant and asked for real butter and they had NO CLUE what butter is. They brought me the hydrogenated oil nastiness disguised as butter. Argh! I had to give them a lesson that butter is made of MILK ...not weird oils.

Red meats can cause colon cancer. Ground beef typically has many bad things in it. Try to get organic meat if you must eat meat. Fruits, berries, vegetables, grains, brown rice, salads are far healthier.
I was born at USA, but have spent the last 20 years at New Zealand. I quit eating beef at USA because of the horrendous methods used to raise cattle. Feeding them offal and dated candies with the cello wrapper still on. The growth hormone injections. The worn out milker cow beef is what ends up at the supermarket.The brag was that USA beef is grain fed. Are you kidding me? Traditionally, the best beef has always been grass fed.

So now, at "lean & green" New Zealand, I have had my pick of two-year-old bulls that I myself observed growing to harvest size. 300kg of grass fed beef in the freezer each year - one of the perks of dairy farming.

I have a freeze dryer. Yes, it was very costly. But it preserves nearly 100% of the food's nutrients ...
You are blessed! If I could afford it, I would be freeze drying everything!

Now the funniest is the pork with steroids. There is a cause and result from those days and now. More people than ever are living into their 100's. What diet did they eat? Everything was fresh made, biscuits with real butter. Coffee with cream, Sweet tea with cane sugar. There was no fast food place yet and nobody was fat. Until fast foods showed up everywhere, then people got fat. I saw it happen, when it was easier to buy a burger and fries than to cook at home. Now look at the overweight population in this country.

Control the food, control the people. And GIGO (garbage in, garbage out).

That's why I said organic sounds strange to me, because most foods in the Grocery stores were off the farm and you had to look for worms and bugs when cleaning the vegetables.
...and the best tasting fruits and veggies were generally the ugliest.

The brain needs FAT. Hormones are made of FAT (cholesterol). The body runs better when fueled with FAT... not carbs that create sudden spikes in blood sugar ...a burst of energy, and then a crash. Do that enough and you end up with diabetes. Fats will satiate and sustain your energy levels fo hours and hours. Why do you think scriptures speaks of "the fat of the land" as being a good thing? Fat is good. And it doesn't make you fat. Your body will use it for fuel, and when you're fasting between meals, your body will burn its own fat because that's what it's trained to do.
Around 20% of the body's total cholesterol is found in the brain. We need it.

It's Swap City for you! I do the same here - farmer's markets and other barter sitch's.

Butter is one of NZ's claims to fame.; it is naturally yellow. USA butter has coloring added. I buy butter fresh, but I've put away canned butter just to be sure for the long haul. I buy and store this (about $8 USD).
