They are also heavily used by God in millions of other's lives of believers.

Folks have been using, including myself, signs and wonders for my entire adult life. I received the Holy Ghost at 18, and got to experience these on a regular basis.

the stuff you see on TV is generally fake, but in real life is where Jesus is working.
