Not yet anywhere, but getting close. I believe it is time to seek country living homes. One can still travel into the towns and cities to minister, but it will be a lot easier and less painful to take to the hills when the final death sentence is decreed upon faithful Christians.
Did you read the latest news from Britain? Like here in Victoria A Australia and I'm new Zealand, they powers that be are looking at cancelling Christian culture. Check this out. This should be of grave concern for Christians everywhere, the bells should be ringing in alarm in every Christian heart. Cancel Christian culture coming to s town near you.

Yes, they need not to be (i.e. they don't need to be).
They really don't especially in marriage.
The Lord has called our community-to-be ... our little town.
Believers and non-believers can co-exist (and help each other) in a little town.

God can, does and is calling people to establish end time "Goshen" locations. Hearing His voice, and being trained to instant obedience being necessary to live through what is coming, has been clearly emphasized to others as well. It's not optional....

Are you quite sure that it is God who calls people to hide away in communes?
Because that idea is not in scripture, it conflicts with Matthew 28:19-20, for example.
The warning in Isaiah 26:20-21, is just to hide for the Day, a literal 24 hour period, when the Lord's fiery wrath will affect all the earth. During that event and after it, we are under His protection, faith and trust are what is required.
The history of communes and kibbutzim, is not good; often ending in disaster and the kibbutzim are now all modern companies, cooperation's or disbanded.
To learn spiritual Truth from God …
our hearts need to be OPEN to hearing spiritual Truth!
I.E. they must not be CLOSED due to belief in false doctrines.
Who needs to follow God’s promptings to go to one of His safe-havens
when people continue to feel safe in their false doctrines!
On a different subject
Let’s see who is actually righteous in God’s eyes!
Yes, you were declared righteous the second you were born-again,
but your righteousness needs to be maintained (continued)
to God’s satisfaction! ... For example …
It is NOT acceptable to be a habitual sinner (one who does NOT
repent of his ongoing sins and who fails to overcome them).
Such people cannot be part of the kingdom of God ...
1 Corinthians 6:9-20, Galatians 5:19-21, Ephesians 5:3-6.
And don't forget my current favorite > Revelation 21:8,
which says habitual sinners get thrown into the lake of fire!
(Are you so deceived that you believe Christians can get
away with what non-believers CANNOT get away with?)

“Do you not know that
to whom you present yourselves slaves to obey,

We were warned about that teaching... we are all habitual sinners falling short of Gods many requirements for salvation:
Luke 18:9-14
The Parable of the Pharisee and the Tax Collector
9 To some who were confident of their own righteousness and looked down on everyone else, Jesus told this parable: 10 “Two men went up to the temple to pray, one a Pharisee and the other a tax collector. 11 The Pharisee stood by himself and prayed: ‘God, I thank you that I am not like other people—robbers, evildoers, adulterers—or even like this tax collector. 12 I fast twice a week and give a tenth of all I get.’

Sure, now humble yourself and repent of your on-going sins.
To repent means to stop them and forsake them.
If you do NOT, you are NOT part of the kingdom of God.

I do see that you'll be in a seat of judgment for those that give up their lives to live in your colony. That you can make them leave.

Not sure you're speakin my language, but I do know that I have had plenty of interaction with God, and much of it has come true and some much of it not. And one thing God has taught me is that not every spirit claiming to be God is God. And it can be very difficult to discern. So you being responsible for these people your bringing to your colony. Can you guarantee it won't fail them? At which point they may end up homeless (which I have been homeless and it is a certain death in a short time). You have food and refuse, medical care, etc:

“Beloved, believe not every spirit, but try the spirits whether they are of God: because many false prophets are gone out into the world.”

Isaiah 2:9 .....mankind will be brought low.
Ezekiel 7:2-9 The end is coming, it will affect all the earth.
Isaiah 66:16-17 The Lord will judge with fire and test all mankind. All the wicked will die

Revelation 6:2-17....The Sixth Seal disaster; the Lord's Day of fiery wrath, the world changer that commences all the end times events, leading up to the glorious Return of Jesus.
The only 'safe haven', is the place of safety where the faithful people will be taken to during the 1260 days of 'beast' world control. Revelation 12:14

Refuse? ... Yes, we don't speak the same language.
We're talking about trusting in the Lord to take care of us
and that includes when we cannot buy and sell.
Not sure what all the Lord will be protecting us from:
roving bands of thieves, the antichrist System, (lastly) the wrath of God?
So let me ask you this, how do you know it's God your talking to? Since you've never met God, how do you identify him? I'm asking because when God speaks he usually follows it up with the fruits of the Holy Spirit as proof, but not always (Galatians 5:22-25).
Before entering into our fellowship with Father God,
we bind the enemy and plead the blood over us.
When He speaks, it's NEVER against His word.
When He speaks, it's consistent with previous messages to us.
When He speaks, sometimes it blows our minds because
it is nothing we know anything about,
and nothing we would never dream up on our own, etc.
