To put it simply, if you follow Scripture, yes.

Wives are to submit to husbands.
Women are not to have authority over men in the church.
Women are to remain quiet in the church (yes that means women pastors is wholly against Scripture).

A few comments to notice about godly wives, which would be the women of God.

Submissive to their husband
Chaste conduct accompanied with Fear (of the LORD most likely)
Called her husband Lord and obeyed the husband
Not afraid with Terror if you do good
Husbands should dwell with wives with understanding that they are the weaker vessel and honor that, so that your prayers are not hindered

None of that is in vogue anymore whatsoever in our godless society.
I wonder how many Christian women would agree with this today or are corrupted by LOT's world around them. The perverse and crooked generation of today.

AND, none of this way of life to keep in a women's heart is earned by a husbands behavior toward her.
It is simply the government of God.

It is a judgement and a curse written in the prophets on the nation, if women and children rule over men.
The LORD takes away men from leadership, and gives them over to children and women rulers.

What you have described above is man's sinfulness.

If man and wife would only realize that the Holy Matrimony is sacred to God there will never be divorces. Yes, the union between man and woman has spiritual significance. The man is to love his bride and in return, she submits to her husband, just as God loves His bride and in return she obeys God in all things.

She judged the people outside the city gates in the hill country of Ephraim under her palm tree. Why were the people not following the commands of the LORD?

And God says to obey our government leaders in Romans 13:1-7. It doesn't matter if they are women or men. God is in control of every governments leadership. They do not exist apart from His will and Sovereignty.
