The bible is just simply a book. That deals with God and mankind, and spiritual princplies.

Hello Mathew....if I may give my opinion and belief....the Bible imo/ belief...is the Living word of God, he speaks to his children through his word....

I must admit ,there is much I don’t understand.....I believe I understand all about the rebirth...how, because God’s word the Bible ,speaks to me through his Spirit as I have been born again from above.

Just my thoughts and belief Mathew.....

May I also say Brother, try not to take what is said to you personally, I’m only trying to help, speaking from my own experience, my pride and ego stunted my growth in Christ....when I puffed up.....the Holy Spirit just left me to it......he would not reveal anything to my spirit, I had to figure that one out...took many,many years......I had to learn and probably still am....to humble myself.....boy was that a hard one!..

Sure but it has not ability to be used by another to insinuate power over others. I would say it is God of the universe dealing with mankind to restore what was lost so we can find peace in gospel having faith. Or Gods word dealing with mankind.

That is where faith comes from is engaging with the written word. Glad you made some progression, and may God continuen to help guide yiu forward and your brother and sisters, by and through the spirit.0

We can and do sin most days...without even knowing it, some done in ignorance, some in thought some with the mouth...some in deed.

Now tell me are you sinless?

You may be sinless in Christ....but your flesh still sins?

We sin...but we aren’t in sin, we’re in Christ?

We sin, of course we do....but we aren’t “ IN” sin ,we are in Christ.....the flesh is at war with the Spirit as soon as we become born again......as we grow / mature and renew our minds, it gets much easier as we are walking in the Spirit.....

I stand under its rules and judgments as well.

This question seems to always come up as a way to silence the truth.

Because I know what sin is according to the full counsel of God. Because I put the flesh into suffering as to not commit sin.

“…for he that hath suffered in the flesh hath ceased from sin…” (1 Peter 4:1)

Sorry, that doesn’t make sense to me, sounds like you are doing it all...

We are in Christ....we aren’t in “ ourselves”.

You have a choice.

How do “you” obey God’s commands....how do “ you” do that?

Is a directive to die to the flesh.
It also insinuates a change of heart.


However being alive in this flesh i cant die to it 100% not like Jesus. When the temptation comes up; to die to it or do is the option. Naturally anything that is not of faith is sin.


But its not for us to go around sinning so grace may abound ; “As believers”

Its about dying to sin; but also being humble knowing you will fail again, but to continue to be in relationship


Praying and calling to God for all the ones ya know, issues, etc.
