Thanks for the post Heart2soul , I have to get ready for work so I have only been able to listen to half of it. We have Covid at the care home, it’s all happened in the last five days. It’s difficult. All I hear on here right now are complaints, moans and groans , arguments , so it’s refreshing to find a post that is relevant and speaks to me in this moment.
I acted in obedience with posting something yesterday, no one was really listening to what I was actually saying. It was proberbly the way I communicated it, and then I ended up reacting. So it was lost.
It is a testing time with what is going on at work xx
