A Hermaphrodite is a person God specially created to have both male and female plumbing and handles.

So, what is the Wisdom upon:

1.) What type of attire and grooming should they present?
2.) Which restroom should they use? Both?
3.) Should they minister in Youth groups?
4.) Get married?
5.) Have surgery?
6.) Have their X & Y chromosomes checked?
7.) What if they are a chimera?
8.) Should their Pastor or Church Board address any of these issues?
9.) Should they hide their identity?
10.) Are Pentecostals able to heal them with tongues?

I do think that they should have their X & Y chromosomes checked. That would give them their actual gender. I would hope their sexual orientation corresponds with those findings. I do believe God is able to heal them and yet I wouldn't base their worth or salvation on whether they are healed. I'm sorry this isn't very thorough. (It's kind of late and I just took some melatonin. :) )

I'm in agreement with TLHKAJ here.
I'll answer from a historical perspective...

1.) What type of attire and grooming should they present?
Up the parents

2.) Which restroom should they use? Both?
Whichever cave you want. Or in modern times, whatever their test results show them to be.

3.) Should they minister in Youth groups?
Yes.

4.) Get married?
Yes.

5.) Have surgery?
Yes. If they want.

6.) Have their X & Y chromosomes checked?
Yes.

7.) What if they are a chimera?
That's extremely rare and doesn't mean it changes anything below.

8.) Should their Pastor or Church Board address any of these issues?
Counseling and spiritual guidance is a benefit.

9.) Should they hide their identity?
Every good story is a testimony if they use it.

10.) Are Pentecostals able to heal them with tongues?
No.
