No, I didn't make it up, lol. It says it right here....
1 Corinthians 5:5
5hand this man over to Satan for the destruction of the flesh, so that his spirit may be saved on the day of the Lord.
Paul taught me.
.
Nonsense.
Paul would never contradict the Grace of God, as you do.
Paul woud never, and has never confused works with the Gospel, as you do.
Paul said that people who are Galatians 1:8, (you) will teach against the Grace of God and try to prove that Salvation is not a gift, but its a self effort to try to possess and maintain.
And understand something...... "Spirits" are not saved. Humans are...
THe verse says...."All that call on the name of the Lord shall be saved'.
It does not say...>"all Spirits that call on the Lord"....as you are trying to prove by misunderstanding and then TWISTING your verse.
And understand something else....>"the day of the Lord", happens on EARTH.....and the Lost, are Judged in Heaven at the Great White Throne Judgment.
So, the reason you are confused, is because you can't yet compare scripture with scripture,... so, when you read a verse, you don't discern it objectively through the eyes of Spiritual Understanding, as you can't do this yet.......so, you only take a verse at face value, and that is not how you ""rightly divide"" a verse..
See, any heretic can take a verse, and say..>"see there".....
But that is not how you discern the word of God.....so, when you read a verse that seems to contradict 150 other verses, and you dont realize this....then what you have done, is created a pretext, that is pretending to be the meaning.
Dont do that.
