"Today, you shall be with me in Paradise."
The last time that I checked, Paradise isn't Hell.
When Luke 23:43 is compared with Luke 16:22-23 and Acts 2:25-32, it's
readily seen that paradise was indeed hell because the word haides is
used in the latter two references to indicate the place where Jesus went
and where the rich man went.

The trick is: haides doesn't eo ipso indicate a place of fiery torment. It
primarily indicates the unseen world of the dead; viz: the netherworld. So
in haides; Jesus was in relative comfort; while of course the rich man wasn't
though both men went to the very same afterlife region. In other words: the
Bible's haides is divided into two zones: one is similar to New York's Central
Park; and the other is similar to a Nazi crematorium; only people therein aren't
burned to ashes; they're just burned; well actually: not burned but baked, like
in an old fashioned flame-fired pizza oven.
