if you are referring to him being in the form of ...first there has to be a form to which it can be compared to ,to then form it . form can also be in .the likeness. even as man is in the likeness of God. not that we look like him but that we have many of the same quality's

22 And it came to pass, that the beggar died, and was carried by the angels into Abraham's bosom: the rich man also died, and was buried;
23 And in hell he lift up his eyes, being in torments, and seeth Abraham afar off, and Lazarus in his bosom.
24 And he cried and said, Father Abraham, have mercy on me, and send Lazarus, that he may dip the tip of his finger in water, and cool my tongue; for I am tormented in this flame
But Abraham said, Son, remember that thou in thy lifetime receivedst thy good things, and likewise Lazarus evil things: but now he is comforted, and thou art tormented.
26 And beside all this, between us and you there is a great gulf fixed: so that they which would pass from hence to you cannot; neither can they pass to us, that would come from thence.
Salvation is based on :
God's Grace
Christ's Sacrifice
Faith
Take any of those away, and you have no Salvation.
Add to any of those and you have denied The Cross.
Now, if a person goes to Hell.....its because they died in their sin, and that becomes in Eternity, = the unpardonable sin, because there is no forgiveness found for you if you have died in your sins.......unforgiven.
And the way you die in your sins, is to never be forgiven, which means you died a Christ rejector, never born again.
You have committed the Unpardonable sin and died.
And if you read Heb 10:26, you read where Jewish Christ rejectors are committing the unpardonable sin of rejecting theirr Savior, their Messiah.......Jesus The Lord.
So, THAT PERSON... Jew or Gentile, if they die today or tomorrow or yesterday, is now in Hell.
And what are they doing, Reader.?
They are trying to get out......... And how are they trying to get out of Hell?
They are telling God.....>"OH GOD< i DO BELIEVE.. OH GOD....I DO TRUST IN CHRIST">.... and God ignores them., forever.
FOREVER.
Why?
Because once you are in HELL, you SEE Hell,.... and you KNOW you are in it. .....So that is PROOF that God, and Hell and JESUS are all REAL.
And now you KNOW IT because you SEE IT....and that is not FAITH........That is "seeing is believing" and God requires FAITH in what you can't SEE to save you.......And that is why you have to TRUST in CHRIST before you DIE....as this way, you are believing in what you can't SEE, and that is Genuine FAITH that God accepts.

I cant help but notice you are trying to set doctrine from things said in a parable .
a parable/story given to illustrate a certain point . Jesus knew of their beliefs and used it against them as a teaching point.
as for the dead, its common practice to bury the dead. from dust they came to dust they return. the grave is the place of the bodies destruction ,given enough time the bodies turn to dust.
the dead dont know they are there ,only the living know they are there. sheol , hadies and hell... its the same place . there is but one hope for the dead,to live again by resurrection. its not until that happens that any of the dead will have a thought running through their head.
Everyone who died today and went to Hell, ...knows they are in it.
"soul sleep" is a MaryCult myth, as is purgatory.
Paul teaches that when you die, you are "Present with the Lord"........not "asleep and would not realize it".
And its the same for someone who just left their dead body and went to Hell like a bullet.
