Had 2 do this in light of another thread

Ezekiel 40 through 48 will give you everything on this subject ,so lets go there.

Ezekiel chapters forty through forty eight are discussing only the Millennium age time period, and the Temple and "oblation", or offerings and sacrifices that will take place during that time period. When we are talking about the "Temple" it is actually a mistake to speak of the wonderful series of courts and buildings, described in these final chapters of Ezekiel, collectively as "the Temple". The proper term is "The Sanctuary", as the description starts to unfold in chapter 40.

Notice that the governing figure of the dimensions given throughout the last eight chapters, not only in connection with the Sanctuary, but also in the measurements of the holy "Oblation unto Jehovah", of the land, is the number "5". The spiritual significance of the number five denotes "Divine grace". It is God adding His gifts and blessing to the works of His hands. This is why five is the leading factor in the Tabernacle [Sanctuary] measurements.

The Sanctuary is in the midst of the central portion of the middle [the Priests'] portion of the "Oblation". The Altar which occupies the exact center of the Sanctuary [not the Temple proper], is thus twelve miles from the north gate of the city, twelve miles from the southern boundary of the Levites' portion, and yet thirty miles from both the eastern and western boundaries of the "Oblation" respectively.

The Sanctuary is comprised in a great square of the boundary wall enclosing the outer Court. This wall, we will see is twelve feet six inches high, and has the same width. The Temple is inside the inner Court, and is referred to as the "Separate Place", and is 216 feet square.

We will see that the Altar before the House, or Temple, is in the midst of the "Separate Place", and it is the actual center of the Millennial Sanctuary, and Worship. This indicates that the millennial "Temple" is really the Palace, the home of the Messiah, and shows the connect our Lord Jesus Christ will have with the "city of the Great King."

We will see at the glorious "Dedication" of the Sanctuary, which is mentioned in Ezekiel 43:2-6, Jehovah's glorious entry is through the gate of the outward Sanctuary, on the east side, which will then be closed for entry by everyone, except the "Prince" [the risen David].

In today's measurements of setting out buildings and distances, rods and tapes, or chains are used a recognized standardized lengths. This is precisely what we have in Ezekiel 40:3. When we look at the geographic locations of the land mass in the Holy Lands today, it is obvious that things will change at the sounding of the seventh and final trumpet. So as we study the rest of the book of Ezekiel, try to keep in mind that the flesh age is over for mankind, and the change of I Corinthians 50-52 has taken place. The Antichrist [Satan] is gone as well as all the false ministers, fallen angels and every form of idol and idolatry that exists in this earth age. The age of grace will have moved into a new dispensation.

This is because our Lord Jesus Christ will then be with us forever, and all mankind will be living in their incorruptible bodies, however, only those who overcame the Antichrist at the sounding to the seventh trumpet will have immortality. All those who in ignorance bowed to the Antichrist will be required to keep all the Oblations, offerings and sacrifices. Then after the thousand years they will each be judged by their works. This is the reason for the Great Sanctuary, which is one seventh larger than King Solomon's Temple.

The writings and teachings of Ezekiel were given to us as a sign, and the things he taught, and the life he lived were examples of things that would come to pass. God told Ezekiel to teach His word only to those who were spiritually dead, to wake them up to the end that is coming for all His people. God does nothing but what He has forewarned His people through His prophets, in the next eighth chapters we will be told exactly what will happen in the Millennium age.

Now lets take a look at the "Sanctuary" of Ezekiel 40, and try to study these chapters with an open mind.

Please read the rest and do know I'm in agreement with the link

    Now with the purpose

The millennium is for all 2 learn the truth of God's Word without the influence of anything evil namely satan as he shall be locked up without the ability 2 confuse God's children.

During this time those who didn't accept Christ although changed will have a mortal soul, meaning they can die the 2nd death

Revelation 20:12"And I saw the dead, small and great, stand before God; and the books were opened: and another book was opened, which is the book of life: and the dead were judged out of those things which were written in the books, according to their works."

Notice there are two sets of books here. The first called "The Books" is to judge the unsaved. The second is the "Book of Life" where only the names of the saved are recorded. The saved have had their sins removed from God's judgment and booted out. Though they were committed, the blood of Christ has covered them from being used against us.

Notice how all souls are judged "according to their works". Does it talk about faith here after the Millennium? No. The "great white throne judgment" will not take faith into consideration. The first resurrection takes faith into consideration. That was back on "the Lord's day". That was Jesus Christ's "great day". On the last day of the Millennium age, souls are judged by works only.

Why are you judged for works only? Faith is something hoped for but unseen. You don't see Jesus Christ on earth today, you will see his wonderful works, and be led by Him and His Spirit in the Millennium age. Today He is in heaven and not walking on this earth. However, in the millennium, He will be on earth, and all will have full intelligence, with full recall and will be taught. The Heavenly Father honors all those with grace, that have accepted His Son by faith through repentance without Christ's physical presence here on earth, if you believed in His Word.

To those who are not under grace in the Millennium, their salvation will be only through and by their works. For faith doesn't exist to them. There will be no ignorance, physical handicap, for you will see, know, and experience Our Lord first hand.

If you follow the Antichrist, the first Christ to appear, you will have forfeited your salvation in this earth age. You will not be under the grace of God, and your works will be the only thing that matters on the last day of the Millennium, the day of judgment. They will be judged by works alone, for they have seen Jesus Christ, and are without excuse. The "rapture theory" leaves believers defenseless against Satan, for they will be taken in by Satan's deceptions.

Revelation 20:13 "And the sea gave up the dead which were in it; and death and hell delivered up the dead which were in them: and they were judged every man according to their works."

The sea is the massive number of mortal souls that follow Satan. These are those souls who did not overcome, and are in a place of holding at the time of their physical death, and also from the Millennium. There it is again! "According to their works."

Don't be frightened by this! For we are now under grace, and the Antichrist has not yet arrived. You are going to face the truth now, or be judged by your works from the thousand year Millennium age. Eternity is a long time, so much so that our minds simply cannot comprehend it.

To refuse Christ at the end of the Millennium age will commit you to destruction.

Flesh is corrupt ,I mean you think it's fair that people get 2 be born without evil in the world while those previous had the flesh as well as satan and his army 2 deal with?

This assertion is not correct, the Holy Land will be occupied by all the faithful Christians before the Millennium. Isaiah 62:1-5, Ezekiel 34:11-16, +
We will build the new Temple, Zechariah 6:15, and we will make offerings to God in it. His Shekinah Glory will reside in it. Ezekiel 43:1-4

Proved by how the Christian peoples will elect a leader for themselves, Hosea 1:11, Jeremiah 30:21, seen in Ezekiel 46:18 as a ruler who has sons to pass on his inheritance to.
You also confuse when the change into spiritual bodies will happen. Only after the Millennium will the Book of Life be opened and those whose names are Written in it will receive immortality. Just the Promise of immortality is given to all who believe and keep the Commandments, before that final Trumpet at the Great White Throne Judgment.

Yeah...I'd have to disagree with you here. Probably because I don't see scripture as teaching a Millennial period to come...period.
Consistently scripture talks about two ages...'this age' and 'the age to come'.

Biblical Texts Which Speak of “This Age”

Matthew 12:32 - There is no forgiveness for blasphemy against the Holy Spirit
Matthew 24:3 - The end of the age will be preceded by signs
Matthew 28:20 - Christ will be with us until the end of the age
Luke 18:30 - There are material rewards given to us in this life
Luke 20:34 - The people of this age marry and are given in marriage
Mark 10:30 - The present age is an age of homes, fields, and families
Romans 12:2 - We are not to be conformed to the pattern of this world (age)
I Corinthians 1:20 - Philosophy is the wisdom of this age
I Corinthians 2:6-8 - Wisdom and rulers are of this age
II Corinthians 4:4 - Satan is the god of this age who has blinded the minds of men and women
Galatians 1:4 - The present age is evil
Ephesians 1:21 - Christ reigns in present age
Ephesians 2:2 - The ways of this world (age) are evil
I Timothy 6:17 - Those who are rich in this age, are not to hope in their wealth for the next
Titus 2:12 - We are to live Godly lives in the present age

In every instance the qualities associated with “this age” are temporal in nature. These texts describe the present course of history before the return of Christ and are things which pass away at his return.

Biblical Texts Which Speak of the “Age to Come”

Matthew 12:32 - No forgiveness for blasphemy against the Holy Spirit
Matthew 13:40 - The weeds will be thrown into the fire
Mark 10:30 - Eternal life as a reward
Luke 18:30 - Eternal life as a reward
Luke 20:35 - No marriage or giving in marriage
I Corinthians 6:9-10 - Evil doers will not inherit the kingdom of God
I Corinthians 15:50 - Flesh and blood will not inherit the kingdom of God
Galatians 5:21 - Those who live evil lives will not inherit the kingdom
Ephesians 1:21 - Christ will reign in age to come
Ephesians 5:5 - Immoral people will not inherit kingdom of God
I Thessalonians 2:12 - We are encouraged to live lives worthy of the kingdom
II Thessalonians 1:5 - Faith will count you worthy of the kingdom of God
I Timothy 6:19 - The coming age has life that is truly life
II Timothy 4:18 - The Lord will bring us to kingdom of God

In marked contrast to “this age” the qualities assigned to the age to come are all eternal (or non-temporal) in nature. These references are clearly describing the future eschatological state of believers (and nonbelievers if you factor in the references to judgment).

The Line of “Demarcation” Between the Two Ages

Matthew 13:39 - The harvest is the end of the age, and the angels are the harvesters
Matthew 13:40 - The weeds will be burned in the fire at the end of the age (judgment)
Matthew 13:49 - The angels will separate the wicked from the righteous

So, basically what we have here is clear biblical teachings covering this time period and the time period that comes when Christ returns. And neither of them fit a 'Millennium' upon the earth. It's just not there.

And what age might that be? The one before sin entered the world? Because, if you look at the verses that speak of 'this age', we can see it covers an age of sin, of Satan 'ruling' over it, of material rewards, of false philosphy and wisdom of man, of marriage. And these things have been present since the fall of mankind.
Now, we might, I suppose, for the sake of study or conversation, break up 'this age' into smaller sections; like Pre-Christ, Post-Christ for example. But that doesn't seem to touch upon those essential facts the bible lists as 'this age'. And as for 'the age before'...well, I'm sure it was amazing, sin free in the garden. But that time doesn't really impinge upon us apart from informing us of how mankind fell and set Gods plan of redemption on track. And it most certainly doesn't give us leave to insert an extra 'age' inbetween 'this age' and 'the age to come'.

    Hosea 6:1-3: - 6:1 "Come, let us return to the Lord;
    for he has torn, that he may heal us;
he has stricken, and he will bind us up.
    2 After two days he will revive us;
on the third day he will raise us up,
that we may live before him.

    3 Let us know, let us press on to know the Lord;
    his going forth is sure as the dawn;
he will come to us as the showers,
as the spring rains that water the earth."
Perhaps the third day in the above passage is the millennium Age?

A time of great harvest in the world of souls.

    It certainly is.
And Jesus confirms His 'Day' of reward in Luke 13:32, where He said He would work for two days, [two thousand years, from His first Advent commencing at His Baptism, until His Return.] and then receive His reward. Of ruling the world for one thousand years.

Those who want to deny the Millennium era, for whatever reason, are flat out denying Scriptural truth as Written in Revelation 20.

A fanciful interpretation on your part of the referenced passage. Here is the Scripture that you alluded to: -

Luke 13:32-33: - 32 And He said to them, "Go, tell that fox, 'Behold, I cast out demons and perform cures today and tomorrow, and the third day I shall be perfected.' 33 Nevertheless I must journey today, tomorrow, and the day following; for it cannot be that a prophet should perish outside of Jerusalem.

Even I have difficulties to draw the conclusion that you do.

Perhaps you have been drinking too much Kool Aid or some other form of energy drink and you have become confused. What you claim is the understanding of Luke_13:32 text, bears no resemblance to what you have claimed.

For the "first resurrection", yes. But not for all others, as Ezekiel 44 shows the unsaved will stand in judgement throughout that period.

As for others here making arguments against Christ's future Millennial reign, in relation to those Ezekiel 40 thru 47 chapters, those of us who have... studied those Scriptures can tell those of you who have not!

The unsaved are still there in those Chapters, standing in judgment. Yet in Ezekiel 47 we are shown God's River of the Waters of Life back on earth, emitting out from the sanctuary. And we are shown the literal... location of all that, in the area of today's Jerusalem in the middle east. Moreover, the dimensions of that temple in Ezekiel shows it has never... been built before.

So those who have not studied those Ezekiel 40 thru 47 chapters really show their foolishness when they deny that is for Christ's future thousand years reign.

One of the areas I differ from the OP is with Ezekiel 48. I see Ezekiel 48 as new heavens and new earth timing, when the full Godhead has returned to earth, after Christ's Rev.20 thousand years reign, and after the wicked, death and hell are destroyed in the future lake of fire.

Yes, that is, for those of the "first resurrection". For the faithful who remain in Christ all the way up to His return, our rest in Him 'literally'... begins with Him then.

    Rev 3:12
12 Him that overcometh will I make a pillar in the temple of My God, and he shall go no more out: and I will write upon him the name of My God, and the name of the city of My God, which is new Jerusalem, which cometh down out of heaven from My God: and I will write upon him My new name.
    KJV

    Heb 4:10
10 For he that is entered into his rest, he also hath ceased from his own works, as God did from His.

    KJV

Have we today ceased from our works in Christ Jesus? No, not yet. We will when Jesus returns.

Is the presence of the Lord with the body...or not yet?
Acts 3:19-21 Repent ye therefore, and be converted, that your sins may be blotted out, when the times of refreshing shall come from the presence of the Lord; [20] And he shall send Jesus Christ, which before was preached unto you: [21] Whom the heaven must receive until the times of restitution of all things, which God hath spoken by the mouth of all his holy prophets since the world began.

Supposed to have ceased from our works in the fruit is of the Spirit. If we haven’t entered His Rest yet as told to of God, then how are we any different from those all warned would not hear and enter into His Rest.

While everyone is being "ignorant" , looking for a false futuristic age of a literal 1000 years to come, they have lost sight of the fact of God's understanding of time in His Eternity. "But, beloved, be not ignorant of this one thing, that one day is with the Lord as a thousand years, and a thousand years as one day. 2Peter 3:8.

So then, what has God been doing in His Eternity, since the Day of Pentecost?
Ans. 2 Peter 3[9] The Lord is not slack concerning his promise, as some men count slackness; but is longsuffering to us-ward, not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance.
    And what is that?
Using your own words, "A time of great harvest in the world of souls."

And so, what shall we conclude about this present earth/world and the end result, after this present Age of His Grace, through His Son is completed?
    Ans. 2 Peter 3
[7] But the heavens and the earth, which are now, by the same word are kept in store, reserved unto fire against the day of judgment and perdition of ungodly men.
    2 Thes. 1
[7] And to you who are troubled rest with us, when the Lord Jesus shall be revealed from heaven with his mighty angels,
[8] In flaming fire taking vengeance on them that know not God, and that obey not the gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ:
    [9] Who shall be punished with everlasting destruction from the presence of the Lord, and from the glory of his power;
[10] When he shall come to be glorified in his saints, and to be admired in all them that believe (because our testimony among you was believed) in that day.
    .
Make no mistake, and "be not ignorant", the symbolic 1000 years IS NOW, and has been, ever since Pentecost!!

Has His glory filled His temple?

Haggai 2:6-9 For thus saith the Lord of hosts; Yet once, it is a little while, and I will shake the heavens, and the earth, and the sea, and the dry land ; [7] And I will shake all nations, and the desire of all nations shall come: and I will fill this house with glory, saith the Lord of hosts. [8] The silver is mine, and the gold is mine, saith the Lord of hosts. [9] The glory of this latter house shall be greater than of the former, saith the Lord of hosts: and in this place will I give peace, saith the Lord of hosts.
