Made it to four days without vaping. (Still don't smoke.)

Didn't realize I could talk about it until I was asked a few times today if I smoked and I got to explain I quit. I knew if I made it to day three then I was in the clear.

Not really craving it for more than a minute at a time, but really I'm so busy right now that I have it under control and also I don't care.

Thank you for the prayers and the putting up with me during my quitting rollercoaster! Thank God for guiding me through it.

I know it's tough, just keep it up and you'll stop thinking about it in no time.

@FluffyYellowDuck Good to be thankful! So how is it going so far?

Seems like it helped you in the quitting process by going the vaping route.

That's great news, I quit for 10 years and experienced a much more powerful Holy Ghost experience with God. Quitting makes a real difference and I hope to join you soon! Cheers!

I am pretty much past cravings, every once in a while a wave passes with the urge but I ride them out and forget about it in a minute anyway.

My lungs are still healing from vaping.

@FluffyYellowDuck Glad it's going well; hope the lungs continue to heal; do you think it was from the cigarettes rather than the vaping that the lung hurt?
I want to say no because my lungs got better when I switched to smoking for a bit. I was really afraid to go back to vaping because of the damage it would cause.

I think the flavor matters.

Also after I quit, for some reason my lips grew. I can't figure out if I'm allergic to something or if it is because I quit, but I look like I had injections (but not like super gross big)

@FluffyYellowDuck I see; interesting; hoping that the lungs calm down soon, for you....

I guess...with the effect on the lips, since you are getting the look anyway it might even be the opportunity to have a small amount of injections for it to be permanent...or a bit of permanent pigment, whatever.

(So I guess there are always spin-offs, so to speak. You said your mom was a beauty therapist, I think...)
