I was thinking about this yesterday, I found myself reflecting on the sin of gluttony- I mean how many people on this forum, who openly find no problem ' debated ' sexual sins, actually over eat and give into the ' desires ' of food. They ' look ', they ' like ' so they eat. Many do not eat out of hunger, but desire. Now I put my hand up , and say I am well aware that I do that, and because I am well aware that it's not a sin that I have found easy to deal with, I find that it gives me a little bit more compassion for those who are facing things that I don't have to battle with, sexual sin.
How many are even aware that they are being gluttonous, or even ever think about it ( denial )
How many threads do you see about the ' over eating '
Or greed and materialism - the latter being very much a part of the western world - these are all things that Satan uses in this world - but we're all right, aren't we , because we are not homosexuals !!!!!!

What do you mean by 'equal'? Why wouldn't a child with white and black parents be equal to one with 2 black parents or 2 white parents?

With that kind of definition, a child of black and white parents has equality with any other member of the human race.

When Are Christians Going to Care About This?

It's evident that Satan is after the young.

Remember too that Scripture says "first clean the inside of the cup." I was in several churches where the good people looked down their noses at these sins while committing other filthy sins of gossip, backbiting, slander, pride, being respecter of persons. Some of the worst people I've met were other Christians. As long as the church on a whole doesn't take a trip inward to clean the inside of the cup, I don't know how they're ever going to clean the outside. That being said, I think maybe you should organize Christians to commit to pray about this for a specified time once a week. The entire culture is sick.
