RELIGION: An Indication of the Absence of Faith

All religions are based upon laws and works and not grace.

Religion refuses to acknowledge the New Covenant of grace and faith and that the Old Covenant of rules, laws and religion has been abolished, Ephesians 2:15, Colossians 2:14.

The Morman religion is not of the faith. They do not believe that Jesus is the Christ, John 8:24.

The Catholic religion is not of the faith. They do not believe that Jesus atoned for our sins and the sins of the whole world, 1 John 2:2.

Most organized religions do not believe the historical Gospel of Jesus Christ, they do not believe that Jesus is the end of the law for righteousness, Romans 10:4. Instead, they believe that they can keep the law and be justified by the law, Romans 3:20.

Believing that Jesus is the Christ and believing that Jesus atoned for our sin and the sins of the whole world are foundational Christian beliefs. No one will be saved that does not believe and have faith that Jesus is the Christ. No one will be saved that does not believe and have faith that Jesus atoned for their sins.

James never would have written what he did if he would have known about the today's religions. All Christian works are the result of the indwelling Holy Spirit, Ephesians 2:10. All works without the Holy Spirit are worthless.

All religions require there followers to do, to earn the favour of the god.

It is only Christianity that says you cannot earn God's favour, so receive his favour, his salvation as a free gift.
Christians then do in order to demonstrate their love for Jesus.

I think that James missed the boat. He was a Judaizer, a Judaizer is one that believes in Jesus, but also believes that you must keep the law of Moses. According to Paul the law has been abolished, Ephesians 2:15. Under the New Covenant God's people live by faith, Romans 1:17. They live by faith in Christ and his Gospel.

it is FAITH in JESUS CHRIST . Not a word JESUS ever said would have trangressed the law . Rather
His teachings FULLFILL the RIGHTEOUSNESS of the law .
That is the beauty of it all . Follow and have all Faith in Christ JESUS . He too reminded the church to be doers
of all He did teach . And the beauty of it , If we are HIS then we do have the SPIRIT
and the SPIRIT worketh something in us , THAT WHICH IS PLEASING TO GOD . GOOD WORKS pleasing to GOD .
The one who hears and does not , WAS NOT and IS NOT .
And what is this word , THE GLORIOUS GOSPEL OF CHRIST THE KING .
If one believes in Christ JESUS they would have BELIEVED CHRIST JESUS .
For what HE SPOKE IS TRUTH , as HE IS TRUTH .
Let us go to and behold abraham . Abraham believed GOD . HE believed .
IF we BELIEVE JESUS IS THE CHRIST , would we not treat HIS words as Though HE IS THE CHRIST .
Just things to ponder on . For i say many treat JESUS CHRIST as though HE IS NO CHRIST
and they treat pastors who twist HIS words as though they BE the CHRIST . WHO WE HEED INDEED
MEANS SOMETHING .and PROVES SOMETHING .
Let the lambs return to the pages of the HOLY SCRIPTURES and let us all say , IF JESUS SAID IT WE BELIEVE IT and SHALL HEED IT .
As well as what the apostels would expound on later in letters .
IF it is written and recorded in the glorious holy book called the bible , THEN let our hearts say , GOD DID INSPIRE IT

The book of James was one of the first New Testament books. James was not directed to Gentile Christians, it was directed to law keeping Jews, James 1:1. The book of James is very Jewish with very little about Christ and his Gospel. James was a Judaizer. A Judaizer is one the believes in Jesus, but also believes that you must keep the law of Moses. James wanted to circumcise Gentile believers, Acts 15:1-21. James sent men to spy on Peter and Barnabus to see if they were eating with Gentiles, Galatians 2:11-21. A Jewish no, no. Many Christian scholars believe that the book of James should not have been included in the cannons.

I seem to notice that a lot robert . It seemth that the scriptures that get in the way of mens ideals
Are the scrips that are not TO US . exactly . as for this lamb every WORD shall be embraced .
