Scripture says that ...

Jesus was NOT going around being "fully God" and able to do everything himself.

Even though Jesus, the man, had God * within him,
He still was a man and needed a lot of help from the Father and the Holy Spirit.
* It's my understanding that he had the Second Person of the Triune God within Him.

Luke 4:18
The Spirit of the LORD is upon Me, because He has anointed Me to preach the gospel to the poor;
He has sent Me to heal the brokenhearted, to proclaim liberty to the captives (of Satan)
and recovery of sight to the blind, to set at liberty those who are oppressed (by demons)

Luke 5:17
Now it happened on a certain day, as He (Jesus) was teaching,
that there were Pharisees and teachers of the law sitting by,
who had come out of every town of Galilee, Judea, and Jerusalem.
And the power of the Lord was present to heal them (the multitudes).

Hebrews 10:38
... how God anointed Jesus of Nazareth with the Holy Spirit and with power,
who went about doing good and healing all who were oppressed by the devil,
for God was with Him.

It is also my understanding that Jesus was NOT "fully man"
because since he was "without sin", he did not have man's sin nature.

Jesus/God in the OT:

Jeremiah 17:10 (ESV)
[sup]10 [/sup]“I the Lord search the heart and test the mind, to give every man according to his ways, according to the fruit of his deeds.”

"Jesus said to him, “Have I been with you so long, and you still do not know me, Philip? Whoever has seen me has seen the Father. How can you say, ‘Show us the Father’?"- John 14:9

Some sentences taken out of context isn't scriptural proof... haha... it's just picking and choosing whatever supports, "your understanding" which is basically garbage... that's why everyone just needs to read the bible for themselves... straight through... no study guides.... or men telling us, "What he's really saying is", no cross referencing... just read stuff as it was written.. otherwise we'll end up following some garbage theory that man made up by picking and choosing words out of context that support their agenda which is usually nothing more than feeding their ego of being the one that's right...

Oh look Jesus... the scripture says the angels wont let you hit the ground... it's like, [edited by the moderator] satan... that's one sentence and you're taking it out of context and using it to support a garbage theory in order to manipulate me" haha... God it's irritating...

yep..., [edited by the moderator] satan"

Here's a couple more instances it can be used...

"You really should eat the fruit from that tree".... [edited by the moderator] satan"

"You really should cheat on your wife".... [edited by the moderator] satan"

"You really should look at porn" .... [edited by the moderator]satan"

"God is the reason for evil" .... [edited by the moderator]satan"

and on and on... I could care less if it's up to your standards of what playing christian is because I don't play that game no more... it's worthless and does nothing more than pump up our false spiritual ego...

But hey.... look at it this way... if you really think writing [edited by the moderator]is so bad... at least now you can stare at your holy face in the mirror and have another reason for saying, "Thank you Father for making me not like Robbie" haha

Ephesians 4:29:
"Do not let any unwholesome talk come out of your mouths..." niv
"Don't use foul or abusive language..." nlt
"Let no corrupting talk come out of your mouths..." esv
"Let no unwholesome word proceed from your mouth..." nasb
"Let no filthy talk be heard from your mouths..." isv
"Let no corrupt communication proceed out of your mouth..." kjv

Ephesians 4:29 = blah blah blah blah.

Sinning in order to make a point to Satan is a great way to handle it.

Got it. Thanks.

" haha... dude... your such a know it all that knows nothing...' - Robbie.

-- I seem to remember you lecturing people about using divisive language such as this and that you were above that and wouldn't do it.

You also promised to ignore my posts.

You can't keep your word and are shown wrong via the use of scripture... yet SOMEONE ELSE is the bad guy.

Obviously ;)

I'm horrible at giving people 2nd, 3rd and on and on chances... I tend to forgive and forget easy... I clicked on your thing to see what you wrote as I couldn't even remember why I had you hidden (Still don't) but my guess is that it was because you're just kind of an annoying know it all that follows people around message boards badgering them... haha... so now that I think I might remember why I had you hidden I'll make sure and keep you that way... but I'm sure I'll forget again some day... hopefully next time when I unhide your response it's actually worth something more than an attempt at antagonizing an argument so you can turn around and accuse me of this and that... and yeah... blah blah blah... and [edited by the moderator]...

Do yourself a favor and DON't unhide my responses.

It will be easier for you to save face that way.

Still, it is sad that you think Ephesians 4:29 doesn't apply to you.

Guess you're special.

If everyone said, [edited by the moderator]satan" when he talked to them... there'd be a lot less corruption... but keep knowing it all... next you can tell me not to help my Mom move on the sabbath... or not to give money to my neighbor that's in trouble because I'm supposed to give it to a church... haha... I'm done with you...

"If everyone said, [edited by the moderator] satan" when he talked to them... there'd be a lot less corruption..." - Robbie

-- You are sooooo right. Like I said, sinning in order to show Satan you don't have to obey him is a GREAT idea.

Who cares what Scripture says. Ephesians 4:29 is so - how did you put it? - "blah blah blah" anyway...

"but keep knowing it all..." - Robbie

-- Thank you, I will.

" haha... I'm done with you... " - Robbie.

- Yeah, have heard that from you before.
Tell me, is this the second or the third time you've promised not to respond to my posts.

Forgive me if I don't hold my breath. Your word doesn't generate much confidence.

For the purpose of bringing light to the matter... I hope anyone who actually wasted their time reading this worthless banter between me and this guy actually understands I never made any promises to him about anything... he's straight up making that up... haha... I just said before I was over talking to him and that I was going to hide him... I had forgotten why I hid him and unhid what he had to say and saw that he said something to me and responded to him...

Then the guy continued to tempt responses from me and then accused me when I'd respond based on some lie about some promise I had never made him...

I mean that's really trippy in my opinion...

Isn't that pretty much what satan does to the brethren all day every day?

Tempts us so he can accuse us?

The whole experience is just weird and worthless to me...

Oh well... typical.. I feel kind of retarded for getting sucked in...

I never made any promises to him about anything...

-- You who said to me: " haha... so now that I think I might remember why I had you hidden I'll make sure and keep you that way..."

This came after yet another "I am through with you" comment of yours directed towards me.

So your words can't be taken as a promise?

Gosh, thanks for clearing that up.

Then the guy continued to tempt responses

-- Hmmm, if you would look back you will see that all I said was "Really? [edited by the moderator] That's it. Nothing more.

You felt the best adult response would be - and I quote you:

"I could care less if it's up to your standards of what playing christian is because I don't play that game no more... it's worthless and does nothing more than pump up our false spiritual ego..."

I then quoted Eph. 4:29 and you responded with - and I quote you: "dude... your such a know it all that knows nothing..."

Yes, I'M the unreasonable one here.

Priceless. Simply priceless

You see friends...

As he continues to ask for responses while accusing me for responding while lying about promises that were never made...

Tempting and then accusing and accusing based on lies... obvious to me what spirit that is...

-- Sorry Robbie. Quoting you directly is hardly "accusing based on lies."

Unfortunately for you all people have to do is scroll back, see our actual exchange, and know that I am telling the truth.

Again, simply priceless LOL

As he continues to try and accuse, confuse, manipulate and instigate...

What I said he was lying about was him saying I promised him something... I never promised him anything...

A while back I said I was over talking to him and I was going to hide him which I did... I had forgotten why I hid him (but I sure can remember now... jeesh dude... so annoying) and opened his response... his response had a question that ended in a question mark so I responded which resulted in him accusing me of not keeping some bullshiz promise... haha...

So he basically tempted a response from me and then began accusing me of responding.

He tempted and then accused... I mean what if I had made the promise? What if I did promise him that I would never respond to him again in some weird way? Why the fug would he ask me a question? haha... and then why would he accuse me afterward? The fact that it's all bullshiz and I never made any promise just makes it that much more weird and annoying... haha... they guy is so creepy...
