Scripture says "in His Name, the Gentiles will trust" - what will 'Evolutionist Gentiles' trust in Jesus?

Mainstream Christianity also teaches that God's will is subservient to his creation and even though it's God's will that all will be saved, he doesn't get what he wants.

Jesus said that the "Gates of Hell" will not prevail, but mainstream Christianity says Jesus is wrong and that Jesus will fail and that the Gates of Hell DO prevail!

I think something to be noted here, is that even as "prey" those who are not Evolutionists have a choice. That choice is this: are they selecting items or are they binding against attrition.

Prey that is selecting items - that is, that help it live - is at peace and does not need to be guarded against (the way you might guard against other predators); prey that is binding against attrition, is prey that is securing its flock, whether by word or deed and is largely no different from the rest of the flock - unless it is time for the hunt, they will simply conduct themselves in the best way to sustain and encourage the flock.

The point of this is, being "prey" does not mean you automatically die; yes, numbers of the flock die during the hunt, but if they were staunch advocates of the flock, they will have the opportunity to be resurrected as part of the flock. Joy comes to those who do not resist this process! A predator may even decide they have had enough of the life of the predator - because it is hard - and seek to be resurrected as part of the flock. The prey according to the Lord, always enjoys more of Heaven, than the predator on Earth ever does - being the fittest is irrelevant in Heaven!

So! If you spend your whole life thinking you believe in being the fittest and you get to Heaven: you will be sorely disappointed!

I think the thing is that adaptations are - before God - prepared for; command over adaptations, is exercised - in Jesus' direction (selah)!
This is an important point:
"The effect of divine providence is not only that things should happen somehow; but that they should happen either by necessity or by contingency. Therefore whatsoever divine providence ordains to happen infallibly and of necessity happens infallibly and of necessity; and that happens from contingency, which the plan of divine providence conceives to happen from contingency."
St. Thomas Aquinas, Summa Theologica

I have come to understand that part of what Gentiles will trust, is that Jesus does not boast about His humanity.

As believers, we do not attempt to make ourselves out to be more human, than the rest of us - we are able to be patient with those who think their humanity is greater (because they think of themselves as having "adapted" what others have not).

If they believe we will wait for them, then they will be patient with what God is asking of them (as Jesus said "If they keep My words, they will keep yours also" John).

I think we can have confidence in this!

More to give you strength: we, as believers, have the right to determine that Evolution is not to work as a rule, and that it is to work even less, as concerns the faith.

We kept thinking that Evolution applied to more and more things, but that was the Devil - the Devil has no power without consensus that his works have survived the fire!

Be aware: the Devil has started to keep for himself, a map of where it is that his deception has worked.

You are going to have to pray for the territory the Lord has put you in!

If we resist the Devil together, the false promises of Evolution will begin to die.

We can expect that when we succeed at this, the Devil will start to point to the half-truths (pressure, adaptation, micro-evolution) to defend himself.

Wow!

Looked at my clock for a second and it said "1:11" and before I even had a moment to consider what it might mean, it went "1:12"!

I sort of feel guilty. I started this thread, with the genuine hope that Evolutionists would have some 'angle' that would be illuminated by the words of Jesus (about life). Instead, I have come to the conclusion, that their delusion is pervasive, that they are as the NT says 'a law to themselves' and that the Devil to them is a welcome enemy (for which needs no rebuke).

I think this is disappointing. I am handing them over to the Devil at length, until they learn not to spite those in the world that do not live with contempt for God, the way they do. I mean I have seen a man in grief, refuse to speak words that make sense, because of his anger at God - the soul will not survive, if Evolutionists stay this way (God has to save their souls!).

Pray with me, that the answer would not be man's wisdom or simply a better argument, in Jesus' Name Amen.

Like any unbeliever, Evolutionists think they happen by chance, control their perfection and are free to grab from truth what they want.

What they don't realise is that Jesus determines perfection, "truth" requires responsibility and chance is in the hand of the Lord.

I just had a thought: maybe its the 'pain' of not knowing why you believe Evolution.

Like Jesus can give you purpose, and purpose can make the pain of uncertainty go away?
