Even very by-the-book Christians are modifying their views on hell, or the afterlife.
As the previous trend for fire-and-brimstone preaching has all but gone the way of the dinosaur.
Leaning toward a more personalized stance on "eternal separation from God". (whatever that means to you)

- What's your definition of hell?
- How do you see the final judgment playing out?
- Will everyone be saved in the end?
- Will the Lord who taught us to love our enemies incinerate his?

If Hell is the separation from God. That would be Hell for me. An unsaved person, not knowing salvation, leading a decent life, dies. That person, in the least, is separated from love forever, and everyone ever born has felt love. Even if it was from one parent, or high school crush. Then they die, never having the Love of God and never will.

And READER, do you know what they discovered?

2 Things.

1.) Hell is REAL.

2.) The unsaved religious liars found on Forums and in Pulpits... and in Commentaries, and in Videos.... who told them that they were going to heaven, (no matter what), and that hell didn't exist.......not only lied to them, but sent them there.

NOT all christains are calvinists but ALL calvnists are CHRISTAINS .

if a man comes and teaches there is no way to truly KNOW if they are saved
UNTIL the die and stand before GOD ,
MAN are they not gonna like THAT DAY AT ALL .
because what did it prove . THEY NEVER TRUSTED IN HE WHO CAN SAVE but rather in their own merits and works .
SO the questoin begging to be asked , begging to be said and to be spoken is this
WHO is the ONLY ONE , THE ONLY NAME whereby one can be saved , AND ARE WE GONNA TRUST IN HIS FINISHED WORK
or in our selves . and it really cant be BOTH . TIME for this people
with all out urgency to begin afresh and anew in the scrips and start reminding all OF the aboslute dire need
TO BELEIVE ON CHRIST JESUS , TO TRUST IN HIM . IN HIM
and to learn HIS teachings well and the apostels and all sound doctrine .
Cause well , there really is ONLY ONE WAY TO BE SAVED .

Lets say you are on a "christian" forum, and you are talking about SALVATION, Eternal Life, and Going to Heaven.

And a person responds to those topics and they claim......they are a Christian, ...= because they were water baptized, and they go to church all the time.........and are trying their best to keep the commandments, and they confess sin.

So, what is their problem?

A.) The Cross is missing from their explanation

B.) Being FORGIVEN is missing from their explanation

C.) JESUS is missing from their explanation

D.) Being BORN AGAIN is missing from their explanation

A.) Religious but lost.

The redeemed automatically go to heaven; the unredeemed go to hell, where they await their final judgment. Eventually, they will be thrown into the Lake of Fire, where they will have to eternally atone for their sins.

No, I don't believe scripture indicates this, nor did it ever make any sense to me that the worst people that have ever lived would get a free get-out-of-jail card (so to speak). There would be no sense of justice or any deterrent to committing acts of evil. It's one thing if a person truly repents, but there are people who have zero remorse and will never repent. There seems to be a false belief that everyone wants to be saved or go to heaven. This is not the case. And there is no way people who willingly chose God could peacefully coexist with people who don't willingly choose God; otherwise, it would be no different than on earth. There has to be a separation, and life is part of the sifting process.

That directive was for us and how we should relate to one another because we can't handle vengeance\anger without it negatively affecting us. It doesn't apply to God, who is the judge of all. I feel like people don't like the concept of hell because it offends their sensibilities. It's not how they think things should be, but that's not necessarily how things are. Like life, things don't always work how we think hey should.

ITS Going to be BECAUSE JESUS DID THIS and by grace I BELIEVE IN HE WHO has done all that was necessary for MY salvation .
THEY are trusting in their own works to get them there .
Go on , ask me why I am saved , HOW I KNOW i have eternal life .

The reason that bothers me is that it means God is holding us to a higher standard than he holds himself.

We are required to forgive others whether they want our forgiveness or not.
