The HS will not allow us to ignore our future sin.
Heb 12: 3 For consider Him who endured such hostility from sinners against Himself, lest you become weary and discouraged in your souls. 4 You have not yet resisted to bloodshed, striving against sin. 5 And you have forgotten the exhortation which speaks to you as to sons:
“My son, d
o not despise the [c]chastening of the Lord,
Nor be discouraged when you are rebuked by Him;
6 For whom the Lord loves He chastens,
And scourges every son whom He receives.”
7 If you endure chastening, God deals with you as with sons; for what son is there whom a father does not chasten? 8
But if you are without chastening, of which all have become partakers, then you are illegitimate and not sons. 9 Furthermore, we have had human fathers who corrected
us, and we paid
them respect. Shall we not much more readily be in subjection to the Father of spirits and live? 10
For they indeed for a few days chastened us as seemed best to them, but He for our profit, that we may be partakers of His holiness. 11 Now
no chastening seems to be joyful for the present, but painful; nevertheless, afterward it yields the peaceable fruit of righteousness to those who have been trained by it.
Exactly . THE HOLY SPIRIT wont even let a lamb have peace in his or in her sin . THUS my next reminder .
HOW COME so many seem to not only be able to continue in sin with NO CONSCIOUS OF SAID SIN
and yet rather a conscious that TRIES TO JUSTIFY SAID SIN , tries to say HEY I was MADE THIS WAY
YOU TELL ME , WHERE THE HECK IS THE HOLY SPIRIT in that person . Cause as you well said
THE SPIRIT wont ALLOW us to ignore our sins and errors . IT CONVICTS us of said sins and errors
WHEN said sin and errors even rise up to tempt us , WE GET ALARM bells convicting us this is ERROR its wrong .
SO again i ask a real simple question to all .
WHY are so many who sit in churches and holler GOD IS LOVE , which we know he is , and HOLLERING THIS
To justify SIN . GOD IS LOVE as they hold up rainbows or etc . EVER get the feeling
that Satan can also say GOD is love and yet THROUGH THE FLESH of men produces another image of GOD and of love . exactly .
BOY do we have serious problems within the realm of even christendom . TIS why i always holler , beg and even plead
for folks to do something , OPEN BIBLE AND LEARN THAT GOD < HIS CHRIST and all sound doctrine well .
