You're too busy listening to Satan to explain anything to you. You've already admitted you reject the Christian Bible. You're following Satan to "everlasting fire" that Jesus clearly warned you about.
We know the truth Jack!

I would call your statement here a projection.....one sufficiently clever to be hidden from yourself.
No projection if the observation is true...and the historical record would suggest it is. I'm genuinely curious how a person can be shown so many Scriptures many of them self-explanatory and yet still hold to their position.

Further to this, I often question how after each exchange there is no acknowledgement of God's truth...He is the one who wrote the Books.

What "truth" is that? Satan has totally confused you. You reject the Christian Bible. Why do you profess to be Christian? You don't even know.
The truth that you pick and choose what you want to read as literal and symbolic...its the Bible according to Jack.

You're as evasive as JW's!

This Study will be a detailed look into the relatively new Church at Thessalonica and how in their infancy, many false teachings crept in unawares, until the Apostle corrected them with gentleness. Within his guidance he warned of an influence which was in existence then and would be until the Lords Second Coming. This study will not be considering the fanciful notions of fallen angels and evil supernatural beings, but with sound Bible reading and care, we will discern the true nature of this Man of Sin and hopefully dispel the deception many Christians are held under today along the way.

The "Man of Sin" as revealed by the Apostle is both a person and succession of persons within a false religious system.

The question is...can this be proved from what was written?

F2F
Yes.

Little children, it is the last time: and as ye have heard that antichrist shall come, even now are there many antichrists; whereby we know that it is the last time.

So long as their are Christians sinners ministering continued sinning with Christians, there are antichrist men/women of sin preaching from pulpits.

The only question is when and who is the last one, before the Lord's return. He will be the most widespread at proselytizing to his own Christian religion, as well as attacking the saints that just say 'No', because we only say 'Yes' to Jesus the only true Christ of God..

And when they had lifted up their eyes, they saw no man, save Jesus only.

But we see Jesus, who was made a little lower than the angels for the suffering of death, crowned with glory and honour; that he by the grace of God should taste death for every man.

not to be quickly shaken in mind or alarmed, either by a spirit or a spoken word, or a letter seeming to be from us, to the effect that the day of the Lord has come. 2 Thess 2:2

"nor by letter as from us"

The Judaisers had resorted to producing letters of commendation before the Corinthian believers (Read 2 Cor 3). The problem was acknowledged at the Jerusalem Conference:

Since we have heard that some persons have gone out from us and troubled you with words, unsettling your minds, although we gave them no instructions, (Acts 15:24)

Already this apostate system (in spirit) was working to undermine the faith of many sincere believers. History has shown how the RCC formulated "many words" to keep its relevance and holds its numbers.

The Apostles also gave no instructions to any within their teachings to create catechisms but many have been created.

All three Books of the Bible you mentioned refer to Satan who you say never existed. Clearly Satan has you totally confused!

Are you saying the three Books you listed don't mention Satan whom you said never existed??? If you want to insist that Satan never existed you need to pick your Bible Books more carefully. Satan/Devil are mentioned nearly 90 times in the Christian Bible, including the three Books you mentioned. You should read it and stop attacking it. It just might pull you from the everlasting fire that you don't believe in. Actually you are helping to prove Satan's existence!

Scripturally the restrainer is a singular 'he' and is also scripturally Michael the Archangel who has been satan's restrainer in the scripture through all biblical history. The restrainer is not people on earth and their lack as in a rapturing away of them. People can attribute the restrainer to the Holy Spirit as He empowers all things, but specifically it points to the holy angel of God, Michael.

Look up Michael and you will notice the connection, and that seems very consistent to me.

Scott, the Bible is silent on a rebel angel... I think you will find the restrainer was something far more sinister and real.
