For God is my record, how greatly I long after you all in the bowels of Jesus Christ.

Here we see a man in whom Christ is alive.

2 Corinthians 6:12 KJV
Ye are not straitened in us, but ye are straitened in your own bowels.

Luke 3:4-6 As it is written in the book of the words of Esaias the prophet, saying, The voice of one crying in the wilderness, Prepare ye the way of the Lord, make his paths straight. [5] Every valley shall be filled, and every mountain and hill shall be brought low; and the crooked shall be made straight, and the rough ways shall be made smooth; [6] And all flesh shall see the salvation of God.

Philippians 1:6-8 Being confident of this very thing, that he which hath begun a good work in you will perform it until the day of Jesus Christ: [7] Even as it is meet for me to think this of you all, because I have you in my heart; inasmuch as both in my bonds, and in the defence and confirmation of the gospel, ye all are partakers of my grace. [8] For God is my record, how greatly I long after you all in the bowels of Jesus Christ.

Hebrews 7:8 And here men that die receive tithes; but there he receiveth them, of whom it is witnessed that he liveth.

Revelation 1:18 I am he that liveth, and was dead; and, behold, I am alive for evermore, Amen; and have the keys of hell and of death.

2 Corinthians 4:8-10 We are troubled on every side, yet not distressed; we are perplexed, but not in despair; [9] Persecuted, but not forsaken; cast down, but not destroyed; [10] Always bearing about in the body the dying of the Lord Jesus, that the life also of Jesus might be made manifest in our body.

A man is walking down a street, and comes to an intersection. He cant decide which way to go, so he takes a walk up one street, it is wide, it branches off into many other wide roads, this one is called catholism, hmm he thinks, let me try another.
So he tries another road, it is much rte h same as the first, but this is called. seventh day adventist, still not sure he tries another and another, all wide none going anywhere in particular all with different names, from different religions
Than he catches out the corner of his eye, a break in a bush, so he walks towards it, this path is narrow, its overgrown, filled with thistles and thorns not so nice as the others, but he does see than someone has passed this way before but it has being a while, so he sits down to think,

so which way will you choose.

Mat 7:13 Enter ye in at the strait gate: for wide is the gate, and broad is the way, that leadeth to destruction, and many there be which go in thereat:
Mat 7:14 Because strait is the gate, and narrow is the way, which leadeth unto life, and few there be that find it.

Joh_14:6 Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.

and one last

Mat 22:11 And when the king came in to see the guests, he saw there a man which had not on a wedding garment:
Mat 22:12 And he saith unto him, Friend, how camest thou in hither not having a wedding garment? And he was speechless.
Mat 22:13 Then said the king to the servants, Bind him hand and foot, and take him away, and cast him into outer darkness; there shall be weeping and gnashing of teeth.
Mat 22:14 For many are called, but few are chosen
Jesus himself is the narrow Rd and gate. It's not any one church.

In Acts 3:19, it should be clear that the Holy Spirit was in charge; who knew that there would be an immediate persecution that would present an obstacle to Peter's baptizing the converts who would believe in that hour. So, he prophesied that their sins would be blotted out "when times of refreshing would come from the presence of the Lord." Those times of refreshing would be necessary if the apostles were going to be able to baptize the converts "for the remission of sins."
Wow man your giving man credit for the work of God. That’s dangerous

I didn't skip Acts 2:38, but explained it to you in post #32. You need to learn how to properly harmonize scripture with scripture. The devils believe "mental assent" that "there is one God" (James 2:19) but the devils do not believe in the Lord Jesus Christ and are not saved. (Acts 16:31) Their belief and confession is not from the heart. (Romans 10:9,10)
No, you quoted around Acts 2:38 instead of including it doctrinally.

This is called being an Acts skipper.

Acts is the actions of the Apostles.

Christianity today skips the Acts(actions) for themselves, by skipping Acts 2:38.

They even have the audacity to skip Acts and read the saints mail to sinners per Romans 10:9.

How shameful.

All mens religions are teh wide road, as for sin you really havnt got it yet, demanding that God destroy the sinner, which includes your self. There are none perfect not one.
“Men’s” religions?

Does that include the tens of thousands of disjointed and perpetually-splintering MAN-MADE Protestant sects that ALL teach different doctrines and were ALL created by men in the 16th century and after?

Does it include YOUR online paramilitary cult over ataggressivechristianity.net, whose roots only go as far back as 1980 and whose foundress is now in jail??

Just checking . . .

Complete nonsense. I did not skip Acts and I quoted multiple verses from Acts in my post, then properly harmonized Scripture with Scripture before reaching my conclusion on doctrine.

Your replacing the baptism And circumcision performed by the Hs with the baptism performed by man as a means of salvation

All I'm saying is that the circumcision made without hands, the circumcision of Christ, biblically, happens at the time of baptism (see Colossians 2:11-12) in water (see 1 Peter 3:20-21 (kjv)). I would say that God is the One who performs every baptism that brings the result of the promised Holy Ghost; with man as a mediator of the sacrament.

1Pe 3:20, Which sometime were disobedient, when once the longsuffering of God waited in the days of Noah, while the ark was a preparing, wherein few, that is, eight souls were saved by water.
1Pe 3:21, The like figure whereunto even baptism doth also now save us (not the putting away of the filth of the flesh, but the answer of a good conscience toward God,) by the resurrection of Jesus Christ:

Nobody can be saved without Acts 2:38.

At the very least, the Holy Ghost is absolutely promised to all those who receive this ordinance.

Why wouldn't you just take the plunge and remove all doubt as to whether you have the Holy Ghost? You receive baptism in Jesus' Name, you absolutely have Him!

Instead of isolating a pet verse and building your biased doctrine on it, try properly harmonizing it with Acts 3:19; 10:43-47; 11:17,18; 15:8,9; 16:31; 26:18.
