Instead of isolating a pet verse and building your biased doctrine on it, try properly harmonizing it with Acts 3:19; 10:43-47; 11:17,18; 15:8,9; 16:31; 26:18.
It's important to take all of these verses in context of what is actually happening in the book of Acts.

Acts 2:38 came first.
It still stands first for sinners today, asking "what shall I do".
The rest help support it.

All I'm saying is that the circumcision made without hands, the circumcision of Christ, biblically, happens at the time of baptism (see Colossians 2:11-12) in water (see 1 Peter 3:20-21 (kjv)). I would say that God is the One who performs every baptism that brings the result of the promised Holy Ghost; with man as a mediator of the sacrament.

1Pe 3:20, Which sometime were disobedient, when once the longsuffering of God waited in the days of Noah, while the ark was a preparing, wherein few, that is, eight souls were saved by water.
1Pe 3:21, The like figure whereunto even baptism doth also now save us (not the putting away of the filth of the flesh, but the answer of a good conscience toward God,) by the resurrection of Jesus Christ:

At the very least, the Holy Ghost is absolutely promised to all those who receive this ordinance.

Why wouldn't you just take the plunge and remove all doubt as to whether you have the Holy Ghost? You receive baptism in Jesus' Name, you absolutely have Him!
I received the baptism of the Holy Ghost in 1979 and practice tongues regularly still.

However, the baptism of the Holy Ghost did not remit my sins, but water baptism in the name of Jesus did that year.

Some folks teach Acts 2:38 backwards.

I'm not certain that you're still saved; because if you are denying the incarnation, that would be evidence that you carry the spirit of antichrist (1 John 4:1-3, 2 John 1:7).

Well then you are doing exactly what I suggested you were doing, replacing the work of God with the work of man.

you have then circumcision of our flesh (spiritual) done by the hand of god performed by water baptism. When Paul said it is done personally by the HS

Col 2: 12
buried with Him in baptism, in which you also were raised with Him through faith in the working of God, who raised Him from the dead

this baptism was performed by the work of God who raised Jesus from the dead. News flash, your pastor, or whoever baptized you in water, did not raise Jesus from the dead,

AND properly harmonize Scripture with Scripture before reaching your conclusion on doctrine. The context does not support salvation by water baptism.

What I shared with you in post #32 still stands and I see that you still have no rebuttal. I already thoroughly explained Acts 2:38 to you in harmony with (Luke 24:47; Acts 3:19; 10:43-47; 11:17,18; 15:8,9; 16:31; 26:18) but you seem to be more interested in accommodating your biased doctrine than you do in seriously considering the truth.

Acts 16:30 And he brought them out and said, “Sirs, what must I do to be saved?” 31 So they said, “Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, (and get water baptized? - NO) "Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ and you will be saved, you and your household.”

31 And they said, Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, and thou shalt be saved, and thy house.

32 And they spake unto him the word of the Lord, and to all that were in his house.

33 And he took them the same hour of the night, and washed their stripes; and was baptized, he and all his, straightway....

16 He that believeth and is baptized shall be saved; but he that believeth not shall be damned.

Problem is, you are in way to big of a hurry to call folks saved....even prior to remission of sins.

No, I teach Jesus was come only in the flesh...no personal divinity.

Incarnationists teach Jesus was 100% Spirit and 100% flesh.

They teach antichrist doctrine.

John knew that incarnationists would arrive someday, making a God/baby.

Yep

just not your modern day version of it. It does not say what you think
Original Acts 2:38...

38 Then Peter said unto them, Repent, and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost.

The modernists version of it...

38 Then Peter said unto them, Repent, and be baptized WHEN YOU GET AROUND TO IT SINCE IT IS NOT SALVATIONAL, and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost FOR THE REMISSION OF SINS.

And that is a fact.

You are wrong in both views

in the Greek peter told everyone to repent

he only told those who repented you be baptized

the gift of the spiritual given to those who repent

the baptism was done because they received remission of sin

this is proven in the next verse

“and those who believed were baptized”

Hebrews 7:8 And here men that die receive tithes; but there he receiveth them, of whom it is witnessed that he liveth.

Revelation 1:18 I am he that liveth, and was dead; and, behold, I am alive for evermore, Amen; and have the keys of hell and of death.

2 Corinthians 4:8-10 We are troubled on every side, yet not distressed; we are perplexed, but not in despair; [9] Persecuted, but not forsaken; cast down, but not destroyed; [10] Always bearing about in the body the dying of the Lord Jesus, that the life also of Jesus might be made manifest in our body.
@VictoryinJesus Again, great verses there.

2 Corinthians 6:10-11 KJV
As sorrowful, yet alway rejoicing; as poor, yet making many rich; as having nothing, and yet possessing all things. [11] O ye Corinthians, our mouth is open unto you, our heart is enlarged.

The way is wide open, there's no gate restriction.
@Waiting on him Another searching verse there, reminding us of the contentedness of humbly waiting on the Lord without this world's approval or benefits.

They were baptized AFTER they believed on the Lord Jesus Christ and were saved, just as they were in (Acts 10:43-47; 11:17,18). I already explained Mark 16:16 to you, but you only care about the first clause and ignore the second clause, along with ignoring (John 3:15,16,18; 5:24; 6:29,49,47; 11:25,26). You obviously have your agenda.

So they were saved before receiving remission of sins?
