Often when people ask about this, they seem to mean the Sabbath, specifically, since the other nine commandments are no-brainers.
Jesus did not view the Sabbath the same way that the Pharisees seemed to, so I suspect that our view should be more like His, rather than theirs.
The writer of Hebrews wrote,
"There remaineth therefore a [Sabbath-rest] to the people of God.
For he that is entered into his rest, he also hath ceased from his own works, as God did from his.
Let us
labour therefore to enter into that
rest, lest any man fall after the same example of unbelief." Hebrews 4:9-11 KJV
Jesus elaborated,
"
Come to Me, all you who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest.
Take My yoke upon you and learn from Me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart,
and you will find rest for your souls.
For My yoke is easy and My burden is light.” Matthew 11:28-30 NKJV
