Every person claiming to be either a messiah, an apostle, or a prophet since the close of the canon of Scripture (with Revelation as the final book) has turned out to be a false prophet. So you are absolutely correct. There are no more apostles and prophets since they are now all embedded in Scripture. The apostle John was the last apostle-prophet.
@Enoch111Exactly.

I didn't want to derail the "What is Revival" thread, but this needs to be clarified.
Now, I get it if you are of the opinion that Paul spoke here referring only to the last apostles, even though that is not the context of the passage, for the context is as stated: “When He ascended on high, He led captivity captive, and gave gifts to men”, not excluding any who were or would be "captive":
Ephesians 4:11-16
And He Himself gave some to be apostles, some prophets, some evangelists, and some pastors and teachers, for the equipping of the saints for the work of ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ, 13 till we all come to the unity of the faith and of the knowledge of the Son of God, to a perfect man, to the measure of the stature of the fullness of Christ; 14 that we should no longer be children, tossed to and fro and carried about with every wind of doctrine, by the trickery of men, in the cunning craftiness of deceitful plotting, 15 but, speaking the truth in love, may grow up in all things into Him who is the head—Christ— 16 from whom the whole body, joined and knit together by what every joint supplies, according to the effective working by which every part does its share, causes growth of the body for the edifying of itself in love.
...But here in Revelation, in order for there to be "no more...prophets", there would also have to be no more testimony of Jesus--which simply isn't true (either):
And I fell at his feet to worship him. But he said to me, “See that you do not do that! I am your fellow servant, and of your brethren who have the testimony of Jesus. Worship God! For the testimony of Jesus is the spirit of prophecy.”
