I mull it over and over and try to figure it out. The Day of Pentecost was one of them because I was writing my book on tongues. I couldn't figure out why 1 Corinthians 14:2 said that man could not understand tongues when the Jews on the Day of Pentecost could. So I prayed. (the first gift I received of the gifts of the Spirit was hearing God's voice. The hearing gifts are Word of Wisdom, Word of Knowledge, Prophecy and Interpretation of Tongues. They all require being able to literally converse with God.) Anyway, I went to sleep mulling this question over. The next morning as I was just becoming conscious, God spoke and said one word, "Interpretation."

I read there about "hearing God's voice" and "being able to literally converse with God" that you "received of the gifts of the Spirit (...) hearing God's voice".

Anyone else listen that voice with you?

I remember a few servants of God asking some proof that it was really God talking to them like this:

We will only have the righteous and holy humans and angels there with God. No more sin. Revelation 22:11

Jesus takes away all our sin out of our nature that Satan put there. 1 John 3:8-9 Jesus defeats the devil, and those born of God cannot sin. This is righteousness.

Jesus prunes the fruit of the Spirit, and matures it. When all fruit is mature we are then holy.

For all of this to happen we must be abiding IN Him and walking IN the Spirit.

The devil is a liar. God tells the truth. Ever since I was filled with the Spirit 46 years ago I learned right away I could hear His voice, and He taught me to only pray His will. So I did and I have received 100% of my prayers. I just quote what He tells me to pray.

And there are many miracles He's blessed me with too.

Unless you have proven that the person speaking behind the voice you say you hear is capable of performing an impossible act (from the human point of view) like the ones you read there AND at least one other person gives witness of it along with you... any evil spirit may be deceiving you, or you simply suffer from a mental illness that makes you delirious.

My best friend witnessed the biggest miracle. It was on the scope of Jesus changing water into wine.

Bob, the disciples were speaking in tongues. There was 120 of them all speaking supernaturally a foreign language they did not know. So out of 120 languages, how did the devout Jews who were hearing this, understand their language out of the cacophony of 120 voices.

That is awful. I know it is bad. No one teaches freedom from sin. No one teaches Jesus destroyed the work of the devil in us. That means Satan cannot influence a born again Christian, and that is true. In fact I belong to three Christian forum sites, and one of them is owned by a Calvinist. If you mention the word sinless, you get banned for a week! I figured out that word is "flagged." So now I use "free from sin" and haven't been caught! LOL

The house I bought had devil figurines all over the place. The previous owner was weird to say the least. Anyway, I noticed for the past year that in the middle of the night my doorbell would ring. I would get up and there was no one there. I couldn't figure out who would do that to me. I asked my neighbor and it didn't happen to them. Then I remembered those devils. We had blessed the house on the inside when I moved in, but now I told those demons they could not even come near my house. They were not allowed on my property. It's been quiet ever since.

The Church is now in the Laodecian era. 2 Thes. 2 talks of the "falling away." That is in the Church I think, and right before the Antichrist is revealed. If we are not in the Great Tribulation yet, we soon will be. But I'm not worried. My security is in Christ. That is part of the first thing God ever spoke to me (8 sentences). The Philidelphian era God will keep us from the hour of trial. I claim to be a Philadelphian who believes the word of God and knows it says we are crucified with Christ and are free from sin. We are also to reckon ourselves free from sin because Proverbs 23:7 says, as a man thinks in his heart, so is he.

Only things he says that I know are false.

For instance in the Garden of Eden, they didn't know they were naked when Eve believed Satan. She didn't sin intentionally against God, but wanted to be like Him. She had never known what evil was, and Satan was committing the very first sin. Her sin was a "sin not unto death."

Adam was with her. He willfully ate of it making his sin a "sin unto death." Only then did they KNOW they were naked.

But Paul only mentions Eve, when hers was the lesser of the two. Also this was Paul's opinion, not a commandment from God as in 1 Corinthians 7
10 Now to the married I command, yet not I but the Lord: A wife is not to depart from her husband. 11 But even if she does depart, let her remain unmarried or be reconciled to her husband. And a husband is not to divorce his wife.

When Paul was writing letters, did He know what was inspired, and what was not? Yes. He would tell us. But writing to his son in the faith, Timothy? You can tell what is bad culturally that Timothy should not allow. At the time ignorant women could not be asking their husbands questions and causing interruption. And in the Jewish culture, women were not considered equal as they are culturally today. Jesus liberated women.

I think when he was writting to a congregations and instructing them, he listened. I know when I am writing even on these forums God will guide my thoughts and I'll learn something new as I'm writing. But not always, and the same with Paul. That is just part of the Office of Teacher. And He had the office of Apostle. We can't throw the word "office" around without a literal encounter with Jesus. I heard God's voice. But I also have the gift of prophecy, but He's never told me that means I have the "Office" of Prophet. I don't.

So those letters were inspired, but even in them Paul says,, himself, as I showed you in 1 Cor. 7, that not all sections were. Paul knew what was inspired for the church and the New Covenant, like 1 Corinthians 14 he called commandment of the Lord. 34 and 35 has evidence they were added by someone else as they break up a thought on prophets. Read it without those and you'll see what I mean.

and true liberted women follow the biblical pattern .
I have seen another version of liberty for women getting taught .
The problem is its a liberty that contradicts the scriptures and thus it serves the flesh .
YES we have been given liberty , But use not liberty as an occasion to serve the flesh .
Paul wrote something to the church in corinthains chapter fourteen . THEN FOLLOWED IT WITH THIS
THESE are the COMMANDMENTS of the LORD .
Let us read chapter fourteen real close and see what it says . Then we will know and understand
that GOD set the HEADSHIP according to His own will . You are dearly loved sister .
