Following the written word and understanding it in ones own understanding....is void.

You must know the Living word.. the Living word is what we hear in our spirit, when the Living Spirit Of God testifies with our spirit that we are Gods children.when he brings our dead spirit Alive by the power of His Living Spirit......Spirit gives birth to spirit.....Biblical.

We know the name of Jesus by being taught it at school....

But, to know Jesus in ones spirit, then we must be Born Again by the Living Spirit Of God.

Unfortunately many recite scripture ,not even knowing the Living God in their Spirit, they even deny that the Spirit communicates with our spirit..that we are Born Again children of God...that is blasphemy..they are denying that the Spirit of God is a Living Spirit.

Because they are still in darkness and sin...or haven’t reached maturity in the Spirit.

John 3:8 Context

5Jesus answered, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born of water and of the Spirit, he cannot enter into the kingdom of God. 6That which is born of the flesh is flesh; and that which is born of the Spirit is spirit. 7Marvel not that I said unto thee, Ye must be born again. 8The wind bloweth where it listeth, and thou hearest the sound thereof, but canst not tell whence it cometh, and whither it goeth: so is every one that is born of the Spirit. 9Nicodemus answered and said unto him, How can these things be? 10Jesus answered and said unto him, Art thou a master of Israel, and knowest not these things? 11Verily, verily, I say unto thee, We speak that we do know, and testify that we have seen; and ye receive not our witness.

Nicodemus didn’t understand that God is Spirit....because he wasn’t Born Of The Spirit....the Living Spirit Of God.

We know God in our spirit, that is where his witness resides, his Living Spirit....testifies with our spirit Gods Living truth....then backed up by his written word....

Very sad that the enemy has blinded many to that truth....yet God allows it.....chosen and predestined to become Born Again....by the Living word of God.

Almost none of that is scriptural; but is instead nothing more than your imagination.

This is the written word of God...which can only be understood in our spirit, why, because our spirit has been Born Again, by the Living word of God...Spirit gives birth to spirit....the Living Holy Spirit gives birth to our spirit by His Living word...our spirit is Alive by the Living word of God...all biblical.

Those without the Spirit wouldn’t understand any of this, either because they are still dead in spirit and alienated from God....or they are immature in the Spirit...a Born Again grows in Gods Living word backed up by His written word....a false prophet does not....they just grow in their own human understanding...void of any spiritual knowledge....no spiritual eyes to see..no spiritual ears to hear...void of Gods Living Spirit in their spirit.

Romans 8

King James Version

8 There is therefore now no condemnation to them which are in Christ Jesus, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit.
2 For the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus hath made me free from the law of sin and death.
3 For what the law could not do, in that it was weak through the flesh, God sending his own Son in the likeness of sinful flesh, and for sin, condemned sin in the flesh:
4 That the righteousness of the law might be fulfilled in us, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit.
5 For they that are after the flesh do mind the things of the flesh; but they that are after the Spirit the things of the Spirit.
6 For to be carnally minded is death; but to be spiritually minded is life and peace.
7 Because the carnal mind is enmity against God: for it is not subject to the law of God, neither indeed can be.
8 So then they that are in the flesh cannot please God.
9 But ye are not in the flesh, but in the Spirit, if so be that the Spirit of God dwell in you. Now if any man have not the Spirit of Christ, he is none of his.
10 And if Christ be in you, the body is dead because of sin; but the Spirit is life because of righteousness.
11 But if the Spirit of him that raised up Jesus from the dead dwell in you, he that raised up Christ from the dead shall also quicken your mortal bodies by his Spirit that dwelleth in you.
12 Therefore, brethren, we are debtors, not to the flesh, to live after the flesh.
13 For if ye live after the flesh, ye shall die: but if ye through the Spirit do mortify the deeds of the body, ye shall live.
14 For as many as are led by the Spirit of God, they are the sons of God.
15 For ye have not received the spirit of bondage again to fear; but ye have received the Spirit of adoption, whereby we cry, Abba, Father.
16 The Spirit itself beareth witness with our spirit, that we are the children of God:
17 And if children, then heirs; heirs of God, and joint-heirs with Christ; if so be that we suffer with him, that we may be also glorified together.
18 For I reckon that the sufferings of this present time are not worthy to be compared with the glory which shall be revealed in us.
19 For the earnest expectation of the creature waiteth for the manifestation of the sons of God.
20 For the creature was made subject to vanity, not willingly, but by reason of him who hath subjected the same in hope,
21 Because the creature itself also shall be delivered from the bondage of corruption into the glorious liberty of the children of God.
22 For we know that the whole creation groaneth and travaileth in pain together until now.
23 And not only they, but ourselves also, which have the firstfruits of the Spirit, even we ourselves groan within ourselves, waiting for the adoption, to wit, the redemption of our body.
24 For we are saved by hope: but hope that is seen is not hope: for what a man seeth, why doth he yet hope for?
25 But if we hope for that we see not, then do we with patience wait for it.
26 Likewise the Spirit also helpeth our infirmities: for we know not what we should pray for as we ought: but the Spirit itself maketh intercession for us with groanings which cannot be uttered.
27 And he that searcheth the hearts knoweth what is the mind of the Spirit, because he maketh intercession for the saints according to the will of God.
28 And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose.
29 For whom he did foreknow, he also did predestinate to be conformed to the image of his Son, that he might be the firstborn among many brethren.
30 Moreover whom he did predestinate, them he also called: and whom he called, them he also justified: and whom he justified, them he also glorified.
31 What shall we then say to these things? If God be for us, who can be against us?
32 He that spared not his own Son, but delivered him up for us all, how shall he not with him also freely give us all things?
33 Who shall lay any thing to the charge of God's elect? It is God that justifieth.
34 Who is he that condemneth? It is Christ that died, yea rather, that is risen again, who is even at the right hand of God, who also maketh intercession for us.
35 Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? shall tribulation, or distress, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or peril, or sword?
36 As it is written, For thy sake we are killed all the day long; we are accounted as sheep for the slaughter.
37 Nay, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him that loved us.
38 For I am persuaded, that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor powers, nor things present, nor things to come,
39 Nor height, nor depth, nor any other creature, shall be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.

Nah, what you hear is simply voices in your head or maybe in dreams while you are sleeping. If all of what you say there were true, then God would certainly have told us so in His written word. But he didn't. John 3:8 is nothing about hearing voices. It is simply saying that there is no visible or physical evidence of being born of the Spirit. You cannot look at a person and tell whether or not they have been born again.

The "word of God" is either the "Logos", i.e., Jesus (John 1:1), or God's special revelation, the written word, which we have received from God bye the apostles and prophets through the Holy Spirit (Heb 1:1).

Living in the Spirit
9You, however, are controlled not by the flesh, but by the Spirit, if the Spirit of God lives in you. And if anyone does not have the Spirit of Christ, he does not belong to Christ. 10But if Christ is in you, your body is deadbecause of sin, yet your spirit is alivebecause of righteousness. 11And if the Spirit of Him who raised Jesus from the dead is living in you, He who raised Christ Jesus from the dead will also give life to your mortal bodies through His Spirit, who lives in you.

Our spirit is Alive because of righteousness.....we are right before God, he sees no sin in us, we are Born Again because of the cross, not by the cross.....we are Born Again by the Living Spirit Of God.....

None of that says anything about God speaking to you personally and individually. It is speaking about the indwelling Holy Spirit that one receives when his sins are forgiven and he receives the gift of the Holy Spirit, i.e., when he is saved.

God’s Word is powerful, not only to give life, but also to deliver warnings and bring judgment and punishment to the disobedient: “Is not my Word like fire, declares the LORD, and like a hammer that breaks the rock in pieces?” (Jeremiah 23:29, ESV).

God’s living Word is not something to read or listen to passively and then forget. James taught Christians to look “intently into the perfect law that gives freedom” and to focus on it by doing what it says (James 1:23–25). Paul told Timothy, “All Scripture is inspired by God and is useful to teach us what is true and to make us realize what is wrong in our lives. It corrects us when we are wrong and teaches us to do what is right. God uses it to prepare and equip his people to do every good work” (2 Timothy 3:16–17, NLT). If we let God’s message do its work deep inside, it will change our character and behavior.

Matthew 7:16-20

King James Version

16 Ye shall know them by their fruits. Do men gather grapes of thorns, or figs of thistles?
17 Even so every good tree bringeth forth good fruit; but a corrupt tree bringeth forth evil fruit.
18 A good tree cannot bring forth evil fruit, neither can a corrupt tree bring forth good fruit.
19 Every tree that bringeth not forth good fruit is hewn down, and cast into the fire.
20 Wherefore by their fruits ye shall know them.

John 15:18-27

King James Version

18 If the world hate you, ye know that it hated me before it hated you.
19 If ye were of the world, the world would love his own: but because ye are not of the world, but I have chosen you out of the world, therefore the world hateth you.
20 Remember the word that I said unto you, The servant is not greater than his lord. If they have persecuted me, they will also persecute you; if they have kept my saying, they will keep yours also.
21 But all these things will they do unto you for my name's sake, because they know not him that sent me.
22 If I had not come and spoken unto them, they had not had sin: but now they have no cloak for their sin.
23 He that hateth me hateth my Father also.
24 If I had not done among them the works which none other man did, they had not had sin: but now have they both seen and hated both me and my Father.
25 But this cometh to pass, that the word might be fulfilled that is written in their law, They hated me without a cause.
26 But when the Comforter is come, whom I will send unto you from the Father, even the Spirit of truth, which proceedeth from the Father, he shall testify of me:
27 And ye also shall bear witness, because ye have been with me from the beginning.

That is not how we are Born Of The Living Spirit.

You tell me how you can trust a cross, what does that mean even?

You trust in baptism, scripture please, as without offending you, your post makes no sense to my spirit?
now wait. You told me to stop. and then complained when I did not. and now your continuing????

What does it mean to trust the cross? Are you kidding me, I am being honest. are youi really kidding me? Because you can not be serious.

1 Corinthians 1:23

but we preach Christ crucified, to the Jews a stumbling block and to the Greeks foolishness,

1 Corinthians 2:2

For I determined not to know anything among you except Jesus Christ and Him crucified.

Galatians 3:1

Justification by Faith

O foolish Galatians! Who has bewitched you that you should not obey the truth, before whose eyes Jesus Christ was clearly portrayed among you as crucified?

Galatians 6:14
But God forbid that I should boast except in the cross of our Lord Jesus Christ, by whom the world has been crucified to me, and I to the world.

I trust in baptism? Good God what are you going off about? I was telling someone else THEY trust in baptism.. And you think I was saying I DO?

Posts do not make sense when we do not understand or misread what we are saying.

You cannot trust any cross as a non believer, you wouldn’t know how....the cross does not make you Born Again...it’s because of the cross that God can make us Born Again.only the Name of Jesus saves......our spirit is Born Again by the Living Spirit Of God?

How would we know that?

That scripture has nothing to do with being Born Again by the Living word of God.

You imo are understanding that scripture in your own understanding, believing that is how we become Born Again.....that is not how we become Born Again.....” your”theology is “ your”theology.....I see no spiritual understanding or life in your posts, just the written word, that you believe makes us Born Again...very confusing indeed....

You need to be Born Again by Gods Living Active Spirit....not by the written word.....the written word is what backs up Gods Living word, when he communicates to our spirit by his Living Spirit who indwells our spirit.

I am still waiting for you to explain what is the difference between the Living word of God and his written word?

This is a works based gospel

It also is an attempt to replace the spiritual baptism, which is done by God (romans 6,Gal 3, 1 Cor 12 and Col 2) with a physical baptism performed by Man.

This is called blasphemy of the spirit
So then, Judge, tell me how you read those scriptures I posted. Better yet, tell me how you ignore them.

It is the work of God that we believe in Jesus, but , to believe in Jesus in our spirit, we must have our spirit birthed by the Living word of God.Spirit gives birth to spirit?...do you understand that is His Living word ?......backed up by his written word?
I understand this is YOUR WORDS. and it is NOT backed up with the written word.
We don’t do anything to become Born Again, you are teaching the written word, with no understanding of the Living word, your posts imo are full of confusion, it’s like you are leading “ self” through scripture...I’m actually trying to help you via Gods Spirit imo....do you actually understand that Gods word is Alive and Active in us and speaks through us?
Your right, Jesus did it ALL.

But he will not force his gift on you. He wants you to take it. and you will only take it if you have faith

That he communicates with our spirit through his Living Spirit?

Many people have been Born Of The Spirit having never read a Bible, God brings us to initially believe in Jesus, no Living spiritual rebirth without that.

You teach the written word, even a lot of what you teach imo is not the written word, it’s your word,...you teach nothing about the Living word, why is that?

The Living word that resides in our spirit,Glorifies the Living God......it’s The Spirit in us Glorifying the Father...the Living Father The Spirit Of God....
lol. God can speak the written word to anyone in spirit form.

The written word are the words of God written down..

No one is born again unless they know the gospel. No one. Whether the read the gospel. hear it from others. or God speaks it to them. No one is born again without the word of God.

You can not repent unless you KNOW what you are repenting of. and unless you KNOW what you are asking for.

You teach your knowledge of scripture imo and glorify yourself,...I see no spiritual knowledge in your posts, just self understanding ,or you striving ,trying to understand the written word..with imo absolute zero knowledge of the Living word of God..... Behold does the same imo.
Here you go again SMH. I point to God and I am glorifying self. lol. What a joke..

Just voicing my honest opinion, as you do also of me, I have no problem with that whatsoever...
Now please don’t take that as being rude....it’s my opinion of you both explained in the most respectful way ....we are called to not tread on eggshells when discussing...you certainly don’t....you speak “ your” mind I have absolutely no problem with that.

I’m here to speak Gods truth, I was going to take a break from the forum, I tried, but, God had different plans...you can’t stop the will of God being done....I’m in this thread by the Living word of God.
Sorry but you saying I am trying to glorify myself is rude. it is childish, and it is not being christlike. It is no argument at all. It is done when people do not have anything else to say.

Once again, did you not say you were done???

The written word are the words of God written down..
I asked you what the Living word of God means and how would you know that you received the Living word into your spirit, when Spirit gives birth to spirit?

What does that mean even?
No one is born again unless they know the gospel. No one. Whether the read the gospel. hear it from others. or God speaks it to them. No one is born again without the word of God.
Not Biblical, that is un- truth...we are Born Again through the mighty name of Jesus...no Jesus no rebirth...God draws us to Jesus, he brings us to believe in His Name...I wouldn’t know how.

No one is Born Again without the word of God you say....what is Born Again by the word of the Living God?
You can not repent unless you KNOW what you are repenting of. and unless you KNOW what you are asking for.

God brings us to repentance/ Godly sorrow....you would have no idea how to repent to the Living Spirit Of God.

Here you go again SMH. I point to God and I am glorifying self. lol. What a joke..
You say you chose to be Born Again by the Living Spirit Of God....therefore glorifying your own human power...plus choosing to be Born Of The Spirit is not biblical...that’s your theology.
Sorry but you saying I am trying to glorify myself is rude. it is childish, and it is not being christlike. It is no argument at all. It is done when people do not have anything else to say.
By saying you chose to become being Born Of The Spirit, is insulting to God..doesn’t get any ruder than that.
Once again, did you not say you were done???
Ah...now you decide when we’re done....I’m done if you’re done? no problem.

How many verses do you want?

Lets just go with 2... and the first is pretty much known worldwide.

Now, Calvin rejects this verse, because It denies His doctrine of Devils.

John 3:16, says that Jesus was sent to the """"WORLD""""", (all people) (ALL), and ALL who believe shall be saved.

This denies that Jesus was only sent to the "pre-destined elect"... As John 3:16, says that Jesus was sent the "WORLD"... = ALL People, and not just the "pre-destined".

And Jesus confirms this...

Jesus said..."if I be lifted up (on the Cross) i will draw (call) ALL people to me"

ALL people

ALL

And that is "the WORLD" as found in John 3:16.

Calvin The Deceiver...= denies this.... and says that only the predestined are "chosen"... as that is a "doctrine of devils".. Hebrews 13:9

Where Does the Bible Mention the Word of God Is Alive?

In Hebrews 4:12, the Bible speaks about the Word of God as being alive.

“For the word of God is living and active, sharper than any two-edged sword, piercing to the division of soul and of spirit, of joints and of marrow, and discerning the thoughts and intentions of the heart” (ESV).
1 Peter 1:23 also declares the Word of God as living and abiding. “Since you have been born again, not of perishable seed but of imperishable, through the living and abiding word of God.” (ESV
